So far everything has gone according to plan, the staff is very nice and very attractive to my needs. I recommend this dental office.

TLDR: I had a bad experience turned good! Thanks to “Doctor B” and staff! Rude/ bad Hygienist !!

What happened ? I was scolded by a rude hygienist and treated horribly. This hygienist told me because I won’t come in every 3 months for a cleaning that she won’t do a cleaning and instead a polishing. This is absurd because even an incompetent individual knows those are two different treatments. A regular cleaning helps with harmful plaque and tartar for health, while polishing smooths and brightens tooth enamel by removing surface stains for a cosmetic benefit.

This negative and incompetent attitude made me weary. She proceeded to keep blabbing about what she wanted and not what I want. NOT ONCE did she check my mouth, teeth, or gums. How do you know what’s wrong with my gums or teeth if you did not look ? Please make it make sense.

My advice for YOU …. Is to quit and save Bright Now Dental Group from losing clients. Also FYI it is illegal to charge health insurance for a dental cleaning and then proceed to perform another treatment on the patient.

If I were Bright Now Dental Group I would avoid a potential lawsuit and make sure my Dental Hygienist does her job correctly

I expressed my concern to the front desk/ reception/ dental assistant and they quickly found a solution and were apologetic.

Doctor B also overheard a problem and quickly came to help. He himself helped with the cleaning of my teeth and I can be nothing but grateful. He did an excellent job with my cleaning and was professional with an amazing attitude. He definitely won my business and that of family/ friends.

When I am asked who or where to go.. I will say go to Doctor B !! Bright Now Dental Group should praise the team they have at this office. This includes the front office/ administration that helped de-escalate the situation and apologized for the inconvenience (even though it wasn’t their fault)

They took me the next day. I had to fill paperwork it was a little bit wait. But I was grateful they was busy but fast.

The staff were busy but still was able to attend to my needs and the doctor was very nice knowledgeable and cordial a bit pricey but workable the X-ray tech was very accurate on her work the whole staff is great I have no complaints . And I recommend bright dental 💯

Dr. Day Nguyen and his assistant Saul were incredible! I was feeling extremely anxious going into my appointment, but the team made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. I got my wisdom teeth removed at Bright Now! On Lakewood Blvd., and it was surprisingly quick and less painful relative to how long I thought it was going to take and how painful it was going to be. Worst part is getting numbed, but the staff is very supportive and caring with how they walk you through it all. The Oral Surgeon Dr. Kim was willing to answer all my questions, and made me feel very safe with the procedure. His supporting staff all were very knowledgeable as well, making me feel very reassured that it would be a smooth procedure. If you are reluctant to get this done for yourself, I highly recommend going to this location for a quick and quality experience. As a 25-year-old who has always hated going to the dentist, they truly made this easy on me. Thank you to all the staff for the kindness and quality care 👍🏽.

My experience with Bright Now wad very very good at first I was scared to have my teeth pulled but went anyway to Bright Now Orthodontist ,the Orthodontist made me feel so comfortable a thank him for a job well .

I had an amazing experience here! First time patient and treated so well! The staff is very friendly and respectful and also great at their jobs. I'm terrified of getting dental work done because I've have nightmare experiences in the past. Today was honestly one of the best dental appointments I've ever experienced! I had xrays, cleaning and several fillings done with minimal pain. Thank you Lupe, Dr Hoa, dental hygienist and front desk staff! Awesome group
