I’ve always loved going to the dentist, and this office continues to reinforce why that is. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is kind, and the care feels honest and thorough.

I recently went in because I had a tooth that didn’t feel quite right. After examining it, they explained that there wasn’t anything seriously wrong, but due to some gum recession (from brushing too hard), part of the tooth was exposed and causing sensitivity. I really appreciated that they gave me options — they were completely willing to leave it alone since it wasn’t a major issue, but also offered a simple solution to “patch” it if I wanted relief.
I chose to have it treated, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable.

What stood out most to me was their honesty and the way they took time to explain everything without pressure. That kind of care builds trust, and it’s why I’ve always made dental visits a positive experience — not just for myself, but for my children as well.

Upon arrival to my appointment, the staff is very concerned and helpful with suggestions on my dental care. I had number 20 Extracted the dentist took very good care of me. I had no pain level afterwards that I did not need Painkillers

It’s taken me several years after moving here to find them, but I’m glad I finally did. They are the kindest dental office I have found around here, and that is consistent with all the staff and providers (dentist, hygienists and periodontist) I have interacted with over a few visits the last year or so.
It’s been a great experience every time, whereas previous ones have been unpleasant and inconsiderate, to the point of leaving me with anxiety I never used to have at the dentist.
This office is quickly getting me back to normal, so much so that I almost fell asleep at my last cleaning!

The doctor that I saw was amazing! I could tell he knew what he was doing and he only treatment planned what was actually needed. The staff as a whole was very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this office to all of my family and friends !

Pleasant staff who will work with you to help resolve your dental issues. I get plenty of reminders for my appointment which I appreciate greatly. They call as soon as they can to reschedule if something unforeseen happens.

My last check up was the best ever because of my hygienist, Nick. He was super nice, informative, personable, genuinely caring and even enthusiastic about his job and my teeth. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I couldn't believe how white my teeth were! He removed all the staining I've had for years that bothers me. No other hygienist has cleaned my teeth so well! I really hope he is there for my next visit.
The address on this review says Martin Way, but my appointment was in West Olympia at the Black Lake Blvd location. I did the review via a text link so I'm not sure why the address is wrong.

From reception desk, to x-ray tech, Dentist, Hygienist and their aides the entire team made my first visit and certainly not my last, anything like pulling teeth!

My experience is always very good. Everyone in the office is so kind and compassionate. The doctor is a perfectionist and does pretty quick work so us phobics can be out of there as soon as possible.
