We have had a great experience with Dr. Michael Wu and his entire team. I currently have both my 14-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son under their care, and we couldn't be happier with the results and the environment. Dr. Wu and his staff are the perfect blend of professional, friendly, and welcoming.

I want to give a special "extra applause" to Elexis at the front office. She is truly a standout professional—sharp, capable, and incredibly kind. Our new patient application was a very complicated situation, but Elexis handled it with total efficiency while providing thoughtful, expert advice that put us at ease.

She also went above and beyond with our insurance. My husband could only remember the most minimal details about his coverage, but Elexis was able to track it down and successfully coordinate both of our dental plans to maximize our benefits. It is rare to find someone so efficient and helpful!

We truly appreciate the care and effort this office puts into their patients. Highly recommend

The staff was professional, but the wait for one between x-rays and seeing the dentist was interminable. If I didn’t need to have my teeth looked at, I would have just left.

It was ok. Everyone is nice, wait time too long after being called back to a room. Staff is constantly changing since I've been a patient which is somewhat concerning.

Dr. B. and staff provided excellent service. The office is busy but somehow they managed to take care of everyone in a great organized manner.

yesterday for a checkup. I think the staff there are hard working,
friendly and professional. Dr Ghandi is a great dentist, she put a crown on my tooth that another dentist said should be pulled out,

I didn't expect much from Bright Now!; I only transferred us there because it accepts Delta Care USA. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by an efficient, up-to-date clinic. I've needed a lot of work---crowns, extractions, fillings---and Dr. Gandhi has done excellent, meticulous work. We feel really fortunate to have her so close and affordable.

Great experience ! I was very confused at first about what was being diagnosed but they were very good at explaining why i needed the treatment and even showed me my x-rays with pictures. I enjoyed my time there. I recommend if you are scared of the dentist!

My review is for my wonderful dental hygienist Theresa. She’s skilled, kind, and gentle. There is a high turnover rate for the dentists at this office, but the dental hygienists seem to stick around longer and provide consistency.

The staff is amazing - professional and friendly! The cleaning was explained to me and the procedure was painless! I give everyone A+

If you’re intimidated by the dentist, they’ll definitely change your mind because they make it a much more comfortable experience. The staff’s efficient, along with the clinic being clean & well organized. I always have a great encounter when I come in.
