Dr. Scott Lampert is an amazing dentist, very easy to communicate with and gives a feeling of confidence and professionalism all while being super friendly. Also, Carlos in the office is really a top professional. He gave me all necessary information, fielded all my questions and created a positive experience. I would highly recommend this dental center. My visit was on time and very quick. I had full X-rays, cleaning, and exam. The Hygentist and Dentist listened to my concerns and the Dentist was able to relieve pain I was having in 5 minutes.

Earlier this week, I had to visit the office for an emergency appointment due to an issue with my gums, and I could not have been more pleased with the care and professionalism I received.

Carlos, the Office Manager, immediately made sure I was able to get in for an appointment. His willingness to assist me and make sure I received prompt care truly stood out.

As always, Miss Sara was exceptional during the check-in process. She is consistently warm, professional, and welcoming, and her excellent customer service is greatly appreciated.

Dr. Lampert was simply amazing. He carefully assessed my situation, explained what was needed, and determined that I should be referred to a specialist. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for my well-being were evident throughout the visit. I was in and out of the office in no time.

I also want to give special recognition to Carlos for going above and beyond. He took the time to prepare my referral and even allowed me to contact the specialist’s office while I was still there to make sure I had everything I needed for my upcoming appointment.

This experience was a wonderful example of exceptional patient care, professionalism, communication, and teamwork. Carlos, Miss Sara, and Dr. Lampert each played an important role in making what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless and reassuring.

This place is phenomenal. The level of care and concern for their patients is unmatched. I had my first visit with this office today. They addressed every concern I had, answered all of questions and made me feel at ease. Special shout out to Carlos and Carol their level of customer service is too notch!!

I had a crown {15 years old} fall off over the weekend. So 1st thing Monday morning I went to my dentist office {Bright Now on Gulf to Bay BLVD} and they got me in right away.
They were able to re-attach my crown and I was in and out in record time. Great service and very professional. Thanks to everyone at Bright Now for making my day!!

Excellent Dental Clinic in a convenient location close to my home and workplace. The doctors and staff at Bright Now! Dental are very knowledgeable and helpful. I am happy they accept my Humana Dental insurance. However, my Humana Gold Plus only covers $1,000. per year of my $2000. total costs for dentures. I am paying $1,000. in out of pocket expenses which I was able to finance.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased with the experience. The staff was all very friendly and professional. the registration, technician, hygienist, and Dr. Lampert.,👍💖

I have been coming to BrightNow Dental for several years and have been very satisfied with all aspects of the practice. Bea and Dr. Lampert have always been kind and put me at ease. The staff have worked with my insurance to ensure I get the coverage that I am entitled to for my procedures.

Great place to go for dental work, everyone is polite and helpful, they take the time to make sure you understand everything from start to finish for any procedure. Hygienist Benu K. is amazing and the front office people are super friendly and knowledgeable. Finally a medical office I don’t mind going to.

I chosed this place the first day I call to set up an appointment for my routine dental care. Customer Service is awesome and knowledgeable what they're doing. On my first visit, I already felt at home with their kindness and gentle care from the personnel that I interacted with and met every personnel that working on that day. I even know their names from the Dentist and all the assistants including the front desk. I strongly recommend everyone to choose this institution with no regret.

I received excellent customer service and care from both the front office and back office staff. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and attentive. My dental hygienist, Benu Khatter, was wonderful, thorough, gentle, and clearly committed to patient comfort. I felt well cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend!

I have made Bright Now my dentist of choice since they were still Gentle Dental. They have the specialist staff capable of handling most clients needs right there at the office.
