I've been a patient with Bright Now Dental in Holiday for 10 years. I have had Valerie as my dental hygienist for the past few years, and wouldn’t want anyone else. She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, thorough, professional, respectful, and I am very thankful to have her!! My teeth thank her as well. She speaks with all staff in a professional and respectful manner. I’ve heard her more than once let them know she appreciates them. What a gem. She has been training an assistant (my words) named Kim, who is also amazing. In my books, they’re a dream team.

I was sent for a consult with Dr. Gargasz. Consult and appt for the work to be completed went perfectly. Dr and his assistant were very friendly and personable. They make you feel very comfortable and I felt literally zero pain during or after my procedure.

I had teeth issues at my last appointment and Valarie took the time to explain the options available. Other staff members were helpful and couteous as well. Valarie always does a great job cleaning my teeth. She's thorough, gentle, considerate, with good advice.

Everyone at the Bright Now Holiday location were very nice, polite and made me feel comfortable and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Bright Now to all my family and friends. Thanks!!!

Big chicken with low pain tolerance for all things dental. All went smoothly and the staff worked diligently with my insurance to keep down costs. While I'm not a fan of root canals, I would go nowhere else but here!

The checkout lady(African American) was extremely rude and unfriendly! She snatched my card payment then basically tossed it back on the counter to return it to me. Poor customer service.

They run pretty close to your appointed time . The staff is always very kind and friendly and take their time. I never feel rushed.

Great Service &Communication

Dr. Gerges and the team were so sweet and kind! I was so nervous to come because of one of my teeth, and they made me feel so welcomed and not shamed. I am excited to see the financing they offer to start investing in my smile ☺️ The front desk staff was super kind as well. I wish I caught their names. Thank you Holiday team!

Like many people, a trip to the dentist's office carries with it a bundle of angst. However, Bright Now soothed some of the anxiety with the cheerful attitude of the receptionists/schedulers who greet you. Since I was about to enter into a teeth extracting session, I was visibly nervous but both the technician and Dr. Rodriguez calmed me with their gentle reassurances. Truthfully I felt nothing more than a tug as the doctor removed 2 teeth which had no business in my mouth. I have never described a trip to a dental office as pleasant but meeting empathetic professionals in this often brutal world was uplifting and inspiring. I would never go to another dental office but Bright Now and I highly recommend them.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I had three cavities filled and the dentist and her assistant were so proficient and worked very well together. They were gentle, explained everything before hand and made my comfort a priority!
Immediately loved them! Am going back for a cleaning and looking forward to my return. The only thing that was really uncomfortable was the xrays, the bulky equipment hurt my mouth, but I have a small mouth

I give this office a 5 stars, I liked the costumer service, and overall how fast they work, I was in and out within 1.5hrs. Also the Hygienist gave quick and simple instructions to follow, and never pressured to get extra stuff done.

My dentist, Dr. Sara Gerges, is great! She listens and takes time with me. Office staff and other personnel also 5 stars.
