Dentists in Frederick, MD

My family and I have been using BrightNow Dental to meet our dental needs for the past 12 years. Specifically the 85 location in Frederick. That should say something about the level of service we receive.

Everything was great. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The dentist was very professional and courteous.

Over the years Looks like they have made some changes with staffing, hopefully this will become a positive change. I'm not understanding how this facility charges you $25.00 dollars to screen you for oral Cancer, Should be a free service. I asked my Primary Doctor her thoughts, and she was shocked to hear it was a paid service. Shame on Bright now Dental.
If you book an appt., they send way to many reminders. Text messages 3 times and following up with a phone calls. It is a bit excessive...clean facility,.Current staffing seems friendly so far!

Dr. Tien extracted the remains of a broken molar. It was a real possibility that the root would rupture the membrane into my sinuses. He removed it, with no rupture, in less time than it took to numb me. He was very reassuring, as was Brandy, his assistant.
Cindy, at the receptionist desk, is always a friendly, welcoming presence.

At the risk of them becoming busier, I highly recommend this dental practice.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience here getting teeth extracted. I can’t say it was great after everything was done(due to the expected pain) but the staff was amazing and Dr. Tien really put both me and my mom at ease. He was kind, funny and patient with our questions. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I chose Bright Now to care for my teeth. Dr. Patel is exceptional! She is by far one of the best dentists I have ever been to! She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable about the procedure you are having. She is very knowledgeable and her work is clean and gentle. She takes the time to explain everything in detail which I value a lot. I would recommend seeing her if you choose Bright Now.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable., patient, thorough, clean environment, latest medical equipments, timely waiting, timely appointment, affordable fees, accepts most dental insurances, also follows CDC Covid guidelines. Very awesome Dental Company.

Dr. Patel and the entire staff were professional, courteous and were able to solve my issues in one visit. Unfortunately, with the shortage of dental providers and hygienists, it will be difficult to get back in for routine care. Despite this, I was happy with the service provided to me last week.

I had an excellent experience with my visit. The personal care was fantastic as Dr and assistants checked on me to make sure I was doing okay.

Absolutely WONDERFUL place! If I could give them 10 stars I would! The receptionists, Dr. Patel, the dental hygienist, just EVERYONE is amazing there! Very friendly and considerate! I have a back injury and laying down can be uncomfortable for me and both Dr. Patel and the hygienist came to check on me to be sure I was comfortable while I was waiting for the novicaine to do it's magic (lol)! I absolutely would recommend them to friends and family!!! :)

Haley at the front desk is a godsend. Her patience and calm and kind demeanor have been incredibly reassuring, as everyone knows, dental visits come with crazy anxiety. I highly recommend these folks!

Dr. Tien and Dr. Upadhyay were amazing. I had delayed recommend procedures from my dentist for 2 years and final had sever pain. Bright Now was able to fit me in and perform a quick dental exam to find the issue and then perform the oral surgery that day. 2 days later I am feeling great and am ashamed that I ignored the issue for so long.

Both had excellent bedside manners and made me feel very comfortable while in the office. The rest of the staff (front desk, xRay tech, dental assistant) were all personable. Thank for your help.

I will admit that I was hesitant at first to try Bright Now after reading a large amount of not so positive reviews. But I am pleased to report that Dr. Patel and the staff have been wonderful. I was dealing with a large amount of anxiety about visiting the dentist after several years of not having insurance. This actually got the better of me and I was in tears in the exam chair. Everyone was kind and understanding. I did not feel pressured to schedule or make any decisions. Once I scheduled my visit, I was greeted warmly and treated well. My hygienist Angie was amazing and she answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I am very happy with my decision to become a patient with Bright Now!

I had the greatest experience yesterday evening. Dr.Tien and his staff were the absolute best. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I was taken back promptly and Dr. Tien introduced himself and relaxed my nerves. Getting wisdom teeth extracted is a really big deal!! He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. His assistant Brandy was awesome. We went over my treatment plan and She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. They were the perfect pair for this procedure. I have heard a lot of horror stories behind getting wisdom teeth extracted and this was easy as pie! I would definitely recommend anyone needing oral surgery to come to Bright Now! Buckeystown Location and let Dr. Tien work his magic!

I was having some challenges with Bright Now, but I can say my experience yesterday was much improved. I’ve always liked my dental hygienist, but the doctor was awesome and I will return.

The staff was so professional and courtesy since I called for scheduling the appointment. I was very satisfied with the service and the Doctors very explained step by step that you feel very trustful in there's hands. I will recommend to anyone for there services.

Being shy of extractions Dr. Niven gave me confidence I needed to get my extractions without being sedated because that was my plan it was over in know time thanks again Dr. Niven

I usually go to the other Bright Now office but when I needed an emergency filling replaced (old one somehow fell out) the doctor there wasn’t available. Erin at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind and was able to fit me in the next day. Dr Patel was very friendly and assessed and completed the filling and I didn’t even feel a thing.

Definitely considering to change my care to this office!
