My first visit was pleasant and my nurse and dentist were so nice. I will definitely recommend this business to others.

They are always super busy but they always do a really good job so it is always worth it even when its just going in for a denture repair.

I hate going to the dentist, but this place has made my experience so much better. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness. From the receptionist, the dentist,xray tech,and the manager all of them show so much compassion,empathy and kindness. They make sure you understand everything that's going on. They went above & beyond to get me the services I needed. My anxiety was calmed down because of how they handle their patients. I am very satisfied with the care I received at BrightNow of Medina.

First time there just for the examination. Absolutely love the doctor. I didn’t feel like I was at a car dealership promoting upgrades. She took the time to share with me the best coarse of action. ❤️

I actually did not have a bad experience from what other people say My appointment was very early so I got in about 15 to 20 minutes after scheduled time. When I did get finished and come out into the lobby the area was full of people.

You will always be waiting 2 hours after your appointment time to actually be taken back. Crazy. But once you get back there most of the staff is great!

Was a first visit for a pre-op to one of the specialists. Contact and referral send in initially was great over the phone and email. Once there are first they indicated they needed everything I had already sent in saying if emailed to main office or someone not on duty could be a problem, then it was found. Brought back to the room and everyone was kind and very nice. Place itself needed some cleaning and a paint job to freshen up but all in all a good place and lovely people.

The employees at this location go out of there way to be kind and courteous I felt WELCOMED&RESPECTED,THEY ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS IN MY OPINION whom along with showing compassion, actually treat you like a fellow human being!! From the front desk staff &nurses up to the doctor/dentist I was seen by I CAN HONESTLY SAY IN THE BEST WAY THIS APPOINTMENT AND EXPERIENCE WAS UNLIKE EVERY OTHER DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO AS A PATIENT BOTH AS A CHILD AN ADULT THIS PLACE IS THE EXACT OPPOSITE AND 10/10 RECOMMEND FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS ESPECIALLY IF YOU’VE HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER DENTIST’S LIKE MYSELF OR HAVE INSURANCE THAT MOST PLACES DONT ACCEPT!! And Although there was a hour long wait from when my appointment was scheduled as a first time patient it was late in the evening 4:30-5:30 an even being under staffed for the amount of patients they definitely made up for it with uplifting and positive attitudes even though from over hearing there conversations had been working more than half the day& also suggested that if in a hurry or don’t want a super long wait to make morning appointments!!

I had a dental emergency, an infected tooth that was incredibly painful, and I went there and they took care of me right away.

I had a very good experience here. I had a tooth that had been bothering me for a week, got especially bad overnight and kept me awake. I called as a new patient and got an emergency appointment the same day. Came in, they told me it would be a wait because there were people in front of me. I did the paperwork and before I could even finish it, I got called back. Not even 20 minutes. Finished the paperwork in the back and got my X-ray and talked to the doctor within 30 minutes. Needed a root canal and he offered to do it same day to get me out of pain. I can’t be more appreciative. Thank you guys. I’ll be coming back for more dental work that was found needed during the exam and x-ray.

It was a wait but the dentist and hygienist were great!

They all were very nice and friendly..The dr explained everything he was doing and was very patient with me as I was very scared..His helper even talked to me the whole time...Thank you for the great experience...Tammy Landaw

Everyone was kind, polite and now waiting on second step to consult with the surgeon so I can find out what he is going to do to get me some teeth.

They do great work . I haven’t had one issue or any staff rude to me . The only thing I dislike is the wait time .

Wait times are long even when get their right on time but nurses and staff are kind.

I had a nasty broken tooth with significant pain. I was able to schedule a next day appointment and the tooth was surgically extracted during my first visit. The dentist was quick and excellent. The tooth pulling itself took less than one minute. I didn't have insurance so total cost was about $460 for the first visit, x-ray, and surgical extraction. Prices could always change or differ but I couldn't find price information easily when I was reading reviews so there you go. Dentist and supporting staff were all wonderful.

Very good job the dentist was great and the staff was great would definitely recommend them haven't been to a dentist 2019 the staff and the dentist made me feel comfortable I am so grateful for them

I haven’t always taken the greatest care of my teeth. Instead of shaming me for it (which has been the case for years with my old dentists) they made me feel at peace and gave me hope that they’ll help me get my smile back (one that I’m not self conscious of). The female doctor was fantastic! Both her and the tech Bri made me laugh and had an overall good time! Haven’t been able to say that about a dentist ever.

Also, in searching for a new dentist, I had a very hard time finding one that: accepts my Medicaid insurance, was accepting new patients, and wasn’t scheduling out months from now. After calling literally 30+ practices, I called Bright Now and they met all my needs and got me in to be seen 2 days after I called. Phenomenal customer service all around. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The wait in the waiting room took an hour but I’m not complaining because I was seen and that’s more than I can say for a lot of other local places.

Getting scheduled and the communication between the call center and physical office I don’t feel is the greatest. I do have anxiety about going to the dentist but the girl who did my x rays and the dentist…Amazing!
