Everyone is really nice. My first time there. Got a checkup and a great plan.

I've had more bad dentists than good in my life, and by a fair bit. Everyone that I've interacted with so far has been very kind and helpful. I had a tooth extracted by Dr. Tien, and Dr. Mazin did my comprehensive assessment. Both were very kind and very easy to work with, and I felt like Dr. Mazin's recommendations were honest, fair and accurate - an experience that I haven't had in a long time. He was also very kind and very easy to work with. I'm very pleased. (The office staff and assistants were also excellent)

Wonderful experience

My family and I have been using BrightNow Dental to meet our dental needs for the past 20 years. Both the 85 and TJ Drive locations in Frederick. That should say something about the level of service we receive. Hygienists, Angie, Miriam and Chris are all great at their jobs.

Great team and great work. Dr Patel and staff are committed to helping with proper dental care and understanding of treatments.

Even though the entire staff has changed, Ihad a good experience. I like my hygienist (Pat) following up with the doctor exam. Overall, it was a good visit

The service was professional and timely. The dental tech was thorough and answered my questions. Unfortunately I am terrible at remembering names but I would have her do my deep cleaning again

I had a very extensive procedure. It was extremely painless and they were very considerate about my comfort. I’m very pleased with the entire staff

The facility was clean and the staff was professional. The surgeon took great care of my family member. He explained the entirety of the procedure incorporating me into the conversation.

All the professionals at this location were wonderful. From admin to techs to the doctor...I was treated very well. My wellbeing was always thwir priority. Not to mention, I'm very happy with the work I had done.

Dr. Patel is exceptional, very pleased..
12-10-25, had multiple (8) extractions, DR. Tien did super job…. not sure I even need the pain meds.
So……. 6 stars for Dr. Tien !

All the staff were pleasant and friendly. But most importantly they were very professional. Each one explained in detail all of my dental needs.

I usually hate going to the dentist, especially since the last one jacked up my mouth terribly, but I’ve got to say my overall experience was surprisingly great! From the front desk to the assistant and then to the actual surgeon, everyone was just great!

Absolutely WONDERFUL place! If I could give them 10 stars I would! The receptionists, Dr. Patel, the dental hygienist, just EVERYONE is amazing there! Very friendly and considerate! I have a back injury and laying down can be uncomfortable for me and both Dr. Patel and the hygienist came to check on me to be sure I was comfortable while I was waiting for the novicaine to do it's magic (lol)! I absolutely would recommend them to friends and family!!! :)
