Dr. Mazin and his dental team are amazing. I would have given them a great review if it wasn’t for how long it took to make an appointment. I called several times and kept getting the answering service. I left three different messages and didn’t get a response back. The attempts to contact them were spanned about a month. Eventually, my call got thru and was told that they were short staff with only one receptionist answering all call. In the past, my experience has been excellent and satisfactory, but if the office doesn’t add more administrative staff, they might loose their loyal customers.

Efficient and professional. Always feel like my teeth are in good hands.

Dr Mazin was really nice not over selling work that I needed on my crown. He seemed to enjoy talking to me while waiting for something to cement which most dentists don’t seem to see you as a person just as a set of teeth. 😬. They all did a good job with my crown and didn’t cause undue discomfort. They are really busy for cleaning and you have to schedule it way, way in advance.

Staff was very professional with warm smiles to put you at ease. Dentist that worked with me was gentle, but thorough, and would go back again. I had cleaning done, so your experience may vary. Otherwise, two thumbs up.

I have been going to this location/practice for at least 20 years (with a break of a couple years where I had other insurance they did not take). Up until recently everything has been great. I had gum disease and was treated for periodontal disease years ago here. It was stressed to me how important to have regular cleanings...2 times a year. I have been very diligent. When I went to the other practice each time I went they told me I had "excellent oral hygiene". My issue with Britenow: actually getting an appointment for a cleaning. I was seen last June. Since covid there has always been some kind of reason given by them on why it is so hard to get in. Which I do understand...to a point. Last year, I waited and waited fir my appointment. The day of they called me and canceled due to the hygienist was ill. Ok I still understand. I called back to reschedule and was told it would be 3 months. I asked why since I had already waited 3 months why would I not be priority and moved ahead of the people who scheduled after me but I missed my appointment because they were sick. They were able to accommodate me thankfully which was great and I went in same day (they had a cancelation). Fast forward...June 2025. After my cleaning I tried to make my next appointment to be proactive. They told me they don't schedule out that far in advance and to call a little closer to the time to be seen. So I waited till early October to schedule a December cleaning. I was told they had nothing till after the first of the year. Ok.thats crazy. Same blurb about lack of hygienists. So I decided to make sure everything was OK with my insurance ce after enrollment before making a decision and was actually thinking of going to a fmdigmffeeent dentist...even to the point of choosing one and having the number in my phone. One last chance Brightnow-I received a text reminder from Brightnow for being due for my cleaning. I thought "oh ok maybe I'll try again" I called to make a cleaning appointment...December 8, 2025. They tell me they can't get me in till October 2026. That is missing 2 cleanings for a former periodontal patient! I told them I was going to have to go somewhere else. They seemed just fine with that. I called the other office that takes my insurance I had been looking into. Was seen in a half hour (they had a cancelation) and my next six month scheduled for July. I'm so disappointed with Brightnow at this point.

Dr. Mazin is personable and knows his stuff. I don’t dread any dental work since going to him. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. The dental assistants make you feel like you are part of the family and very helpful.

My wife has Alzheimers and Miriam and Angie showed patience and care for the patient while doing a wonderful job.
