At 50 years old, I finally had to have my wisdom teeth removed. I have been putting it off out of fear of the whole procedure. The manager, Lacri and her whole team made me super comfortable from start to finish. The surgeon and his team were so wonderful, caring, amazingly skilled, and made me feel like family. I highly, recommend this team for your dental needs.

Good service, friendly staff

As a veteran, I was referred here through the VA due to limited capacity at their clinics and I’m genuinely grateful I was sent to this place.

From the moment I walked in, everything was efficient, organized, and incredibly accommodating. My schedule had to change last minute, and the staff handled it without any hassle. That alone already says a lot about how much they respect their patients’ time.

I came in for fillings and was especially anxious because I have TMJ and a strong dislike for anesthesia injections. But Dr. Lee and the team completely changed that experience for me. The procedure was done quickly, smoothly, and with minimal discomfort honestly, much more manageable than I expected. Dr. Lee is clearly skilled, fast, and precise, which made a huge difference in my comfort level.

Blake and the entire front desk team set the tone right away...friendly, efficient, and no wasted time. You feel taken care of from check-in to check-out. Natalie, who assisted Dr. Lee during my procedure, was also fantastic, professional, kind, and very quick while still being attentive.

If you’re someone who gets anxious about dental visits, has a busy schedule, or just wants high-quality care without the long wait times, this is the place to go. They respect your time, your comfort, and deliver excellent results.

Dr. Yassin was kind, patient, thorough, and professional. All of the staff at the Federal Way office were fantastic. They go out of their way to help you make sure you are taken care of. The office manager was amazing.

Since coming to Bright now dental, the staff is extremely professional. It’s very clean safe and when you come in, you feel like you’re a part of a family .When you go inside all smiles very professional very informative definitely very homey vibes.

Bright Now in federal way is amazing! The place is super clean. And their staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Blake explains everything, that you will be doing that day, upfront.. Doctor Lee is a consummate professional. He will talk to you all the way through whatever procedure you are having done.Explaining what's going on and keeping you comfort able. And his assistant Trang, makes sure that you understand everything that has taken place. This is by far the best dental experience.I have had in recent years. Great job !

I saw Dr Lee at Brite Now Dentist on March 9 th 2026, and to say he was fantastic is an understatement, I have never been treated so well at any Dentist off in my 75 years! He was gentle, polite and friendly! Because he is so through it takes 3 to 4 visits before I get my new Dentures! Well worth waiting for!

My main complaint is that I was left in the chair in a back station twice up to 15 minutes each time between clean and polish and between polish and checkup and no one came by to tell me what was happening or how long I would need to wait. When I asked what was happening the lady rudely asked if I wanted to leave. No apology for the wait, no explanation what was going on. Other than the general disrespect, the technicians did a thorough cleaning and polish and Dr Gloria was attentive to my needs and was caring and the front desk staff were efficient and pleasant.

Was really nervous about my appointment but from the minute I came in everyone put me at ease. Mel and Blake really helped me understand all the billing and scheduling.

Oh my goodness! I had such an amazing experience. Mia the Surgical Assistant was so knowledgeable and put me right at ease! & The Surgeon did an amazing job, had my wisdom tooth pulled in a matter of minutes with no issues. A Big thank you to entire staff at Bright now Dental both Federal way and Tacoma locations you’re all amazing! 💜

Quick and professional

Everyone at this practice was professional, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. This was by far the most positive dental visit I have experienced in my 73 years of life. Very thankful that I lucked out when choosing a dental center.

Dr Mehta and assistant Janet made my experience as comfortable and tolerable as possible and I am very grateful for their professionalism.

It didn’t start off well but after I made a phone call to delta dental to be put on your list I was still able to be seen for my appointment. The staff was good to me it’s been 25 years since I’ve been to the dentist I still have all my teeth even after 20 years of serious drug use and no 22 years clean and sober

Yesterday afternoon I went to Bright Now Dentist for a cleaning, deep cleaning, everything went very well, no pain at all, , I was smiling & out of there in no time , thank you guys, you’re the best 😊

Love this office! There’s a new dentist and she’s amazing, I was going to a different place before that was not great. Here I feel like I get first class treatment! I have to get several crowns and I’m so comfortable sitting there and they did everything they could to make sure my bite is comfortable and offered gas which was a much better price. Receptionist are all amazing, polite, and answer my ten thousand questions without getting annoyed! Love it here and 10/10 recommend!

The building is very clean and has nice music. The front desk people are very kind and welcoming. Overall great place to go to, they make sure your comfortable

My insurance company set me up with Bright Now Dental. From my first examination visit they Evaluated my dental needs. They were very thorough and took the time to explain their findings.. The office staff spent the time going over what my coverage is and what I will be responsible for.
My first procedure was two root canals. The doctor and assistant worked very well together.
Their attentiveness to patient health and comfort was from beginning to end.
I highly recommend Bright Now dented in Federal Way.

The staff has been caring, amazing and wonderful!
This is the first time I have been getting regular cleaning at a dentist office. I had some really horrible experiences with dentist in the 70's and 80's and really really hated going to a dentist.
When I first went and explained the situation the staff listened and made sure to be careful and explain things to me. Each one had a gentle touch!
After having several appointments with them. My last cleaning was the first time walking towards the chair I didn't experience the yucky feeling I usually do!
Seriously thank you to each and everyone one of you working there! You have been amazing, helpful and wonderful! I actually feel OK about coming back in 6 months to get my teeth cleaned again.
