Good customer service and not money hungry

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked through the door, the entire staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional.
The dentist was wonderful—very caring, patient, and thorough. I really appreciated the time taken to explain everything and answer my questions. It made me feel confident and at ease throughout my visit.

I had a great experience today with my son during our dental appointment. Barbara, the hygienist, was extremely professional and kind throughout the entire visit. She made sure we both felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her friendly attitude and gentle approach were especially appreciated, especially with my son. Professional & timely !

I have been going to the Waterford Lakes office for more than ten years and have not experienced a delay in being seen within 10 minutes. I do understand that staff may be out sick sometimes and that may account for some of the comments others have left. My hygienists may changed over the years yet I have never left the office without my teeth feeling squeaky clean. If there is an area or two that I feel needs further attention, I communicate that and the area is attended to. Yes, I have found on occasion that I owe additional money, but more due to periodontal cleaning, yet on the other hand I have gone in to learn I have a credit balance. I will continue going to the Waterford Lakes office because the dentists and hygienists have always provided great services.

Dr. Gill is an exceptional orthodontist and, in my experience, one of the very best in the United States. He takes the time to listen, understand exactly what his patients want to achieve, and develop a thoughtful plan to help them reach their goals. I felt heard, respected, and confident in his care. His expertise, patience, and genuine dedication to his patients truly set him apart. I highly recommend Dr. Gill to anyone seeking outstanding orthodontic care!

I must say they're the best 👌 I have been afraid of going to the dentist for years, until last week I visited there office for a cleaning appointment with there hygienic then today I went back to complete my cleaning and also a root canal which I must say 10 out of 10 I must say I am not afraid of going to the dentist anymore..

The periodontist and the dentist are excellent. I'm getting a lot of work done because I trusted them. Their staff however, needs to get on the same page. I had essentially assistants trying to contradict what the actual dentist was telling me. But ultimately it worked out.

I went in to get my teeth straightened and I get compliments all the time now about how straight my teeth are after having my braces! Dr Gill has years of experience and it shows in the satisfactory results he provides. I experienced a thorough and amazing dental exam and cleaning done with professional care at this office. In addition, they use the latest equipment and technology to provide a seamless appointment!

First time there yesterday everyone I came in contact with was nice and helpful. They explained everything. I just don’t agree with the fact that I HAVE to get gum cleaning just because someone suggested it in order to get my braces I already signed paperwork for.

The staff is professional and friendly. I dislike the fact that it’s a revolving door. Always new doctors and staff. I had a crown done there and they just can’t get it right. I felt like I worked there at one point due to me constantly having to go there throughout the year for this crown. I’m still having issues with the crown to date and they want me to pay out of pocket because the warranty expired. The office manager was not professional in my opinion. I requested to speak with her, she came stood behind me while I’m the chair and never introduced herself. I tried turning around to see her face and she made no attempt to move forward. I’m considering changing to a different practice.

I enjoy this dental office. The staff is always friendly and my services have always made me feel safe and cared for. I do think there is room for improvement with scheduling and time management.

The initial exam / X-ray yesterday and 1st phase of cleaning this morning was thorough .Shaheen , the dental hygienist , took her time to explain to me the do's and don'ts follow up procedures after this cleaning ,and Dr. Haddock took his time yesterday to explain the results of the X-rays and original dental exam.

However , I did not appreciate being charged this morning an unexpected $14.78 extra surcharge for using my credit card to pay for the 1st of 2nd phases of my dental cleaning. I was not informed ahead of time of the extra charge of using a credit card which I think is underhanded . This is especially the case during this present time when the cost of living keeps increasing each day.

I brought my family to here for first time and had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and informed. Dr Patel was really amazing. The service was professional, efficient, and caring. I really appreciated how kind everyone was throughout my visit. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!
