Janet and Dr. Hsu were wonderful. They took the time to explain the procedure and to make sure I was comfortable. They fixed my broken tooth on my first appointment with them and I am just waiting for my permanent crown. I would highly recommend them. My experience was the best I have had. Two thumbs up.

I have extreme dental anxiety due to past significant dental trauma and mistreatment from other dentists. The Gig Harbor location is hands down the best experience of my life. From start to finish of my new crown I was not left alone, I was told exactly what to expect, and they had the latest and most up to date tools. The cherry on top is I think we successfully avoided a root canal. Every person I interacted with treated me with kindness, respect, and care. Thank you to the entire Gig Harbor team for helping me heal and learn to be okay with the dentist. I am so relieved I found you.

My molar cavity broke out of no where and I was in shocked. I scrambled to find a good dentist and Bright Now accept me with open arms. Needless to say my tooth is fixed and I’m super excited. Thank you all at Bright NOW🌟👏🏽

Bright now is hands down the best dentistry office I’ve ever been to! Dental and ortho are such a pleasant experience. I actually enjoy going. The people are so invested and kind. They remember us and always ask how we are. Not to mention my teeth feel and look great. We love them! I cannot recommend the gig harbor office enough! Marco and team are amazing!

Easy scheduling and the staff is very nice.

So far so good! It was only my first visit but I liked them all much more than my last dentist office. Marco made it so easy to schedule, Janet was pleasantly patient with me, and Dr. Mehta was warm, professional, and thorough. My hygienist, Bethany, did such a great job and Nicole was friendly at checkout. I’m glad I chose Bright Now Dental in Gig Harbor!

We were a little late to the game getting our 4 year old to the dentist. So he was pretty nervous going in. Everyone was so friendly! From the front desk at the beginning to the very end. The Dr. made my son feel safe. Big shout out to Janet for her patience, she was great.

This team is amazing. My son is five and they dealt with him so well. Janet and Bethany, took the x rays and did soo good. The Lisa walked my other son around the office to distract him. When the dr came in my son did very well. Even up front Marco made things supper easy. Wonderful place definitely would go everyday if I could… :)

Staff was kind and friendly, they answered most of my questions and seemed fairly understanding. I haven’t done a great job taking care of my teeth and gums, which I’m trying to fix, but I didn’t feel judged by the staff like I have at other dentist in the past. Only problem was that the appointment lasted longer than I thought it would, mainly because my appointment was the first of the day and the main dentist was stuck in traffic. Luckily I didn’t have anything to do for the rest of the day, but if I had it would have been a problem.

Once again, Doc did an excellent job! Doctor was super gentle and patient. I’m a big chicken and she made it comfortable. - Root canal

Wanted to share how much I enjoy Bright Now Dental in Gig Harbor. The office is always spotless and the entire team, from Dr Mehta, Bethany, Lisa and Mario are The Best! I feel so comfortable and can tell they Care!

I had an exceptional experience at Bright Now Dental in Gig Harbor, WA. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Bethany, the hygienist, provided an amazing cleaning service, and her expertise was evident throughout. During my visit, they discovered a significant cavity in my tooth through X-rays. Dr. Mehta, the dentist, was incredible in explaining the entire treatment plan and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. This clinic has exceeded my expectations, and I can't praise them enough. I'll definitely be returning for my bi-annual dental checkups and cleanings. Bright Now Dental in Gig Harbor deserves a solid 5-star rating for their exceptional care and professionalism.

I have neglected my teeth horribly due to fear. I have now been to BrightNow in Gig Harbor 3 times. Dr Mehta is incredible as are her staff!! Very gentle, understanding and patient. From Marco and Nicole up front to Moria and Bethany in back, everyone was kind and patient. I am happy to have finally found dental care that I don’t fear!!Thank you!!

Bright Now Dental! Has a WONDERFUL staff, very welcoming and very different from my previous experience which included 2 other dental offices in three years!

I absolutely LOVE this clinic and the entire staff. Everybodys fun and funny. Bethany cleans my teeth so gentle and remembers stuff I told her on my last visit which makes me feel so special! Lisa is the "teeth maker" and she's also so amazing! Quick and thorough when making my partial! And my Dr Mahya is also very gentle and thorough and really listens to my concerns! I do not love going to the dentist but this place and crew is definatley as good as it gets! Thank you bright now dental, gig harbor!

Latest UPDATE 10/27/23 Janet was a very gentle and kind assistant as the Dentist skillfully and quickly took care of my bridge installation , which they cheerfully did despite my being half an hour late to my appointment....I had called beforehand and let them know I would have to be late, and they agreed to take care of me despite the schedule change. 9/13/23 Dr Almo,assisted by Rosie did a great job giving me a root canal today! Dr Almo took time to show and tell me what he would be doing and then was very quick to get it done , keeping me as comfortable as possible. He and Rosie worked together very efficiently. The office was quiet and calm. Marco is always very personable and friendly as well as efficient and helpful. He listened to what my situation was and found an appointment time that helped me avoid missing any teaching time with my students! He is a terrific first contact person in the office and on the phone when I have needed to call in and change an appointment. ___________________________________ August 2022 I was impressed with how friendly everyone was, starting with the very cheerful greeting from the receptionist as I walked in the door. It made me feel like going to the dentist was a BRIGHT spot in my day instead of terrifying and unpleasant time. I felt the dentist was very thorough in her examination and gave me great advice and recommendations to help preserve the health of my teeth . The office was very clean and I was made comfortable by the routines in place regarding Covid-19 protective practices.

Staff are friendly and professional. They clearly understand that Dental care is Human care.

The staff is always mindful about my anxieties… Plus it’s been basically the same staff the entire time I’ve gone there, which says a lot
