I had a great experience. Everyone was kind and understanding. I came in with pain and in tears. They did what they could and went above and beyond with their customer service.

Very fast, very nice and knowledge. All clean and efficient. No bike rack.

Receptionists were friendly, polite and helpful. Dental surgeon was helpful and informative and the procedure went very smoothly. Overall a good experience!

The best dental office i have ever been to and not feel like they are scamming me. They let me know everything thar needs to be done before they do it and give me a price! The hygienist was amazing and provided very good information without making me feel bad about my dental hygiene.

They were great! Easy to schedule and explained everything as they went and didn’t push unnecessary treatments. I recommend you try them.

Great and friendly service. Dr. Kim is amazing. I had 4 procedures in one day and I didn’t feel a thing. I like that she explained each step while doing the procedures and her assistants were excellent. I’ve been nervous about Dental offices and I was really comfortable with the Dr and staff environment!

I have been a patient of this dental office for a few years. Dr. Julie Kim has always been very kind to me and always tells me what the next step is during the dental procedure, which I appreciate. I have a dental crown that I got from another doctor, last week it came off. The first thing I thought "this is going to be very expensive" but Dr. Kim was very honest and told me "if the crown is in good condition and there are no cavities we can use it again" and it was. I didn't have to pay anything. I am happy that I found Dr. Julie Kim at Bright Now Dental. she is honest and patient. (The last dentist I had before always used all the dental insurance benefits and also had to pay more in cash $300.00 up to 1000.00 each year)

Hygienist was cordial and professional. She took excellent care in cleaning my teeth.

I come to the Bright Now Dental in Kent for regular dentistry and for my ortho care. They have a great team there. The staff is courteous, informative, and kind. Their hygienist, Navreet, is amazing! I really appreciate the extra time she spends with me - giving a little more time scaling (that's my favorite part!). Thank you to this team for always being great! Highly recommend.

I have been to several dentist offices due to insurance changes. Bright Now Kent location is by far the best one . The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and very communicative. This truly goes a long way because no one wants to be at the dentist.

The dentist Julie Kim was absolutely wonderful! I typically don’t like going to the dentist , but she was so patient, kind, welcoming and understanding. She walked me through what she was doing while fixing my chipped tooth which put me at ease. She has great bed side manner. I will definitely be coming back, so glad my wife referred me here.

They genuinely care about your dental health & give you 💯% care & attention !!! As I am approaching 75 as looking forward to the next 25 years I know my dental health is of great importance !!!
