The people and the atmosphere were great

I recently started to get some work done. And the staff has been treating well since the first day.

It was my first time there and Dr Kang did the exam and the cleaning. She was very good at explaining everything and the cleaning was one of the best I've ever had.

My first visit to this location was great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful!

Friendly front and back staff! Dr.Kang treated my 10yr old and my child did not complain not once. We will def. be back in 6 months !!!

It is good place and staffs are friendly but most of the time they change your appointment dates due to short staff I think.

The service is great. I was well taken care of. However I was disappointed to find out that Kaiser Delta Dental only pays once a year for cleaning so I had to pay the full amount. This doesn't take away from Bright now dental it's not their fault it's Kaiser so Kaiser isn't all that. You get what you pay for. Cheap insurance cheep care. Remember that seniors.

Friendly greeting as I arrived, cleaning and check up was straightforward and comfortable. The dentist was gentle and caring. Explained everything clearly. No issues. Looks like I found my new dentist!

I did have to wait to be called for a time but that was partly due to an unexpected rainstorm the night before. Everyone seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly. I have a strong aversion to pain and discomfort, so I've turned down some recommended procedures until I've had a chance to review them fully.

The staff at Bright Now was very nice and helpful, I wish they had given me a too do list after I gat home

Excellent care- a quick answer about a chipped tooth and I was out of there. All questions were answered by my wonderful assistant and Dr. Lyu. BIG THANKS DESPITE THE CHANGES OF DENTISTS AND HYGIENISTS, I must say this office on Redwood Road is reliable and thorough. Olivia and Francia make sure I am taken care of healthily and my new Dr. Kane is personable AND so careful such that I am not tense about dental visits. Thank you sincerely.

Very nice service, I forgot that I had an appointment, hours later I called and they still got me in , Definitely recommended places, Are all nice !

Had a dental emergency and was very anxious. The staff was great, worked me in quickly and me feel comfortable.

Tracy is the best dental hygienist I've ever met! She took the time to help me through the anxiety I feel every time I go to the dentist office and made my dental cleaning experience the best I've ever had! Childhood dental trauma and super sensitive teeth and gums make even cleanings a source of stress for me. Tracy was incredibly kind, understanding, and had helpful tools and approaches to help me get through the session and I'm actually looking forward to seeing her again for my next cleaning! What a gem, Tracy is a genuinely lovely person who shines in her job. Thank you so much.
