I have been getting my treatment with alot of care. I suffered from anxiety and they worked with me, the Dr. Is so cute he sing or Humm when working on your tooth, it really calm me down.

Starting with receptionist & the woman who was handling the billing, they were extremely helpful .I went in for an emergency appointment.Dr.Chan evaluated me, and before I knew it Dr.Chan and his assistant Nikita were in sync, removing the tooth, and preparing it for an implant. Did i mention I was basically a walk-in and got all these services done!!AWSOME!AWSOME!AWSOME!AWSOME!AWSOME! to match the 5 star service I received. That's how business is done..Hats off to this team of professionals. Ty so much!

I absolutely love Dr. Chan and the entire team at BrightNow Dental West Shaw. I always feel very welcome when I come in. Everyone takes the time to know me and they always ask about my family when I am there. Dr. Chan has always made all of my care, and it has been extensive; feel like a normal check up. He always says that I make feel a little pinch, but you know, there never is. He is a wonderful dentist. He will always put me at ease by remembering about me and my interest. He is always so relaxing while working on you, and yes his calming voice singing lightly while he works is always best to put any anxiety to quick rest. Thank you Dr. Chan. I am glad that I was so lucky to find you.

Wait time to be called back was a bit long at 20 minutes. X-rays & cleaning was done quickly & efficiently, however I was asked to wait for the dentist to look over my x-rays after I was done with my cleaning. I left after waiting 5-10 minutes.
