It was Daniel’s first appointment with the Bright Dental and the dentist was friendly and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I haven't came in almost 2 years because the recent last staff that was there was so rude and made me nervous coming in everytime . I recently went in a couple days ago and I seen they changed the whole staff around and brought new people in. Very much pleased with the way they treated me much better than before. Finally they got rid of the unhappy staff. I feel much better , & they were very calm and helpful. So much better thank you !

I love Bright now Dental! I’ve been going to them for years…. I got both my kids braces through them and I myself got Invisalign through them. They are honest about the work that you need to get done and if you do need to get work done, they are very affordable.

From the scheduler, the front desk, the dental assistance and then meeting Dr. Nguyen, it was a fantastic experience. I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences in the past that have kept me from visiting the dentist on a regular basis which ended up with me getting a broken/infected tooth. Thank you to the team for being quick to see me and quick to remove my tooth since there was no saving it. I’ve had dentists in the past that said it needed to be removed but would have me schedule another appointment after the exam which made no sense and seemed like they just wanted my money. Dr. Nguyen was respectful of my time, my care, and my finances and didn’t waste time to get me better even though it was towards the end of everyone’s day I didn’t feel rushed. I would definitely come again for routine preventative care to ensure I do not put myself in this pickle again thank you all for your kindness and respect.

I have been coming here since 2nd grade…I’m now 20 and about to start nursing school. The staff has always been kind, attentive and gentle with me. I recently had a visit after not coming in for about 5 years. I was a little scared that I was going to get a lecture about slacking off on my dental hygiene throughout the years. But it was complete opposite. The dentist, dental assistants and front office staff were extremely nice and understanding of my personal and scheduling situation. Even when I was younger and would come in for my braces the ortho staff were friendly and would give useful advice about dental care! I would definitely recommend coming here!

They gladly took us, Even though we were an hour late for our appointment. We will be coming back here for sure!! Great staff with great customer service 😊

It was just what I needed.

I've always been treated well at this office (Avondale). The staff people are friendly, especially those who have been here for some time and are very hepful with any financial or professional issues. I have had 8 teeth capped (over several years) ——they/re still fine
and the whole process was painless. The Dr Nguyen has always been concerned about my dental health and is skilled at doing
procedures. I haven'a had any bad experiendes in 13 years..

Very pleasant visit. I was in and out in about 15 minutes to get my new crown installed. Very professional and polite. Great visit

The last appointment I had was a teeth cleaning. She was excellent, gentle, quick. She knows her job. It was something I use to hate but she turned that around. I don't remember her name. Everyone I have had has been very good at thier job. The best dentist office I have had in long time. 😍

I had to leave this review because I was in so much pain after one of my wisdom teeth erupted over the weekend, and I had been calling every dentist in the Valley trying to get in. Bright Now Dental was the only office willing to accommodate me last minute.

I spoke with an assistant named Ariel, and he was incredibly empathetic with amazing bedside manner. He was one of the only people I talked to who genuinely understood how much pain I was in, and he made the whole process feel less overwhelming.

When I got to the office, they were quick, efficient, and somehow still got me in even though I was a first-time patient. The oral surgeon was extremely professional, and my recovery ended up being surprisingly smooth. I’m honestly so grateful for how they handled everything.

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the front receptionist was a bit rude and unprofessional. Other than that, every other staff member I interacted with was amazing!
