Scheduling was easy,
I arrived 15 minutes early for my 8am appointment.

Employees waiting outside to be let in.

Got inside wasn’t spoken to by front desk.

Waited 5 minutes before going up to talk to the counter as I wanted her to settle in.
She first spoke to the gentleman who entered after me.

I had my intake form done in 5 minutes as it was my first time visiting.

Over 30 minutes before I was seen.

Assistant was friendly enough. No one seemed to know why I was there.

Dr Kang is the reason for the high star rating/review.

She previously took care of my daughter and I felt the same level of care from her.

Will give them another chance to earn my business

Excellent staff and so close to home. It’s so convenient that I don’t have to drive far. Just got my basic teeth cleaning and they also explain what I need to keep my gums healthy with the right treatment.

I was pleasantly surprised! 😁 I had a pain-free experience, while taking care of a couple of filling replacements with Dr.Kellie Kang. Everyone was friendly and helpful, including her assistant, Janeth and the receptionists, too.

I was called almost immediately. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went quickly and smoothly.

They are very nice and professional and the work does appear to be a good quality. It is a bit pricey, so I have to mind that.

On time appointment, minimum paperwork, then to business. Very competent doctors and assistants. Caring and attentive to your needs.

I found a truly exceptional dental practice! A welcoming staff who remembers you by name and a skilled, compassionate dentist like Dr. Chang can completely transform what’s often seen as a stressful experience into something positive—maybe even enjoyable.

Her passion for dentistry likely puts you at ease, and knowing you’re in capable hands makes all the difference. I know it is rere to hear someone describe a dental visit as a *pleasure*, but I am. Amazing staff, super patient, understanding, and they had great music! They were able to see us within two days for an urgent matter even being first time patients. I was super nervous as this was my toddler’s first time at the dentist and it was for a tooth extraction. I was also nervous since it wasn’t a pediatric specialty location but our insurance wouldn’t let us go anywhere else. My nerves were gone the second we were greeted. They put on frozen music for my daughter, were very comforting to me as the emotional parent, and made it overall better than I could have imagined. Thank you!
