We had a disappointing experience at another dental clinic in Eastvale — especially at the front desk, where the staff was cold, unhelpful, and made us feel more like a burden than patients. The lack of communication and professionalism left us feeling frustrated and unwelcome.

In contrast, this clinic has been a breath of fresh air. The front desk is warm, attentive, and efficient, and the dentist is not only skilled but also genuinely caring. Every visit feels smooth and respectful. The entire team makes us feel valued, and we have full confidence in their care. We’re grateful to have found this place and plan to stay long-term.

Bright Now was awesome! I just received two fills on my teeth and I absolutely do not like the dentist. However, this experience was awesome. The whole staff was very pleasant. I have a lot of anxiety when getting my teeth done and this by far was the least painful experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend them to others!

I brought my daughter here for her braces and everyone here is so nice. The ladies in the front are so welcoming and polite. They are doing a great job with her smile, it's looking better and better.

I had a great experience here from check in to check out. Everyone from the receptionist, X-ray tech, hygienist, and dentist were so nice and professional. Dr. Castellanos was kind and very professional. I appreciated how he narrated each step he was doing and was very clear with his overall plan of care.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr.Nanditha Rao. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly staff and a welcoming environment. The level of care and attention to detail shown by Dr. Rao was truly impressive. She took the time to fully understand my concerns and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The end result was a fantastic improvement in my oral health. I highly recommend Dr. Rao to anyone in need of dental services, she truly is the best in the business.

Great friendly service. I was able to make my first appointment online and be seen very quickly. I had a crown fall out and I didn't establish a dentist yet since I moved into the area. It's really hard to choose a new dentist but it was easy with "Bright Now". They took care of me quickly and I now have a dentist and I am very happy with the work they did on me. I had never been here before and have had very horrible experiences with my previous dentist just to preference my experience here. The front desk lady was very professional and helped me work through getting assigned at this location when delta care had messed up the location. My appointment was at 3 and I wasn’t able to get it figured out until after 4 and they still took me in. She was also very comforting when I told her how bad my teeth were hurting and that I just wanted it done. She also gave me plenty of time to speak to my family and figure out if we could do it that day or not. The lady who took my X-rays was extremely friendly and very comforting when I told her how anxious I was and was constantly trying to get my mind off of it throughout all of my X-rays and even after my X-rays. I was told I needed 3 teeth pulled which my previous dentist had told me 5 and that I needed some possible crowns. The doctor, Marco I believe was his name, had told me he was going to try his best to save as many teeth as he could instead of just pulling them all. He throughly explained to me what needed to be done and why. And was very open and honest about what was going on with my teeth. During the procedure, which i did not expect to be able to happen the day of being a new patient and all, he insured I was very numb and listened to me when I told him litocain did not numb me unless he used way more than normal. He also talked to me through the whole procedure as well as the dental assistant and explained exactly what he was doing throughout the whole procedure step by step. At one point in time something slipped and went into my gums. The second I said ow he pulled back and asked what I was feeling and where and if I needed more numbing. After the procedure they were able to send my medication to a pharmacy near me and have my next appointment scheduled almost immediately. I have never been to a dentist and felt safe and secure in what was happening until this one. They treat you like family and make sure that the job gets done efficiently and properly. Thank you all so much for restoring my faith in dentistry’s. I am 100% confident that everything will be done properly and I can get my smile back which is something I have never felt with another dentist. I cannot thank you guys enough

I was a walk-in and the lady who checked me in was very nice, didn’t have to wait long. The dentist who took care of me did a good job and they didn’t try to take advantage of me financially.

I have been there for deep dental cleaning and had very good experience in cleaning and tooth filling. Doctor is really good and caring.

You feel as though you will be taken care of as soon as you walk in by Suzy, the Office Manager. She makes sure that she handles and addresses most of the questions regarding billing. Billing can be considered the most daunting part of oral care, but her demeanor assures you that all will be taken care of. It has been a while since this site at the Station has had a good team. The dental assistants are also added bonuses because they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable by during your visit. I love the fact that Dr. Castellanos is very thorough. He makes sure that he addresses you by name and walks you through as he is performing each procedure. You can trust that he will not go beyond his scope. He is very knowledgeable and will not give you false hope. He provides alternatives to make sure that you are able to. make the best decision for your oral
care.
