Dr Lin was able to see me right away. He was thorough, kind, and clear. He referred me to an endodontist for the treatment I need and gave me medication to treat the infection.

I was nervous about this appointment and was also in quite a bit of pain. They were great about my concerns and took the time to listen. The dentist was informative and very patient and kind. The staff is also top notch! I would recommend Bright Now Dental for all dental needs.

Good service overall but they will up charge you and add things that you don't always need. I was on hold for 20 minutes recently.

Dr. Lin is so attentive and thorough in his exam. He made me feel at ease.

Bright now dental literally charged me for no reason for this month went I went in for a procedure and paid for my procedure back in March. I would like for the staff to handle billing correctly.

Went in with uncertainty- had an amazing appointment from the start all the way through the end with every employee. The dental assistant and the provider, Dr. Crowley were hands down amazing and I left feeling reassured and better than when I first got there. I appreciate all employees at this location.

I really enjoy my hygienist and my dentist, Dr. Wells at Bright Now Dental.
However, the office staff is frustrating. It appears as if they don't know what is going on, ever.
Bright Now office staff frequently calls to reschedule my appointment, after I have confirmed my appointment by text and a personal call from the office; and on several occasions (my husband also goes to the same Bright Now, and this has happened to him FOUR times, prior) have called to cancel and reschedule 25 minutes before the appointment. Driving to an appointment takes 45 minutes and I/we have asked that it be noted on our files so I/we don't drive all that way for nothing. My husband works nights and getting to these necessary appointments is a task. But, he has been waiting in the parking lot ready to come in for his scheduled appointment only to receive a call, 30 minutes before; that they would have to reschedule.
Like I said, I love Dr. Wells and my hygienist and I do recommend their services and give them FIVE stars. The office staff are a THREE at best.

Four weeks ago Dr. Crowley performed my implant surgery. I was amazed at how quickly and smoothly he finished the job, while I hadn’t felt a pain or discomfort during the surgery.

My healing post-surgery was quick, too, the slight pain and small swelling were gone after two days. The suture fell out after a week (just as described in the operation sheet).

In addition, I like Dr. Crowley’s anesthesia. His needle was very gentle. After a quick, painless surgery, the numbness of my implant area didn’t stay long (I think it’s great) !

Thanks to Dr. Crowley and his team! They are kind, caring, and patient. A “Thanks” isn’t enough to show my appreciation.

A little confusion on the day of my last visit. I didn't receive an appointment confirmation, so I had to call Brite Now! to see if I still had something scheduled. My appointment had been cancelled my the provider, but Lindsay was available to see me.

I am a Senior & was nervous but was treated very well & kindly during a difficult filling done by Dr. Lin. The assistants were pleasant & helpful.

Gresham Brught Now Dental was very professional and the appointment went perfect.

I had multiple appointments in one morning for a cleaning, fillings and a wisdom teeth extraction consultation. I barely had to wait. My 3 hour appointment was actually fairly enjoyable, and that’s saying a lot for being at a dental office. The office staff, hygienist, assistant and dentists were all very friendly and talkative. I especially like the dental assistant - we were laughing together after I got my fillings and my mouth was all numb.
I was nervous to switch dental offices when my insurance changed, but after the good experience I had at that appointment, I’m confident they’ll take care of me.

I called to make an appointment for a filling that fell out and I spoke to Ruby. She was such a delight and very professional! I got scheduled with Dr. Lin and he was so nice and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place! Definitely will be coming back :)

Great Doctors and staff. Had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and the information I was given by Doctor Jeffrey Crowley eased my mind knowing the risks taking out my wisdom teeth.
