This isn’t a dental treatment review, but rather a shout-out for excellent service at the front desk.

I spoke with Arzu at the Bright Now Dental Herndon office regarding an appointment that had to be scheduled - and then rescheduled - due to the dentist’s last-minute unavailability. Despite the inconvenience, Arzu handled everything with remarkable patience, calmness, and compassion. She offered multiple options without showing a hint of frustration and was genuinely a pleasure to speak with.

Given a previously poor experience at this same location, I really appreciate the noticeable improvement in front desk service. Kudos to Arzu for turning things around!

She made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained everything with kindness. Her assistant, Paul, was also very nice and caring, which made the visit even better. Usually, I don’t take the time to leave reviews, no matter how good or bad the service is—but after this amazing experience, I just had to share!

I had a severe toothache and a swollen jaw—the worst pain I’ve ever experienced in my life. I called Bright Now Dental, and they took me in right away. From the moment I arrived, the manager Ms. Rose welcomed me with a warm smile and was so helpful throughout the entire process, making sure I was okay every step of the way.

Dr. Abeer was absolutely amazing—very knowledgeable, clear, and professional. She immediately identified the source of my pain and took care of it efficiently. The dental assistants, Sonia and Sima, were incredibly kind and comforting, helping me feel at ease even while I was in a lot of pain.

This office is completely different from any other dental office I’ve visited. It’s a team of true professionals who not only know their work but also bring warmth, humor, and genuine care to their patients. They even made me laugh through the pain!

The service here at BrightNow Dental in Herndon is outstanding! From the front desk to sitting in the dental chair. They all have been kind, helpful and incredible patient. My cleaning and treatment experiences with her are always so professional, pain free, making me feel comfortable of the treatment and care I am receiving. Second of all, a huge thanks to Dr. Abeer for sorting out my issues and fixing my nightmare of a mouth.
