I'm a new patient. Overall I had a great experience from the initial customer service contact, making my first appointment, interaction with the staff at the office and level of care and service by Dr Sandra, Melissa and Saidi. Thank you!

This was my first visit to this office as I was changing dentists. Dr. Henein and staff were amazing. They took the time to go over all aspects of my visit and in great detail. The entire team was friendly, helpful and professional. I'm so glad that I found this office and I expect to be a patient for a long time.

The Bright Now Dental Carrollwood location in Tampa is absolutely fantastic. I have a son in braces and on Saturday afternoon he informed me he was completely out of his orthodontic rubber retention bands. I called Kathy the office manager @ the Carrollwood office and informed her of my predicament. Kathy got the Dentist Dr Henein involved to confirm the specific orthodontic bands my son needed. The office was about to close for the day, which meant he would have been without them for the entire weekend, but Kathy & Dr Henein both stayed late until I arrived to pick them up. This type of service & commitment is unheard of. I appreciate what Kathy & Dr Henein did for me/my son. I highly recommend the Bright Now Dental Carrollwood office to anyone, bc they truly are a fantastic dental office.

Dr. Sandra Henein is professional, caring and knowledgeable. She makes sure you understand the importance of taking care of your dental health with much concern.
You feel confident that you are in good hands. The same goes for the hygienist, who is gentle with all she does.
The staff is very helpful and friendly, and Kathy, the manager, always makes sure everything runs smoothly.
My husband and I will continue with there services for many years.....

Great experience every time and worked with me on my schedule to fit me in when I broke a tooth. Dentist and staff are very professional and the Dentist explained everything she was about to do and also throughout the procedure so I knew what was happening and what should or shouldn’t feel… third time back with them after canceling w another dentist office that I just didn’t feel comfortable with and felt rushed to decide on a procedure, this Dentist gave me my options and what my insurance would cover . 10 out of 10 every time.

The staff is great starting from the front desk, the technician taking the xrays, to the office manager cathy. Now Dr Sandra and the hygienist are amazing!! I hope I didn’t forget any body but it was a great experience because they truly care. Dr. Sandra will emphasize to you the importance of check ups regularly so whatever you need to get done doesn’t get too bad, take longer and Ofcourse become more costly. She literally built a tooth out of NOTHING. It was towards the front too so I needed to fix that asap

Every thing I wanted in a dentist.

Dr Sandra and her assistant I believe her name is Lilly . They were amazing with my care yesterday. I had a root canal and 4 crowns. They were amazing through the whole process. It was nearly 4 hours and they were patient with me and always made sure I was comfortable. The doctor made sure I felt no pain. The only pain I experienced was when she had to numb me up which it’s expected. Great experience. Overall the staff was great!

My experience was great from the moment I answered the facility it was cleaned professional and the staff was very kind and guided me from the process to the paperwork all the way through the procedure the whole staff was wonderful that meant my expectations the doctor work real hard and professional and was very strategic with my case because it was a difficult one she didn't give up she got stronger and smarter and executed it with precision without hurting me and kept me in a positive mood great experience all the way through

Was a bit scared going in, but the staff here is amazing. I came in based on a recommendation and can see why, Dr. Sandra is great. She explains things in ways you actually understand. The entire team works really well together, everyone was very kind throughout my visit. I highly recommend this practice. Feel very lucky to live close by, and I'll definitely be going here for the future.

Best dentist office!! All the people that work here are amazing. Dr Sandra Henein is wonderful and when she works on my 🦷 is painless and she is very considerate towards her patients.
