Great friendly staff. Dr. Berni was amazing with his knowledge, experience and service. This place is clean and well organized.

I had to make an emergency appointment for my daughter due to tooth pain and they were able to get me the appointment that same day in the morning. Dr Arreola was awesome and so kind and understanding and treated my 13 year old with kindness and was gentle and told her everything he was going to to. They were able to do the root canal that same day. The whole staff was awesome and kind. Omar was also very helpful and kind. There was another lady helping but I didn’t get her name but she also nice and courteous and I could tell they really cared. I have been to multiple dentists before but this is by far the best place I have been too. I recommend them to everyone. They definitely have regular clients with me and my kids.

It was my first time here and my hygienist Lana did aaaamazing on my teeth cleaning. She kept me well informed about the process of everything and keeping up with cleaning after my appointment. She did such a great job of course since i stare at my teeth all day now , and even complimented my teeth lol. Shes thaaaat good!

I’ve been going to Bright Now Dental in Rancho San Diego for nearly a decade. I recently moved away from RSD and there are other dental offices that are much more conveniently located but I keep going back here because of the positive experiences I’ve had. It’s super easy to schedule cleanings and exams. I’ve not have any problems with them upselling or acting like I needed much more than a routine cleaning like other dental offices have done. More recently, I’ve had dental hygienist Launa Hoover and she is fantastic! The nicest and most professional hygienist I’ve experienced, and she communicates throughly during cleanings so you know what’s happening when and if conditions are getting better or worse over time. I’d recommend this office ti anyone needing dental services.

Launa is amazing!! She is extremely knowledgeable, is detailed, and above all kind. I’m most thankful for her at the Rancho office. She’s seriously the best! I love that during my visit she will walk through what she will be doing next (“I’m going to rinse your mouth”…”you’re going to feel some pressure”…etc) and I am not just there with my mouth open with not a clue of what to expect. Suzy and the front desk are willing to help with my scheduling woes and looking into my insurance questions. ***I would really have liked for better service with my orthodontics care, the availability of appointments makes it difficult.
