The staff was friendly,professional.Dr Kouri was honest and professional..I was very pleased with my visit.I highly recommend this office.

This was my first visit in many years. A Whole new staff and doctors are now there. Each person was helpful and supportive in my process , and I am deeply grateful for all that they did, and do, to support my greater health.

I cannot count the number of visits Ive had over the years when almost every visit it aeems to me there's a new Dr. The work you have done to raise the professionalism of the staff at the Burbank office is noticable to me and greatly appreciated. Dr Noom(sp) is very good. Her demeanor, confidence, and attention to her patient is 10/10. The administration staff too has gotten. So much better. And finally the Dental Hygienist, Jackie I thinks is very good and empathetic.

I had a wonderful experience. I’m glad this is my new dental office. I was seen at my exact appointment time, the front desk are really nice ladies with great energy, and my dentist was wonderful. I’ll be getting some work done here within the next few weeks and I can’t be happier!!!

The office (Denise, Kevin, & Jackie) is great with communication & scheduling. I’m often able to get work done (if needed) the same day as my check-up. The dentist’s are super helpful and are able to answer all my questions/service my needs and accommodate my TMJ.

Love this place. The office staff- Ashley, was wonderful. Very friendly and considerate about timing, appointments and the like. Dr. Perry is the best. I left my last place because of how much more professional and knowledgeable everyone was at this office.

Everybody seems very knowledgeable

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel this is important. I am 39 and I’m not “afraid” of dentist but I have had several bad experiences with either the practice doing a procedure and giving me the bill after or the doctor being impatient and not numbing me enough. For this reason, I was nervous about going to BrightNow but as soon as I was called by RDA, Ever, I immediately felt better. She was so caring and explained everything she was doing. Then came Dr. Khoury, who did an amazing job. She was just as caring and gentle. They explained what needed to be done and I was told how much my payment would be BEFORE the procedure so there were no surprises. She made sure I was comfortable and she even stopped twice to dumb me more as I was feeling a little pain. I will definitely return and recommend my family.

I haven’t had an issue with the staff. All have been professional, in the beginning it was a bit rocky. Things worked out the second time around.

Ashley was sooo awesome and she's very thorough. She researches and gets the facts, although it's not always what we want to hear. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure my son's oral surgery was a success and that we got the most out of our insurance. Thank you Ashley!!!!

This place is magical the staff is exceptional every single one of the staff is caring and loving and they make you feel as though you are important to them it's an absolutely wonderful Community to be a part of and I was so very very pleased they're Sylvia there's Asaf and the most wonderful doctor of the world Doctor Yoni. He took time with me and he gave me options he was very charismatic and put me at ease I'm so so pleased to have found this most beautiful group of people please visit this office and not only will the joy be all yours so will the smile

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. Run away from here and my advice go somewhere else. I have already reported them to that STATE BOARD and CONSUMER AFFAIRS OF DENTISTRY FOR ALL THE ILLEGAL ACTIONS THAT TRANSPIRED HERE, when I came here for treatment as a patient. Starting with The front staff is a disgrace to any dental and medical field. The so- called treatment coordinator Jabba (ASHLEY) needs to be schooled on patients rights. This place actually refused to give me my own patient medical records. My own records. Highly illegal and has been reported to the STATE BOARD. Furthermore the dentist on duty that day allowed this to happen. The dental care here is substandard. I was left to deal with a serious dental infection and no records to help me get medical care. I will never come here again nor refer anyone to this place. I will let the legal system and state board take charge of these horrific situation.

I was very pleased with the service they provided on 5/18/25 . The doctor and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Dr Jeanine did an excellent job, since I travelled two hours to get there she did what she had to do within couple of hours so that I wouldn’t have to go there again to complete the procedure where as the my former place kept postponing my appointments and did not do a good job . I would recommend this place to anyone

Your staff is very friendly. Your hygienist is gentle but thorough and the best I've ever had. I'll be back and will tell my friends as well.

They’re always very professional and they make you feel right at home. It’s the first time that I’ve ever been happy to go to the dentist.

I went in for a small procedure, and made myself more nervous than needed- from the front desk, doctor and assistant, the staff was amazing and caring they reassured me, eased, and inform me with the after care and payment. Great place!!! Thank you all!!🙏💗❤️‍🩹

The dentist was great , The assistants great the Receptionist was short and rude , she has an attitude every single time plus misinforms me !

I was happily surprised at the hospitality and kindness of the doctors, nurses and clerks here. They made sure I understood everything that was happening every step of the way and made me feel calm and confident in a situation that almost always gives me anxiety. I trust in their decision making, in regards to my oral health and my comfortability. It means so much to me to feel okay at doctors offices because of my heightened anxiety and I truly was impressed with the team! I will definitely be returning and recommending them to anyone looking for a new dentist! :)

Wonderful Experience. Took a while to get attended as there was a confusion at the check in area, but ultimately the Dentists and their assistants were all very helpful and helped me to diagnose a gingivitis issue that needed extra care and cleaning and they did a phenomenal job. Would highly recommend!
