I had a slight emergency and Bright Now Dental was able to see me the same day! The receptionist always tells me that they will take care of me, and they do, always...

I like the way their team has a process and communication with each other is kind. I did call a few times without receiving a return call. That my only frustration.

The staff is great but the billing is not so good

Dr Ghanaian is an excellent dentist. She helps keep my teeth in good shape!

I was very pleased with their outcome of the x-ray and deep cleaning. I was told by another dental group that two of my tooth had to be extracted whereas this dental group told me that all I needed was root canal. The other Dentist prior had only took less than 15 minutes to do a deep cleaning and whereas this Dentist took over an hour to do the deep cleaning.

Dr. B. and staff provided excellent service. The office is busy but somehow they managed to take care of everyone in a great organized manner.

Came here to get my teeth scanned for touch ups for my Smile Direct Club aligners. Bonnie helped check me in, scan my teeth, & was thorough on explaining everything to me. Whole session took 15 minutes. & Bonnie was really friendly - it made the whole experience painless & pleasant.

I have been a patient here for about 3 years now and always walk away happy and well served. They are highly efficient, professional, and friendly. The dentist and hygienist were most proficient, answered all my questions, and were friendly as well. The staff is welcoming. I had to wait about 30 minutes, but, once I was in the chair, it all happened quickly.

I love my dentist, Dr. G., and the gentle care she and other staff provide, including dental cleanings that are quickly restoring my gum health. I am 67 now and expect to be able to keep my own teeth throughout my life time. Thank you, Bright Now!

Dr. Hipti did a thorough exam! She was not only extremely competent, but also professional and kind. Teresa the hygienest is so pleasant and professional! She did a great cleaning with suggestions for fluoride care. Everyone else was competent and friendly as well. My only negative: Yesterday I had to wait a long time for the dentist and they didn't have a proper neck pillow. I have a bad back so this was painful to wait.

The customer service is great. The Staff are very nice and kind also answer any or all questions. Just 2 things that I have experience individually. 1) I rather know all fees up front before any surgery and/or dental work is done. Also, have better communication and explanation if a appointment is missed what charges could occur or any discrepancies or mishaps with the teeth or surgery to give the Patient better insight of what could happened if the original appointment is not kepted. This should be explained to every customer in email or text messaged. Anything can be printed on a paper it does not mean it was explained in detail and other notifications to go along with it. 2) To me shortage of dental surgeons. At times the wait seems longer than usual and going back and forth between patients something that I never have experienced before. That makes me question the dental process because there is not that one on one and the dental work seemed rushed and the dental surgeon can miss a step or not focus on the patient them come up with scenarios and other unmeaningful statements making seems like it is the patient fault or the dental work itself.

Theresa my hygienist at the Alameda office is great. She is very friendly and does a good job in keeping my teeth clean and in good shape. The office is very efficient, friendly and clean.
