I have been with this dental office for about four years now. I have good experiences with them. Dr. Sood is professional and very nice. I also like them to answer my phones when I had urgent needs. They try their best to give me a same day appointment, or as soon as they can. This was not the case when I was with my previous dental office (and that was one of the reasons that I switched here).

Very professional and cheerful staff that is engaged in your needs. Dr. Sood was able to make me feel comfortable and confident explaining procedures. Samin , the business officer is the best at explaining coverage and plan information. Very impressed with the operation.

Dr. Sood always does a great job on all my dental needs and everyone in the office is super nice and welcoming.

I always have the best experience at Bright Now Dental & Orthodontics. All the staff are very friendly. They did my dental cleaning and the dentist was so kind. All the service staff are very friendly. The girls at El Lovi are always very kind and treat you in the best way. The facilities are always very clean and have everything you need for the best experience. Great job!

Dr. Wood has been the best dentist I’ve ever been to! She is very passionate about her work and make sure it’s right every time! Finding a dentist that cares so much about her patients is very rare these days. She talks you through the process and make sure your okay the whole time. Omar is very professional with his work, he loves to talk you through the process to make sure you understand. The girls at the front desk are very friendly, the at atmosphere doesn’t make it feel like a typical dentist office. I’ve been coming to this office for years just because of Dr. Sood. Highly recommend her for all your dental needs!

Such a great experience at Bright Now Dental in Hayward! I came in for an Ortho consult for Invisalign. The entire process was quick and smooth - I did my intake forms, an initial consult, x-rays, and scans. They quickly decided on a treatment plan and provided an estimate of my costs after insurance. The hygienist and dental assistants were amazing- very friendly and communicative. Finalizing the documents and payment with the office manager Samin was a breeze. She was kind, honest, and efficient. I look forward to completing my treatment here!
