Dentists in Downey, CA

I appreciate the services provided by BND, however, it seems like they overbooked appointments which ends up with patients having to wait long time to be seen. Also, they don’t have enough open appointments. Some times, we have to wait weeks to booked an appointment.

I really felt welcomed and safe, usually going to the dentist is something I always dreaded and filled me with anxiety but during my two visits I didn't feel scared. My dentist talked to me like I wasn't stupid and took my concerns seriously, he didn't make me feel like I was stupid for waiting so long to go back to the dentist. The only issue i wasn't a fan about was leaving without a tooth lol, i understand the concern but i didn't think they would let me walk out with one of my front teeth missing, i was expecting some kind of temporary tooth in its place but we scheduled appointments to get a mold done so i can get one in its place. It just caught me off guard really. Aside from that i would totally recommend this place, they make you feel welcomed and well informed of your oral health.

OUT EFFING STANDING!!! The staff at the Hawthorne location is above & beyond awesome! I needed to see the oral surgeon for an extraction & he had already been to that location so the staff was able to hook me up with an appt at a different location to see the oral surgeon. They are all super super sweet at the Hawthorne location. A week later off to the Downey location to see the oral surgeon. They Downey location staff were fantastic! Everyone was so helpful & kind! The oral surgeon - let me say that if you ever need an oral surgeon Dr. Wright is hands down the BEST on multiple levels! He was such a super cool cat. He explained everything, when my anxiety krept in a bit he gave me a min & lemme tell you he has a feather light touch & he is fast! I didn't feel a bit of pain & was done really fast. Excellent staff at both locations & just had such an amazing experience! Dr. Wright you are pure awesome sauce & clearly the best at your job!
