I needed a DDS immediately I was having intense tooth pain. Shyla squeezed me in I saw Dr Ramsay. The staff even made my Endodontist appointment for me. I really appreciated them going the extra mile. Then Dr Trecu arrived and I made the appointment to see her. The new staff are outstanding so qualified & willing to help.
I continued as a patient. Dr Trecu is the most wonderful & caring dentist with excellent dental skills. She has extracted teeth removed old crowns & replaced with new crowns that are better quality than the older ones. She makes sure I am fully anesthetized before proceeding & checks in with me through out the procedure. She has helped my teeth no matter what was needed. She is brilliant & I am blessed that she is my Dentist. I have recommended friend & family & they love her also. She is a gift. I highly recommend Dr Susanna Trecu for your next dental visit.

1st appt in March 2026 was not great..40 minutes late being seen..The staff where good and especially the new office manager Gwendolyn after several issues with schedule and referrals Gwendolyn figured things out with several phone calls, emails and texting to get it all straightened out. I called Bright Now Dental in Crystal River because I broke a tooth. They got me an appointment in a satisfying timely manner.

I was nervous about going to a dentist because I remember that it was a painful experience for me in the past but this was great I received a deep cleaning procedure. No pain yesterday and I am still in no pain today. I did have to wait awhile but it was definitely worth the wait.

Overall great place for dental care

I took my son to Brightnow Dental in Crystal River to have teeth extracted and I must say, the people there are very friendly and kind and my son had a great experience with the dentist! We are very happy that my sister Penny Leite recommended them to us, and she actually helped get my son an appointment within forty eight hours due to his teeth being infected. Great experience all around!! I also would like to shout out Jennifer in the front office, who was awesome!! I spilled a cup of ice all over the carpet and she was so sweet about it and swept it all right up with a smile😁

I arrived at the Bright Now Crystal River office with After Meth teeth. As a young lad I suffered a very Scary Experience during dental surgery. The Staff, the Atmosphere, and Ambiance were all A+. Thank you Bright Now.

Dr. "T" is the best, always has a smile on her face and very, very knowledgeable and caring. She's very meticulous and after my procedures she always takes time to give me detailed at home care instructions to ensure that I don't have any post treatment complications. Her assistants are awesome and very knowledgeable as well. They always greet you with a smile and while prepping you for your procedure take time to answer any questions or address any concerns you might have. The office staff at check in and check out are always cheerful and a pleasure to work with as well. I've been a patient here for many year's and I couldn't imagine going to any other practice.

Usually the staff is very we efficient, but not for this visit. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment. I waited over an hour to be seen. the staff, when they realized their error was very apologetic and accommodating but the whole situation should not have happened.

Very nice staff, Dr Suzanne wonderful dentist good dental plan to fix all my teeth . Hygienist explained very well why it’s important to have cleanings etc., very caring! Ty highly recommend

It was ok,everything I go there there's a different dentist and hygienist? The two woman at the front desk have been there for a long time and they are great! The female hygienist I had last year was good,the male one I had this time was okay,the male dentist I had last year was good he did five fillings and everything worked out fine,I have a appt in a week with the new female dentist don't know her yet,we'll see.seems like you can't keep employees for very long,could use some relaxing decor in the dentist and hygienist area like pictures and fix the water stained ceiling tiles,it seems very dull when you walk into that area,and cramped.

Hygienist was fantastic. The dentist did not introduce herself, was very soft-spoken and difficult to understand. There was a bit of a wait a couple of times with hygienist taken away and then waiting for the dentist to see me. The office staff for the most part, friendly and considerate.
