Awesome service and staff, always!

I was disappointed and concerned when I changed employers, and my dentist – of whose office staff I was greatly fond - did not accept my new insurance. Not knowing where to turn, I reviewed my options for care. After coming across the online reviews for Bright Now Dental, I was intrigued to find a list of glowing online patient reviews. I found this greatly encouraging, although I must admit, I was still a bit skeptical. Nonetheless, I called and made an appointment. The person who answered the phone was extremely bright and helpful, which made a great first impression. But how would my in-person experience measure up? I am pleased to report that several years later, I am still a patient at Bright Now Dental. Their office staff is not only friendly, but their technicians are not only knowledgeable but also extremely kind. They are calming, they are thorough, they are personable and recall personal details about each patient. This goes a long way considering the vulnerable state of being in the dentist chair. I am very appreciative of their service and am always sure to refer anyone to them who is seeking a dentist. The other members of my household have shared the same experience. This is very important considering that a lack of dental maintenance can lead to serious issues. I hope the staff knows the difference they are making in the lives of their patients and their patients’ families. And I hope I can always continue to have them as our dental care provider.

Staff is polite dentist is patient and makes sure you are numb for procedures.

Everyone was nice and polite clean place. I got 3 root canal and he got me in and out. He's fast he check on you thru the whole procedure. Very friendly very polite his assistant was the best she a sweet lady. If you need Root canal he's the one to see. He's good. By: Angela Sams

The office staff was helpful, professional, and courteous. The doctors and dental hygienist or all wonderful. They also have their own in-house Dental discount program, which was a godsend for me since I don't have dental insurance. I've already recommended Bright Now! Dental on Brandon to 4 of my friends. 😁

First time with this Technician. She was excellent! Second time with this dentist. He is outstanding. When I made my appointment, I was hoping to get him again. Super Doctor!!!

When we were finished,we tried to set up new appointments but we're told they would call us back after we got home to set them---no one has called!!. the actual dental service was great but front desk needs work

Amazing experience. Audra and Dr. Marrero made a great experience for my daughter who needed a crown on her front tooth. The temporary look amazing and can't wait to see when it's finished.

Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist, the Dr. Alexander Marrero-Plasencia and his assistant made me feel comfortable, they are friendly, very professional, supportive and always willing to answer a lot of questions. Excellent staff, service, and ease of scheduling.

The hygienist is super nice! I didn't have to wait so long this time. But I was very disappointed with the hygienist assistant she was very rude to me didn't even greet me. Also the chair where you get the x-rays done is completely ripped and very uncomfortable.. The front desk staff is friendly but the place really needs some maintenance
