The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about your comfort and oral health. The front desk staff is welcoming and efficient, and the dental hygienists are gentle and thorough. My dentist always takes the time to explain procedures and answer any questions, which I really appreciate. I feel confident and well taken care of every time I visit. Dr. Hansen was able to take me in and help me with a wisdom tooth complication and he solved my problem. They took me in really easily and I didn’t have to wait long and they even filled my prescriptions!

This is absolutely my favorite dental office ever! Dr Hansen is amazing Elda the hygienist is so knowledgeable as well! As someone who struggles with depression they helped me to care for my teeth and never made me feel judged for neglecting my teeth. The staff is also very kind and gentle with me because I struggle with PTSD and anxiety disorders and they are always so amazing. Desiree at the front desk is so awesome she cares so much about the patients. Also paulina is so kind and helpful! All around love this office.

I had a painful situation and I was able to see a dentist same day within half an hour of calling. That was above and beyond. The staff is great and Paulina is amazing!

I actually love going to the dentist now no pain no nothing is so caring great company really probably the best dentist in the Coachella Valley I was afraid to go up first but after this first visit I would go in a heartbeat next time they fix my problems I had a root canal and the crown and it looks amazing thank you bright Now Dental you live by your motto.

The front staff needs some working on to the point that I almost went somewhere else … I’m glad I didn’t because the dentist was friendly and gentle . I am a nervous Nelly at the dentist and he put me at ease talked me through what he was doing , made sure there was no pain at all . He knew what he was doing . I’m happy to say I will be going back in two weeks to get a permanent crown .

Despite other reviews, I found my experience to be pleasant. The front office staff were friendly, patient and very straightforward. The dentist assistants were kind and friendly, seemed to enjoy being there. The endodentist was thorough and explained different options for treatment.

Overall, had a good experience from calling to make an appointment to walking out the door.

They were quick but good luck getting anyone on the phone for any questions afterwards.

Dentist Ray was professional and thorough in a tough job of removing my old crown. It was long and difficult but we both managed to survive!

Excellent customer service at the front desk by the receptionists. Jay had Excellent knowledge in his profession.

This is a wonderful dental practice. The dentists do excellent work and all the staff members are professional, courteous, and excellent at what they do. I’m so happy to be a patient there. Five stars! These dentists are literally brilliant.

The office staff, I understand they deal with ALOT, but when it doubt follow basic instructions. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, clarification, and literally following simple direction from the Dr.'s assistant. Yes, they were cheery but it was grossly fake. I couldn't wait to leave. If I have a dental emergency and Dr. Ortiz is there, I'll go for his help but outside of that I'll look for a dentist office where the office staff are on the same page and follow simple direction.

I do appreciate them seeing me but I can't go back and deal with the office staff. The way they conduct themselves is less than satisfactory.

The face of any business is the welcome you receive.
The staff at the front desk were very warm and welcoming. My dental hygienist explained what was being done and made sure I was comfortable. I had no pain or discomfort afterwards. The waiting I thought was a bit long between having X-rays and seeing the hygienist and the dentist but it was worth the wait. Dr Ortiz was amazing. I never had my mouth checked the way he examined my teeth and gums. I was very satisfied with their care and service.

Dr. Alan Jay at Bright Now Dental in La Quinta , CA is awsome. He is enormously skilled and amazingly kind. His knowledge base is far beyond what anyone would expect from a young dentist. (not too young).

I have spent my entire life in a dental chair due to a childhood accident. I have needed to see prostodontits and oral surgeons and periodontists and other specialits. A general dentist just does not have the kind of skills needed to handle a really difficult case like mine.

By the strangest turn of events , I ended up in Dr. Jay's Chair. I don't want to go anywhere else. I do have to see some specialists, but I hope Dr. Jay will be doing most of my work.

Take it from someone whose life has been one long dental appointment, Dr. Jay is a great dentist.

Dr. Jay did a check up and deep cleaning on me and he was very kind, patient and professional. He is new to this office in La Quinta and I hope he stays for many years.
They do need at least one and maybe two more hygienists as it is very hard to get an appointment for a cleaning and thus the need for expensive deep cleanings.

I am Autistic. I get very scared of office visits. The office manager Margaret Martinez has been so super helpful I cannot thank her enough. She really needs an EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR AWARD!!!
