I love those women in there.....I keep the same assistances' and Dr almost every visit. That way I feel more comfortable opening up about any other issues besides my visit at the time. I have intensive dental work being performed on me almost every other week. I am no easy patient to work with....can actually be worst than an 8 year old's first time in a dental office. Yes, they put up with my grown butt! Thank u ladies & a Special Thaaaank u To my Dentist Dr. Maria Lazamares I love her!

I had such a great experience with this dental office! From the moment I called, the staff made scheduling easy and got me in quickly. I really appreciated how clearly everything was explained from my treatment plan to what to expect next and how promptly they acted on it. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen, and everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!

The staff is always kind, sweet and
respectful. Plus, my hygienist, Gabriela, was very thorough, explained everything involved cleaning process, along the prices of each procedure. The staff & hygienists are always polite. They always provide me with a thorough explanation and breakdown of the cost of the procedure, along with making sure that I am always comfortable while they were getting things prepared for the cleaning process.

I have been very pleased with the office on Waters Avenue. I have had problems in the past at another location and moved to the Waters office and it has been a wonderful experience. My husband and I are both very happy. We also brought my 95-year-old mother-in-law and they were very kind to her and spoke Spanish, which is her first language. They have a plan that offers discounted dental work making it even better. I highly recommend this dentist, hygienist and office staff. I recently had pain in my gums around my dental implants, and they were able to get me in the office in one day and diagnose my problem and treated me quickly and kindly. I can’t say enough nice things about them!!

From a technical standpoint, it was one of the most complete and thorough dental exams I’ve had however this was my first time coming into this practice and I definitely didn’t feel a warm fuzzy welcome at all pretty cold and not welcoming. Also, I was handed Spanish paperwork to complete. I’m not Spanish and I did not like that. The people were speaking Spanish in the room. I didn’t understand what they were saying. I will continue coming here though.

I appreciate that Bright Now! Dental is conveniently located close to both my work and home, which makes scheduling appointments really easy. The staff is friendly, and the office is clean and organized.

One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that appointments—especially cleanings—feel a bit rushed. Most places I’ve been to take about an hour for a standard cleaning, but here it’s usually done in about 30 minutes. It would be better if they could take a little more time to ensure everything is thoroughly done.

Overall, it’s a good place for quick and convenient dental care, but I’d appreciate a slower, more detailed approach during visits.
