This is a relatively new personnel and dentists at this particular location and they are really good. I’m very content with the services and treatment I’ve been receiving.

I was referred to this office to see the periodontist Dr. Verdugo is very nice and very thorough. He diagnosed the problem and was able to provide a solution. His assistant was very pleasant and the lady at the front desk Valeria was nice and very helpful. Overall a great experience!

I have been coming here for a few years and, overall, I’m okay with this place. The front staff are nice, as well as the assistants in the back. The kid’s dentist (male, I forgot his name) is AMAZING! Every time my kids have seen him, he is so friendly, caring, and informative. When it comes to wait times, it’s ok… sometimes it’s fair and sometimes it’s too long. Call backs regarding insurance approvals are also a hit or miss; you might have to call them to check instead of receiving a call from them first. My biggest complaint is Dr. Nyguen. We have had her several times and every time it was an unpleasant experience for each of us. She barely says a word, doesn’t give a pleasant look, and is rough when working on your mouth. In other words, she needs to work on her people skills and be gentle. Having her is a guaranteed awkward, un-informative, and painful experience. She barely talks to her assistants as well. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming maybe she was having a bad day. But now, I see that she is always the same. I expect better from her.

I had an amazing experience here! First time patient and treated so well! The staff is very friendly and respectful and also great at their jobs. I'm terrified of getting dental work done because I've have nightmare experiences in the past. Today was honestly one of the best dental appointments I've ever experienced! I had xrays, cleaning and several fillings done with minimal pain. Thank you Lupe, Dr Hoa, dental hygienist and front desk staff! Awesome group

My experience with Bright Now wad very very good at first I was scared to have my teeth pulled but went anyway to Bright Now Orthodontist ,the Orthodontist made me feel so comfortable a thank him for a job well .

Staff is super friendly and professional. The issue is the overall service. At the time of this writing, you go in for a 10AM appointment and the doctor doesn't see you until 11:30 - 11:45, assuming they are even on site. I don't understand how they will let you sit in a chair for over an hour waiting for a doctor to show up to work, instead of getting stuff rescheduled. Overbooking seems to be a big issue here as well. Hopeful that things will change soon. It's hard to find a dentist that has both great staff and great service.

Great team and great Doctor that cares about any work that will be performed.. Explains everything to you and options, also the front desk and all who work there always greet you with a smile!!

I brought my son here for the first time Receptionist were so kind and friendly Specially when you have little ones running around ..I usually don’t do reviews but this time I really needed to take a little bit of my time to give them a 5 star review because they really deserve it.

Staff were friendly The wait was 2 1/2 hrs for a cleaning with one hygienist Way to long .

Something went wrong the first time, but staff lead by Dennis made it right. It's been good experience since then. Friendly doctors and staff...that's what I like best at Bright Now! Dental. Specifically, I appreciate Dr. Fulle and staff for consistently demonstrating great customer service, very professional. My special thanks to Adelle and the lady dental assistant of Dr. Fulle. They go beyond my expectations. Job well done!
