2024 Update: Marissa is still a caring, competent hygienist. The office is modern and comfortable. I had another cleaning appointment with Marissa. She is very competent and gentle. My gums are improving because of her care. The office is updated to comply with Covid regulations.

I hadn't been to a dentist for a few years... Thank goodness this dental office cares!.. courteous and thorough. The oral surgeon was amazing. Fastidious! Erica in the front office.. sweet and understanding. Thank you!

Dr. Tapia is the best. He was gentle when extracting a molar. The staff are kind, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend this dental office and Dr. Tapia!

Made a new patient appointment on-line for the following day. Scheduled it for right after lunch, which is a good 'hack' for getting in on time. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. She needs a raise. The radiologist was very fast and competent. She also acted as scribe. The DDS was very competent, but not especially friendly. That is okay, as I was there to have a problem checked out, make sure my tooth was not infected or in harm. He was thorough, did his job and asked questions he should have as a medical professional. I like straightforward. The hygienist was also competent, but again, not overly friendly. She was not doing a cleaning, but did measure my teeth (periodontal disease, well-managed). I inquired with her about doing a maintenance cleaning, wherein she began telling me I should have an anti-biotic treatments in two teeth, this that and the other thing. I explained that I knew my teeth, have been on a maintenance program for many, many years, and unless there was an obvious blatant problem, that wouldn't be necessary. I even asked her "why", and she just kept repeating that the pocket was deep (always has been, exactly the same) and that for some people this helped. The quote for what she was proposing was astronomical, and seeing as I self-insure currently, out of the question for no real reason. All that in mind, would I go there for a routine peri-cleaning with her? Yes. The price for the peri-cleaning with the off the rack 'dental plan' they sell (79/year) is very reasonable at $139. ($218 total). This is a specialty cleaning and the cost is higher than normal. *The cost for this visit, including x-rays, with their coupon on-line was $59* An excellent price, with qualified/competent staff/DDS.

Excellent service! Can’t say enough about their prompt and caring service. They’re not like some dental providers: “He’s got teeth and money; let’s upsell him and get the money!”

Forgive me, I do not recall the name of the blonde white receptionist, but she went above and beyond for me. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but I was definitely impressed. I was a walk-in, this was definitely them going out of their way to squeeze me in. The staff stayed back to finish working on me, even though they were approaching closing hours. No visit to a dentist is ever enjoyable or go as planned, but I would recommend this place to my colleagues. I can only attest to my experience.

As someone who has somewhat of a fear going to dentist, I was made to feeling extremely comfortable and at ease. The office is very clean, staff is so polite and helpful. Glad I’ve found a dentist that I look forward to go to.

I have been a patient at the dental office for years, and I have always enjoyed the warm, welcoming stats and knows me by name and treats me like family. Thank you for your excellent service.

Update July 11, 2023: I went in for a cleaning. They still have the same hygienist which pleased me. MARISSA is gentle and thorough. I look forward to my next cleaning with her. Update April 11, 2022: I went in for another crown. Still 5 Stars! Update February 9, 2021. Still 5 stars. My most recent visit October 2021 was for a cleaning with Marissa. She is very thorough, gentle and friendly. My check ups have been improving with her care and encouragement. I have been going to the same Bright Now location for almost ten years. They retain quality staff who are very friendly and competent. They use text reminders which is very helpful for me.

Great availability, was able to get the appointment quickly. Not very organized as a team....dentist was not able to see me on time and this seemed to throw the whole team off their game. Hygienist rushed through my cleaning and hurt my gums because she didnt bother to read my chart where i self-reported a few very sensitive teeth/gums. Still having pain a day later.

Front desk staff very professional and informative, same with the doctor, hygienist and assistant, competent. It would be nice if the doctor and hygienist said hello and introduced themselves.

I have gone to this office a few times now and have always been treated with respect and kindness from all the staff. They are usually able to get me in the same day or next day if I ever am having tooth pain or trouble. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Choi. He was able to diagnose my issues and I had a much needed root canal done right then and there with absolutely no pain at all. He talked to me and made sure I was informed of what was happening and really helped put me at ease. I have been really happy with Bright Now. I will definitely continue to get my oral work done with them.

**Update** Took my mom for an extraction. Oral surgeon and dentist very courteous. I felt at times it's like a factory. A little disorganized, but friendly staff. They still need to work on canceling appts without notice and also sending 2 or more confirmation texts.

Bright Now! Has very kind and caring staff. Every time I go and see my dentist. He makes sure to greet me with a smile ask how I am doing and take care of my teeth like they were his own. The environment is very positive. Thank you Bright Now!

Our whole experience was good everyone was so patient with my son & kind, dentist & nurse explained everything so we could both understand. Dentist was very attentive to his pain level & making sure he was comfortable all the way thru his procedures. Even when we got home I was worried about the bleeding the nurse and doctor both spoke to me and was very reassuring and comforting. I believe our family found a new dentist.

Very caring and gentle

I went for a cleaning they got me in early and the cleaning was the best I've ever had. Very non intrusive. Then noticed I needed a filling so they did it on the spot..the doctor was excellent the oral hygienist was flawless and all the staff was hella cool. Thank you all look forward to the next visit.
