My husband and I have been with Bright Now Dental for years. The office and rooms are kept clean and the staff fabulous. I would recommend Bright Now every time.

First appt after being frustrated with previous dental offices but one thing that you need to change is more customer friendly and sensitive to their needs. i am very sensitive to even cleanings and need some kind of topical to help me through it. After I mentioned it, it’s like it went in one ear and out the other. I’m hoping the actual dental work isn’t just get in there and go at it. Shots or nitrous oxide would be a huge help.

Got my braces in yesterday and haven’t had any issues nor pain of any kind. The staff there are so kind and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for years and never once had an issue. Braces feel fine and look better than ever! Everyone there took there time and ensured that great service. Thank you all !✨

Family have been customers for many years and although there are staff changes, they always treat us well in a professional manner. I will continue with Bright Now Dental and recommend to friends and family.

The office staff is very communicative with the billing and insurance approvals. The office staff walks the patient through the billing so there is no question about the charges and insurance approvals. The Dentist there is very communicative with her assistants. The Dentist gives hands on training to her assistants and veteran assistants. The Dentist is very intra personal with patient and all staff. Very friendly and family orientated office. The office doesn't give attitude to the patients, but is very professional. The office staff does not assume the patient can afford all the services, but offers financial options so that the patient feels it is possible to remain a patient at this office. The office is busy, but very efficient with the time of their patients. The office accommodates the patients schedule to schedule times to be seen. The Dentist is superurb in their craft. I will remain a patient here at this office because other offices do not provide the service I have recieved here. Other Dentists at other offices have constantly cancelled my preexisting appointments and it was very unsatisfactory service. I live in West Covina and I prefer to drive to the Asuza office for all my dental needs. Thank you, Ms. Cardenas

I like Newport dental.i been going there since I was in High school.today I went for a clean up I understand you have to put pressure but the dentist was rough and aggressive on my teeth 🦷 I was bleeding 🩸 and my gums and teeth were in pain for a while…Dentist did not speak much English which I understand but no need to be so rough on patients clean ups.

This is my moms experience... I dropped her off she was having a root canal done....well expecting the worse I picked up mom who is all smiles so it was a very good experience...going back on Monday ....to be continued

So I've been twice now, and it's been fine, everybody is nice and communicates well. This time I had to wait a while which was totally fine! They were busy. But once they got to me...they RUSHED. It was the most aggressive, quick picking experience I've ever had. And it didn't feel thorough. But it was very very rough. I also didn't like that the water and vacuum were *constantly* in my mouth (instead of at the end of each row or something like I'm used to.) So not only was I getting stabbed a bunch it felt like, but my cold sensitivity was going nuts. I'll be returning in 6 months, but if the pick job is that rough again, I'll be switching elsewhere. Yes my gums are not the best I'm sure. But there's something to be said for delicacy when using those picks.

My first visit was pretty good staff helpful and friendly and dentist seem to know what she doing I go back in 2 weeks for fit hopefully that comes out well, the only downside was they said my insurance would cover but it didnt so I had to finance

I called in and asked them if they took my insurance and how much my copay would be luckily they did it was only $10.00 compared to another place I had called in (Azusa Gentle Dentistry was going to charge me $199.00 because they said that my insurance has a big copay ) So I decided to stay with Bright now ! they scheduled me right the same day since I had a really bad toothache (wisdom tooth). They were able to take some X-Rays and prescribed me medication for the pain and inflammation which I took next door to CVS . And now I have an appointment for my wisdom tooth removal not excited about it at all , but I’m happy they were Anel to take me on the same day and give me something fife the pain thank you staff and doctors ☺️
