I am updating my review after visiting the office today. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and very helpful. They took the time to explain the entire process clearly and answered questions.

I also had the opportunity to speak with the office manager about my previous experience. She listened, communicated professionally, and handled the situation well, which I really appreciated.

While my earlier interaction with one staff member was disappointing, the care and professionalism shown by everyone else have restored my confidence in the practice. I'm happy to continue as a patient here.

Old review:
I just spoke with a receptionist named Olivia, and it was by far the worst customer service experience I've had.
I was contacted about an appointment that I never booked, so I called simply to let them know there had been a mistake. From the beginning, Olivia was rude, dismissive, and hostile. When I asked for more information about the appointment, she actually laughed at me instead of helping.
What should have been a quick, straightforward conversation turned into an argument because of her unprofessional behavior. She refused to transfer me to someone else, wouldn't provide her full name when I asked, and eventually hung up on me—which, honestly, was the most pleasant part of the interaction. They should also investigate this call for training purposes on how not to do your job.
This was not my previous experience with this office. Both my husband and I have had dental evaluations here before, and everyone we interacted with, including the dentist and the other receptionist, was kind, professional, and helpful. Because of those positive experiences, I can't say I wouldn't recommend the practice as a whole.
That said, dealing with Olivia was such a negative experience that it makes me hesitant to return. If you happen to speak with anyone else, you'll likely have a much better experience.

Visited with a friend who had a toothache. The staff was very friendly and helpful and was able to get him in to be seen almost right away. Very happy!

Took two of my teen age children in. Was truly an amazing experience, from the amazing staff greeting you as you enter, to Alex the hygienist who both my kids raved about as we left. Took all of the fear and nervousness out for everyone involved, as well as the kids learned new things about whole mouth care. Can't say enough about what a friendly and professional environment Dr. Barron and his team have created.

Just completed my first visit and I’m completely sold! X-rays were a breeze (I generally gag), dentist was quick and knowledgeable, and reception was very warm/considerate/helpful! Eleanora was a pleasure to interact with. Actually excited about the dentist!

Update: I got a crown done here and after success I have to realize how I might’ve been traumatized by previous dental work. Again, I have to say everyone here has been great

Clean and Hygenic. Very high standards of cleanliness and quality dental service. Very talented staff, with an emphasis on excelent service quality.

I came here for my root canal with Dr. Yamada and had a great experience. He was very detailed on explaining why the tooth needed the root canal & why I was experiencing the pain. I highly recommend him if you ever need a root canal. The front desk was also super nice and friendly and the office looked super clean.

I came in for a scheduled cleaning and exam, but the visit did not go as expected. I ended up only receiving X-rays and a gum exam, and was told the call center booked incorrectly.
I was taken back about 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, and the overall visit ended around 11am. Because of the way the appointment was split into two visits (instead of completing everything in one visit as expected), it took significantly more time and coordination than anticipated for what is usually a straightforward cleaning appointment.
There was also some confusion and lack of clarity around treatment planning and insurance coverage, which made the experience feel more stressful than it needed to be. I was not provided a clear estimate during the visit, and there were differing explanations regarding treatment options and how they would be performed.
I also contacted my insurance provider (Regence) afterward and received different information regarding coverage and treatment structure than what was initially explained to me.
I am returning later today for the cleaning portion of the appointment, and I remain open to seeing how the rest of the visit goes. I do think clearer communication, better time management, and more upfront cost estimates would significantly improve the patient experience.

I love this dental office! Great dentists, and wonderful front desk employees. Even though my insurance provider didn’t cover everything, the prices are quite reasonable. My whole family comes here and the whole team does an excellent job at making us all feel welcome and comfortable.

I was a walk-in as I wanted to see what I might have done so I can smile and show my teeth. I have a quite a few teeth missing and need to be repaired or extracted. This made my day a bit more enjoyable.

Dr. Park and her staff give amazing service and professional dental care. Christie was so helpful and gentle with my X-rays and the whole staff is pleasant and kind. Dr. Park evaluated my X-rays and gave a detailed and thorough consultation. I will be returning for all my future dental work including cleanings, fillings, and crown replacement. 5 stars!

I love the doctor and her team as well. Today I came in for my crown done and she gave me enough time to be ready. Also, she explained of what to do after my crown was done. Super gentle and outstanding bright dental now, which I recommend to everyone. I have a great experience for so many years that I come here and they take care of really well. The staff was very courteous, professional, and accommodating. I was worried about a place on my tooth that I thought was a cavity and Dr. Park patiently explained what the issue was. I highly recommend them.
