I had an amazing experience here! First time patient and treated so well! The staff is very friendly and respectful and also great at their jobs. I'm terrified of getting dental work done because I've have nightmare experiences in the past. Today was honestly one of the best dental appointments I've ever experienced! I had xrays, cleaning and several fillings done with minimal pain. Thank you Lupe, Dr Hoa, dental hygienist and front desk staff! Awesome group

Staff is super friendly and professional. The issue is the overall service. At the time of this writing, you go in for a 10AM appointment and the doctor doesn't see you until 11:30 - 11:45, assuming they are even on site. I don't understand how they will let you sit in a chair for over an hour waiting for a doctor to show up to work, instead of getting stuff rescheduled. Overbooking seems to be a big issue here as well. Hopeful that things will change soon. It's hard to find a dentist that has both great staff and great service.
