First dentist I've been to that I actually enjoyed. Ladies at the check in were pleasant and laughing with each other when I came in, they didn't act inconvenienced by my presence like many offices do. The office already had my paperwork done because I was able to do it online in advance, so I went straight back for my appointment. I wasn't told that I needed a bunch of excessive work done on my teeth so I didn't feel like they were just trying to take my money. And everyone was efficient. While hygenist was busy someone else was able to polish and floss for me until the hygenist could come over, so they didn't waste time. Overall good experience!

Dr Henein and her team do wonderful work. My 6 month routine is consistent and my teeth have never been healthier.

I had a bad experience at the dentist as a kid 70 yrs ago so have not been a fan of going to the dentist. The staff at Bright Now on Dale Mabry in Carrollwood has changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I broke a tooth several months ago and today they removed the root. I loved the way the dentist explained what was going to happen before it did. They are very gentle and thoughtful of the patient . I am so comfortable with them, I'm having them fit me for a partial. Personally, my wife and I give them the highest rating possible. We'll be back to have them do all future dental work.

I have received some treatment not too long ago by Dr. Sandra, so when I stumbled on the clinic’s page I had to leave a review. I had my treatments done for a few months and she has taken me out of a nightmare which was sleepless nights because of tooth pain. I had a root canal done and that completely alleviated the pain and then when I received my crown I didn’t even know which tooth was worked on because of how well it blended with the rest of my teeth. She was very knowledgeable and I of course an anxious patient, did my research and have verified all the info she has given me which further gave me so much comfort. Cannot thank her and her staff enough. Cathy was helpful and got me in so fast. The assistants were so compassionate and aided the doctor deliver very well care. Truly appreciative.

My husband and I had a great experience here! Sandra was very kind and thorough throughout the entire process. She took her time explaining everything in great detail and showed us pictures for better visualization. Her assistant Prado Pi was also very sweet and had props ready as the dentist was explaining things to us. It was a wonderful experience all the way through checkout as the front desk staff were also very nice and helpful. We highly recommend Bright Dental in Carrollwood!

My experience with Melissa taking X-rays was very good. I’m not an easy patient. She was funny, reassuring and good at her job. Dr. Sandra is always the best at explaining the need for dental preventive care without being condescending.

I can’t thank Dr. Sandra enough for the amazing work she did on my teeth. I used to be very self-conscious about my smile because it was too gummy with big gaps and baby teeth. Dr. Sandra took the time to listen, explain my options, and make me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. The results are beyond what I ever imagined and I finally have a natural, confident smile that I’m proud to show. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she’s also caring, and genuinely invested in her patients. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines expertise with care and compassion, Dr. Sandra is the one.

I came in for a cleaning and got excellent treatment with the dental technician missing nothing and yet not going about the procedure roughly. As a matter of fact there were a couple of times I wanted to doze off in that comfortable chair.
Everything was explained very well, the procedure and the cost, before anything was done. I was left with no questions to ask.
The dentist was friendly and gave me a few tips to better clean my teeth in the future.
The facility was set up in a sanitary fashion in case COVID were to surge again. All employees wore masks and latex gloves and expected each customer to enter the premises with a face mask already on.

Update: I had to go in as a part of one tooth came out due to an old filling failure. The front desk supervisor was very helpful, scheduling me for the next day as the doctor was out then.
When I arrived I was immediately called in, X-rays were taken, a curative procedure (crown) was decided upon and I was set with a temporary crown. Since I’m retired and on a fixed income I was concerned about the overall cost but they worked with me, getting a six month interest free arrangement set up while eliminating labor and prep costs. Humana insurance only offers a small discount. All in all it was a very pleasant experience for an unpleasant occurrence.

2nd update: During a regular cleaning visit my dentist, Dr. Sandra S. Herein, found a cavity that was very close to the root canal of a tooth. She suggested it be handled at that time. I agreed and with a minimum of pain she accomplished it perfectly. It involved removing the root canal as well.
The procedure went smoothly also because she and the dental technician, Chris, were very knowledgeable and very thorough in what they did. They even had music of the 2000s on which put all of us in a good mood. Both of their ‘bedside’ manners were as good as they get.
I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone else who is in need of dental work.

3rd Update: I had a temporary bridge for the replacement tooth set yesterday. This required shaping the amalgam of the tooth behind it. The entire process, including the elimination of a small surface cavity on the tooth in front, took as much time as it did for the novacaine to take effect. Everything went very smoothly with no pain. Chris fastened the temporary tooth and bridge well. If it proves to be as strong a bond as the temporary crown in my first post above there should be no concern of it coming loose. However, in the remote case that it could, he gave me two packets of Kerr’s Temp-Bond NE. The permanent bridge is scheduled for fitting in three weeks. Dr. Herein worked closely with me on finances, eliminating all costs but the actual product since I’m on a fixed income.

4th Update: My dentist, already solidly booked for the day, agreed to take me on with a diagnosed abcessed tooth. It was especially difficult in that it involved a molar, each of which has three roots. These were each quite thin. Nevertheless she deftly maneuvered through, did root canal work on each of them and got me fitted for a temporary crown, all of this while also handling her scheduled appointments. To say she is a dedicated professional is only touching the surface. I wouldn’t trade her for any other dentist unless one of us were to move away.

5th Update: The abcess recurred so I returned to my dentist. She said this often happens once an initial infection occurs. She recommended swirling warm water mixed with table salt over that side of my mouth for about thirty seconds twice a day after breakfast and before bed. This would help to draw out the infection. (I added ground ginger as an antibiotic.) She wanted to see me again in a month because if that treatment showed no results she would drain the infection. I was pleasantly surprised that a month later the pain and sensitivity had gone down considerably. To help matters along she also suggested using a whole clove and placing it over or near the abcess. That would help to relieve any remaining pain.

My first visit was yesterday. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Filling the paperwork on your first visit is very straightforward and quick. Did my X-rays and met with Dr. Sandra who is very helpful and shows a lot of knowledge and care for her patients. She set a plan for me and we will be proceeding with the plan. Thank you Dr. Sandra.

The staff are friendly and accomodating. I used to not like going to dental cleaning but I had the best experience with hygienist Sandhya, she is so gentle but thorough.

Went for a dental exam with xray. They all were nice. Scheduled a cleaning for a future date as hygienist was booked
