Michael T. advocated to the fullest to ensure things were completely safe during my pregnancy tooth pain / related dental checkup.

He double triple quadruple checked to make sure that baby and I were safe to take a certain medication and made 1000% sure by calling my obgyn to make sure. (My new obgyn in CA put I can take penicillin, I absolutely CANNOT) and he made sure I was recommended and prescribed something safe for baby and I. (I was referred out just to be safe)

He didn't push to put me in front of X-ray ASAP to get fast results (I was seen two months prior in FL during this pregnancy, new California resident) (I didn't need a new X-ray and he didn't push for it to be done again to avoid harming baby and I)

He was super kind. Didn't make me feel judged for my dental issues. He was very informative and kind. I never felt so safe at dental office. He was kind to me and easy to talk to.

If anyone is meant for this profession it's him. I highly highly recommend bright now because my experience was something all patients should experience and sadly don't. EVER. I never write reviews but this one was well deserved. Bright now knew what they were doing when they hired him.

Came in the super nervous and the front desk girl Ashley was very helpful and had ALOT of patience with me and my brain fog.the staff and the dr were kind and looked liked they loved what they do. The girl Sylvia took my X-rays and helped me to relax bc I have a gag reflex. Big thank you to the team. STAY AWESOME 🦷🥰

The people here are very funny happy and still manage to be very professional. The ladies at the front desk Denise and Ashley are super sweet and helped me with understanding my insurance. Even though it's a dental office it was a great place to be 💕

The dental professional who performed my cleaning was outstanding, and the quality of care was top-notch. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Denise who works the front desk and honestly all throughout the establishment was great, she went out of her way for me and ensured I was comfortable. Everyone was patient and caring with me as someone who has SO much anxiety around the dentist, the drill, and being in one place for hours.
I did not get her name but the woman who does the cleaning was so patient and kind to me.
I will have to look at other options on some of my work due to the American healthcare system and the roll everyone has to play in that but they were wonderful to me.

I love the customer service first time visit was great all staff were very nice and kind and made me and my son feel welcomed. Made a good choice choosing this dental office I recommend.

The whole team is so kind and care about making sure I was comfortable during my first appointment with them. Miss Denise at the front desk is so smart and helpful and made it easy to ask her questions about my insurance and what is covered for my clear aligners.

Excellent! I had a cavity in my wisdom tooth and was in horrible pain! I was given a same day appointment and had minimal wait time in the office! The doctor was wonderful! She gave me the numbing agent a couple of times and my wisdom tooth was extracted with no pain! I am relieved and happy to have found Bright Now and would recommend!

Had an a great experience with Dr.Khoury and the entire team. This is definitely my new dental office. It was very clean, professional, friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

Great experience at Bright Now Dental. I had ex rays, and a teeth cleaning. The staff is great. My appointment was right on time.

I have to give a shout out to Denise for changing the culture of the Burbank office. I have been a patient there for over 10 years and have gone through various management, causing disorganization, long wait times, cancelled appointments, etc. Recently and apparently under her leadership, there is a noticeable change for the better. She greets and treats every patient with a smile, kindness, and respect. Wait times are not extreme, and I can tell the flow is more organized and I really appreciate that

I had a great experience at Bright Now Dental and Orthodontics Burbank. The entire team was very professional and welcoming from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and honestly made the visit enjoyable.

Special shoutout to the manager, Doctor, and hygienist I worked with for running such a smooth, fun, super friendly and positive environment, it really shows. Definitely recommend this office, and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit.

I am an advocate of professional talent and perfection and so admired Dr. Jeanine's every detail in real time.
She has a gentle but experienced, firm and precise hand, to comfort the most nervous, sensitive patient.
The technicians and support team have clockwork precision. They all are pleasant, supportive and caring.
I also give credit to the front desk ladies who are accommodating, knowledgeable and very precise.
To be poetic, in case I became a billionaire one day, I would still return to these people for my dental needs.

This was my first visit in many years. A Whole new staff and doctors are now there. Each person was helpful and supportive in my process , and I am deeply grateful for all that they did, and do, to support my greater health.

I cannot count the number of visits Ive had over the years when almost every visit it aeems to me there's a new Dr. The work you have done to raise the professionalism of the staff at the Burbank office is noticable to me and greatly appreciated. Dr Noom(sp) is very good. Her demeanor, confidence, and attention to her patient is 10/10. The administration staff too has gotten. So much better. And finally the Dental Hygienist, Jackie I thinks is very good and empathetic.

I had a wonderful experience. I’m glad this is my new dental office. I was seen at my exact appointment time, the front desk are really nice ladies with great energy, and my dentist was wonderful. I’ll be getting some work done here within the next few weeks and I can’t be happier!!!

The office (Denise, Kevin, & Jackie) is great with communication & scheduling. I’m often able to get work done (if needed) the same day as my check-up. The dentist’s are super helpful and are able to answer all my questions/service my needs and accommodate my TMJ.

Love this place. The office staff- Ashley, was wonderful. Very friendly and considerate about timing, appointments and the like. Dr. Perry is the best. I left my last place because of how much more professional and knowledgeable everyone was at this office.

I haven’t had an issue with the staff. All have been professional, in the beginning it was a bit rocky. Things worked out the second time around.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel this is important. I am 39 and I’m not “afraid” of dentist but I have had several bad experiences with either the practice doing a procedure and giving me the bill after or the doctor being impatient and not numbing me enough. For this reason, I was nervous about going to BrightNow but as soon as I was called by RDA, Ever, I immediately felt better. She was so caring and explained everything she was doing. Then came Dr. Khoury, who did an amazing job. She was just as caring and gentle. They explained what needed to be done and I was told how much my payment would be BEFORE the procedure so there were no surprises. She made sure I was comfortable and she even stopped twice to dumb me more as I was feeling a little pain. I will definitely return and recommend my family.

Everybody seems very knowledgeable

Ashley was sooo awesome and she's very thorough. She researches and gets the facts, although it's not always what we want to hear. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure my son's oral surgery was a success and that we got the most out of our insurance. Thank you Ashley!!!!
