I just started my son’s braces journey at this clinic and the team made the whole process smooth and comfortable. The staffs were incredibly thorough and took the time to explain every step, ensuring I was comfortable with the treatment plan. The dentist is gentle and truly cares about patient satisfaction. They are very honest with their advice, If you’re looking for high-quality orthodontics with a friendly team, this is the place to go!

Dr. Wood has been the best dentist I’ve ever been to! She is very passionate about her work and make sure it’s right every time! Finding a dentist that cares so much about her patients is very rare these days. She talks you through the process and make sure your okay the whole time. Omar is very professional with his work, he loves to talk you through the process to make sure you understand. The girls at the front desk are very friendly, the at atmosphere doesn’t make it feel like a typical dentist office. I’ve been coming to this office for years just because of Dr. Sood. Highly recommend her for all your dental needs!

Very enjoyable experience especially for me since I am quite skiddish about going to the dentist due to some past issues from an old facility in Oakland. Merizza is excellent, gentle and very pleasant. The entire staff is nice and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Such a great experience at Bright Now Dental in Hayward! I came in for an Ortho consult for Invisalign. The entire process was quick and smooth - I did my intake forms, an initial consult, x-rays, and scans. They quickly decided on a treatment plan and provided an estimate of my costs after insurance. The hygienist and dental assistants were amazing- very friendly and communicative. Finalizing the documents and payment with the office manager Samin was a breeze. She was kind, honest, and efficient. I look forward to completing my treatment here!

I've always had great service here, nice staff, gentle DDS{s}, quick in & out service. My Only Complaint is that they NEVER Answer Thier Phones!!! There IS an iron to book an apt on line, however.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this office. This doctor the front staff the back staff every single person that works. There is amazing and personable and cares about your teeth not just you. It’s a once in a lifetime kind of place. I tell you.

This Dental office is wonderful. All the staff is very friendly and informative. I recommend this Dental office to everyone. I will definitely be coming back.

Everyone i interacted with was kind and thoughtful. Everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. All my questions were answered. I was worried about payment and was kindly helped with Care Credit. The office is very clean and the atmosphere was very caring.

From the moment I walked in, I was acknowledged and waited on right away. I had my x rays done first, the dental assistant , Raheem was so patient and knowledgeable on my entire process.
I was then seen by Dr. Sood, she is so professional , she explained I in it's entirely what she would be doing to my mouth. She was very gentle during the process.
I would most definitely recommend this dental office and this dentist. She's the best.
