Everyone was so amazing to me I love going there you all treat me with such respect all of you all so sweet,loving,and caring thank you for making me feel so comfortable.

It was just what I needed.

I've always been treated well at this office (Avondale). The staff people are friendly, especially those who have been here for some time and are very hepful with any financial or professional issues. I have had 8 teeth capped (over several years) ——they/re still fine
and the whole process was painless. The Dr Nguyen has always been concerned about my dental health and is skilled at doing
procedures. I haven'a had any bad experiendes in 13 years..

Very pleasant visit. I was in and out in about 15 minutes to get my new crown installed. Very professional and polite. Great visit

The last appointment I had was a teeth cleaning. She was excellent, gentle, quick. She knows her job. It was something I use to hate but she turned that around. I don't remember her name. Everyone I have had has been very good at thier job. The best dentist office I have had in long time. 😍

Personal and staff members are very professional and friendly. I go there for a long time and I am always very satisfied.

I had to leave this review because I was in so much pain after one of my wisdom teeth erupted over the weekend, and I had been calling every dentist in the Valley trying to get in. Bright Now Dental was the only office willing to accommodate me last minute.

I spoke with an assistant named Ariel, and he was incredibly empathetic with amazing bedside manner. He was one of the only people I talked to who genuinely understood how much pain I was in, and he made the whole process feel less overwhelming.

When I got to the office, they were quick, efficient, and somehow still got me in even though I was a first-time patient. The oral surgeon was extremely professional, and my recovery ended up being surprisingly smooth. I’m honestly so grateful for how they handled everything.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the front receptionist was a bit rude and unprofessional. Other than that, every other staff member I interacted with was amazing!

I am so appreciative for this office! Dr. Nguyen was so patient, so kind, and so very knowledgeable. Originally I went to another location, but I am so happy that I switched here. They got me in the very same day that I called to tell them what was going on. But I missed that appointment, and they were able to get me in literally the next day! The doctor changed original root canals, and stated he could just do fillings on them!!! And then Ariel! The office manager, soooo kind, and just amazing. He helped me with everything, and made the process so simple, he worked with me in every way needed. Overall, this experience was everything I needed as someone who has AVOIDED the dentist for the past four years, I still need a few more things done, but I am not going to be as nervous as I was , knowing that I am going to be in such great hands! Thank you!!

Very very friendly staff, and they're also very aware of expenses and break down the costs really well and let you know which ones you can do at a different time they also offer a firm for payments as well. You know that saying it's too good to be true. Will this place it if you get what you get. They try to help you as much as they can with costs and that to me is priceless. Thank you Bright now staff

I had a great experience here! It was super easy to schedule my appointment online, and the staff was welcoming from the moment I arrived. The office is spotless and comfortable, and everyone was kind and attentive. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole visit was. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and Dentists. Clean office and they were accommodating on a last minute appointment.

I got seen today and although I had a couple of complicating questions, the girls at front desk were extremely helpful and helped make the best out of the situation. The doctor and assistant in the back were SO kind and made the painful experience so much easier.

Went in for another session to have a crown put in for the root canal I needed, the Dr suggested I do a bridge and explained everything I needed to know to make the decision. It would cost me more to get the crown then have to come back for the bridge and have the crown removed…everyone is always so communicative and help me to make the right decisions

I had great experiences at this dentist office. Dr. Son Nguyen and my dental hygienist Denise did an amazing job, painless and efficient. I felt great after their services and loved my teeth more since then. But the only downside is the lady at the receptionist desk. She didn't show me a really good attitude until I agreed to pay for the services. And before my services, I already requested her to check with my insurance provider. And she showed me the costs for my services. After I paid for my services, I asked her whether I would get any other bills, and she told me that if the insurance didn't want to pay, it would be on me. This was my first time coming to a dentist in the U.S, so I had no idea of how things work. And she couldn't give me a proper answer about why the insurance wouldn't pay. Luckily, the new office manager was able to
comprehend my concerns and gave me persuasive explanations. I was confused and unhappy, but after receiving his explanation and great attitude, I changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I'll be back for regular cleaning and other services.

Got a call that my crowns were ready earlier than expected and they got me in for an appointment right away to get them put in. Stuff was very polite and got me back in the chair right away. The dentist and his assistant were very nice and spoke to me every time something was going to happen to make sure I was aware

The denist at Bright Now Dental the best denist I ever had. The only thing I will say Bright Now Dental needs to make sure patient are taking care of as it relates to when the denist suffers a injury and you have to calling patients on a daily basis to reschedule that's not a good look. I really like the service I receive at Bright Now Dental but as a long time patient. Please consider an replacement if the denist is going to be out of the office for at least 3 are 4 days are a week procedure is basic. Suggestion only you don't want to lose patients .

Very nice and helpful staff, the hygienist explained everything to me before she did anything. And the Dr was great.
