The staff is great. Very fun to talk to and the dentists and technicians are also great. They understand and listen to concerns, and work to give a personalized dental treatment where needed. Highly recommend them especially since they also try to take patient comfort into consideration.

I would like to recognize three individuals at Bright Now! Dental Lake Stevens who made a lasting positive impression during my recent experience: Lana, Dr. Yomaly Kuhns, and Suzanne.

Lana was outstanding throughout my appointment. She was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain what she was doing and why. Her attention to detail and gentle approach helped make what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience feel easy and stress-free. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my comfort and wanted to ensure I had a positive experience.

Dr. Kuhns was equally impressive. She took the time to thoroughly review my dental health, answer my questions, and explain her recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out most was that I never felt rushed. She listened attentively, and made me feel like an active participant in my care rather than simply another appointment on the schedule.

I would also like to recognize Suzanne for her exceptional customer service. After my visit, I called the office hoping to find a way to share positive feedback about the team. Suzanne was incredibly courteous and took the time to personally look into where and how I could leave a review. She could have simply pointed me elsewhere, but instead she made a genuine effort to help. That level of kindness and dedication speaks volumes about her commitment to both patients and her coworkers.

Together, Lana, Dr. Kuhns, and Suzanne created an experience that reflected professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to patient care. It is clear that each of them takes pride in what they do, and their efforts deserve recognition. I recently had tooth pain. I called and they were able to see me right away. They took x rays of the area and were able to diagnose an infection and prescribe me antibiotics that I could start that day. Great service and very helpful!!!

I had a very thorough exam. I'm dealing with an abscess under a crown. They can repair it and save my crown. A plus.

I have been going to Bright Now for quite a few years. Great dental office!!

I had an appointment for a cleaning. It had been awhile since my last cleaning at another dentist which was not a good experience. In fact most of my cleanings at other dentist were not that fun as they involved painful scraping. Here at Bright Now Dental I was pleasantly surprised at how great the cleaning experience was. First off Lana the hygienists was friendly, courteous and efficient. I was never uncomfortable and she did a fantastic job explaining what she was doing and making sure I was comfortable. I told her when it was finished that it was the easiest thing I had done all day. Great service and very pleasant staff.
