Awesome experience! I’ve been coming to bright now dental for years and Susan the hygienist has always made us feel good! Always teaches us a lot about how to care with our hygiene. And my teeth feel great! Thank you!

The only negative I have is whether you're on time or early, you are always seen about half an hour late. The staff REALLY goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and even work with those struggling financially. They went out of their way to explain to my son the importance of oral hygiene 🪥❗

The wait was long for my appointment but they were understaffed that day which is understandable. The staff, front office and the dentist and hygienist and dental assistant were all great. Professional and polite and explained everything. Seems like a fantastic team. I’ll update after I get all my work done.

I've been coming here for a few years now, it's always a pleasant experience, even through covid. Recently had a visit where I brought my 3 year old to get some "exposure" to the dentist. My hygienist was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend

Friendly environment, good communication, dentist knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Only one thing once you sign in it's about an hour wait in my experience to be seen.

Went to the one in Lancaster, CA. Great service. It feels like a family here. Everyone was nice and respectful. They actually care about your teeth and want the best for you. I get it, its a business and they need to make money to survive. Waiting for my insurance approval, but definitely staying with the current team.

I recommend Bright Now for all dental services. My experience with them is great. My dental hygienist is very patience with me and thoroughly explains and answer questions regarding my dental hygiene.

Bright Dental is a very professional place to get your teeth done. They really are concerned about your oral needs.

Excellent staff, hands down. When it comes to the wait? Bring your blanket and pj's because you will be here for awhile. Appointment was for 11:30 am, I left at 1:30 pm. And all I received was a cleaning 🤷. I had to make another appointment for my crown. Love the service but I don't want to spend the night.

I am a new client at bright now dental and I wanted to come on to tell everyone how friendly and helpful the staff is Frank at the front office was very welcoming and once I was called in Alexis really made my visit fun. With her bubbly and fun personality, I was calm during the whole experience and best of all I felt no pain. I am so glad that this is now my dental office and I would highly recommend Bright now dental in Lancaster CA.

I am a 14 year old taking the time to write a review about a dentist (so clearly it’s a good place). There’s a lady there named Alexis and she’s very kind and empathetic. As a black person, I’ve never more felt more comfortable in a dentist/health place than I have when she’s there. The other staff is great! But I most definitely feel more comfortable with her helping me most of the time. She always makes sure I’m ok and she always makes sure I’m satisfied with the work they’ve done afterwards. I can tell she’s really passionate about dental work and a very hardworking woman. I wish her the best and hope to see her the next time I’m there. Thank you, Alexis!

I absolutely love this dental office. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Right away I was greeted by Christella and she was completely amazing and able to answer all my questions. My daughter and I have been going for the last couple a months for braces and general dental visits and she’s made us feel comfortable at every appointment. I highly recommend this place as the Drs and techs are all great!

The office staff was compassionate and understanding of my situation. Haven't seen dentist in 20yrs. Knew I needed work done and was afraid. They won't $3288.00 To pull 2 teeth,add bone, scale & laser clean teeth They also offer. Yearly subscription for $79.00 that cover X-ray & office visits

The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because they make you wait almost 2hrs even if you have a appointment which is ridiculous. My sons appointment was at 4pm he got called inside at 4:35 had him sitting/laying down for 50 minutes we left almost at 6pm.
