Customer service was professional: respectful and friendly.
The medical staff were also professional: respectful, friendly, communicative and skilled.
The area was clean and organized.
My only observation was that the chairs in the waiting room need a bit of loving. Possible reupholstering but aside from the minimal aesthetic everything was what I expected from a dental visit.
