I visited your facility yesterday, June 22, 2026, and had a positive experience with Dr. Wells. He provided clear explanations throughout the procedure, which I found commendable, as not all dental professionals offer such detailed communication. His service was exceptional, and I personally expressed my appreciation for his professionalism. I would rate his individual performance with five stars.

However, my overall rating for the visit is three stars, primarily due to an issue with the receptionist. I did not obtain the receptionist's name, but after my appointment, I realized I needed a doctor's note for work. Upon calling, the receptionist assured me it would be emailed. After several hours without receiving the email, I called again at 4 p.m., an hour before closing. The receptionist again confirmed my email address and stated she would send it immediately. Despite this assurance, the email was not received even an hour after closing.

In summary, while the dental experience was excellent, the administrative support was unsatisfactory. Bright Now Dentistry, I urge you to consider this feedback carefully. A generic response would suggest a lack of commitment to patient satisfaction. Your receptionists are the initial point of contact for your patients, both in person and over the phone. Therefore, enhanced training on promptly fulfilling patient requests is crucial. While I acknowledge the possibility of a typographical error in the email address, it was confirmed verbally on two separate occasions after I provided my name and date of birth. A sincere apology and a commitment to improvement, followed by tangible actions, would be greatly appreciated.

Mentioned that the usual receptionist was on vacation. All technical work was 5 star.

I wish I remembered my dentist name. I was in for a crown a few days ago and they did a fantastic job. Almost painless!!! I felt one small pinch when I was getting numbed. Hands down the the best experience ive had in a dentist office. He also took the time to explain what was happing how he doing his job and what to expect next. Man I wish I remembered his name... 10 out of 10. Recommend this dentist.

The hygienist cleaned my teeth quickly, thoroughly, and pain free.

Dr Lin was able to see me right away. He was thorough, kind, and clear. He referred me to an endodontist for the treatment I need and gave me medication to treat the infection.

I was nervous about this appointment and was also in quite a bit of pain. They were great about my concerns and took the time to listen. The dentist was informative and very patient and kind. The staff is also top notch! I would recommend Bright Now Dental for all dental needs.

Good service overall but they will up charge you and add things that you don't always need. I was on hold for 20 minutes recently.

Went in with uncertainty- had an amazing appointment from the start all the way through the end with every employee. The dental assistant and the provider, Dr. Crowley were hands down amazing and I left feeling reassured and better than when I first got there. I appreciate all employees at this location.

Bright now dental literally charged me for no reason for this month went I went in for a procedure and paid for my procedure back in March. I would like for the staff to handle billing correctly.
