I went in to get a new set of dentures and they were very helpful with what I wanted I have a new set of Dentures coming after I go through the molds thank you bright now they listen to Everything I wanted and we're very helpful can't wait to get my new Dentures then I'll let you know

I noticed my teeth didn't get the extra attention they normally do three months ago when I was here. The regular hygienist wasn't there. Well Launa is back. She is the best. She takes her time, she explains what is happening in my mouth, and she flosses. My teeth always feel great when I leave her chair. 2/19/26

Got me in fast to fix a broken tooth. They are full service. I got a root canal and 2 teeth fixed in one week. Less pain than I have ever had with a dentist before. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing! Called and Susana booked me same day. They extracted my tooth and were so patient with me, I have a huge phobia of needles and Dr. Mehta let me go at my pace. All the staff was so attentive and reassuring. Highly recommend.

Hi there, my name is Pablo Torrez. Bright Now is very reliable when it comes to treating and taking care of their patients. My dad and I have been coming here for about three years, and I’ve never had any issues. From the front desk, to the nurses, and doctors, everyone here cares and it allows me to feel comfortable in a dental environment. Which for most of my life I never felt when going to the dentist.

Dr. Mehta and Salma RDA were very nice and they made sure I was comfortable. They did a good job

This weekend I had an unexpected dental problem. This morning (Monday) I called at 8:00 AM and was seen by my dentist by 8:30. As always, Dr. Mehta was able to diagnose and correct the problem. Everyone in that office is on their game—receptionists, office manager, dental assistants and Dr. Mehta. They are always polite, professional and knowledgeable. This even required a prescription sent to my doctor. It was handled quickly and was ready when I reached the pharmacy. Thanks to the entire staff at Bright Now Dental in Rancho San Diego for taking care of my needs today.

It seemed like she spent more time cleaning and polishing. She always flossed my teeth thoroughly too. No floss this time. I hope to see her in February. Saying all that I still think everyone there is nice and professional.

I must say I haven't been to the Dentist in over 40 years I was HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AS A TEEN . I had to get all my teeth removed and I was beyond scared 😱 😨 😫 😩 😭 but I came here and they was REALLY UNDERSTANDING AND TRIED AND DID MAKE MY EXPERIENCE AS COMFORTABLE AND EASY FOR ME AND Ms. Nita and Ms Susie made it so AWESOME for me I swear they really helped me more than they know. Thank you and I am HAPPY.

Great place to take care of anything you need for your teeth! They always follow up with me and explain everything thoroughly, including any issues I have now or might have in the future. Suzie is super helpful and always takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this office!

First time experience with Bright Now! Dental was phenomenal. I will say this, they really do care about their patients and go out on the farthest limbs to accommodate you. Thank you so much for making me feel safe and comfortable.

It never fails with an appointment your wait is 45-60 minutes long. I’ve waited months for an approval for a crown, but not until my next appointment did I asked about it. Only to find they would have to submit x-rays again. So it leaves me in pain for much longer. The staff is awesome, the office accommodating, and the service you get is awesome.

I needed a crown done for my front chipped tooth and was denied by insurance but Nita kept requesting it and I started letting it go until I got the message that I was approved. Came in and Salma and Angel were assisting Dr. Mehta and they were so gentle and very patient the entire time. I haven’t been to the dentist in a decade because they were so rough on my last visit it scared me but i’m happy that I chipped my tooth now 🤣 jk but seriously thank you guys! The best experience
