I had five crowns replaced last year and I was having a toothache at one of the crowns. This is the second time I had to go back. Turns out my bite was off. But I am extremely impressed with the dentist. She is fabulous. Knowledgeable and very kind

Overall the staff & dental practitioners were friendly, respectful & very thorough. Unfortunately, Sam at the front desk was very rude & unprofessional. Her lack of customer service skills made my first visit here more challenging than it needed to be.

Update: on my last visit the staff at the front desk were all new. And as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked my information from across the lobby. Please be mindful that people don't want to share their private information for everyone in the lobby to hear. I appreciate the greeting upon entry but talking to me with a raised voice & expecting me to share my personal information across the lobby is unprofessional. Just because it would expedite the check-in process for staff it doesn't mean it has the patient's best interest in mind. I only keep coming back because I pre-paid for my orthodontia care with another Bright Smiles location. Gratefully, Dr. Matt Jones is always welcoming and thorough. And his support staff are always helpful.

I goofed up on this visit, but it was going to take 2 more visits before my teeth cleaning.

I really appreciate the way the team communicates—from the moment you walk in the front door to the time you leave. The service is excellent, and they show genuine concern for your dental needs. I also value that I never feel “nickel-and-dimed” here. Highly recommended!

The front office staff are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and work with the patient in finding the best appointment times, keeping the patient informed of any changes or updates to billing, to insurance in order to help their patients prepare for the next steps in their treatment plans❗️

Mr. Jose, who is as I believe is a “dental tech” here is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and keeps the patient he is working with in the know for each step of the treatment process as he is working with one❗️

My dentist, Dr. McDonald was very friendly, very knowledgeable and took her time to discuss with me my treatment plan options❗️She also listens well to the patient, any concerns and takes her time to answer any questions that one might have about his/ her treatment plan❗️

Overall, the front office staff, the dental technicians, the dental hygienist, the dentist have amazing people skills, communication skills and one feels comfortable & relaxed receiving dental treatment & asking questions❗️

Great service everyone was extremely friendly and took great care of me!

I appreciate the great work Dr McDonald did on my front tooth yesterday! The fill work on my chipped front tooth has really improved the appearance of my smile.

Can can always see me if I have any problems they get me ASAP clear answer never pressure me to do anything they inform me on everything no stone unturned!!

Another follow up appointment and once again Dr Jones was thorough very welcoming and communicative. Esperanza was just as great because she was gentle patient and very accommodating. Gina at the front desk is always friendly and very professional.

2nd appointment for my clear aligners & it went very well. Elizabeth & Dr. Jones worked seamlessly together & provided great care. This is a huge improvement from my 1st visit. Thanks Bright Smiles Phoenix!

Wonderful kind staff and oral surgeon. Waited over an hour to be seen for 5 minutes.

I had tooth implants surgery with Dr. Chintan Shah! He was extremely understanding and knowledgeable! He went throughly with the entire procedure and explained me what to expect during and after surgery!All of his staff was very understanding and helpful! It was above and beyond care!

Everyone was so nice and friendly especially Melissa the hygienist, she went above and beyond to be patient and answer all my questions. She is a very thorough honest and genuine professional!

Very great staff, very friendly and helpful! I was at another dentist that told me I needed a root canal and 4 cavities. I was shocked and wanted a second opinion. I came here and they confirmed 2 cavities, but no need for a root canal. Another dentist said the same thing, so I feel I can actually trust this place!

This group does a great job working as a team. I appreciate their friendly smiles and concern for my comfort. Dental work can be a much better experience if you have the right staff.

Recently, my crown came out, and none of the doctors were willing to fix it. Everyone gave me a huge estimate, but Chintan did it at a very reasonable cost. I’m extremely happy with the recementing of my crown. I truly appreciate not only his excellent work but also his kindness, genuineness, and humility toward his patients. Even the staff was very cooperative.
