Staff members were friendly. The medical technician she is professional efficient service during cleaning process. Staff at front desk she is nice. patient , experience with scheduling, check out and paperwork.

Courteous,professional staff. Office and exam room were clean and comfortable temperature. Dr Olsen was able to get my IV in 1 stick and explained each med he gave. Afterwards I have no pain or soreness

My visit was very pleasant. The dentist was able to take care of my fillings right after my initial exam. I did not have to come back. He used plenty of numbing material it did not hurt at all. Very fast and efficient.

I had my first visit with Brite now dental on Wilmington Avenue and I absolutely love this place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very very helpful. The dentist was very kind and gentle and he explained everything he was doing. My only problem is that their dental hygienist is out on medical leave and they don’t have a replacement so I can’t get started on my cleanings for four months. Don’t quite understand that. I’m willing to wait if I have to, but I would They just bring someone in to replace as a substitute. Just saying it’s not worth going though I really like this place.

I had my last wisdom tooth removed and it was a great experience, for being at the dentist. Needle was virtually painless and tooth was extracted quickly with very little discomfort. I was very pleased.

Professional & consistent! I have been coming to this same location for over 5 years. Ive moved a couple of times & still always make the drive to this one. I’ve seen the orthodontist, general dentist, pretty much any service/care they have to offer here. Thanks to them I have a healthy, straight smile that I love. Thank you 😊

It was good. Really good. I went in. Was taken back after necessary paper work. Nurse and surgeon were friendly. Woke up on my couch a few hours later. Had 4 teeth surgically removed. It’s the next day. Bleeding stopped, pain is minimal and I’m at work.. great experience!

The hygienist at the Bright Now in Sugarcreek that worked on me was very thorough, helpful and pleasant. She is also very efficient so the treatment was done quickly. She is the best hygienist that has treated me so far.

My first time to Bright Now. I had a tooth extraction and bone graft done and liked Dr Olson and his team. Friendly staff, easy check in and am thinking of having all my regular maintenance dental work and cleanings done there.

I went in for an introductory visit the day before I was moving out of town. Because of some cancellations, they ended up being able to get me in for both a cleaning and even a couple fillings! The staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend.
