This was me and my Family first time at bright Smile Dentist me and my family. We enjoyed the service. Everyone was polite. The reception was very very awesome. She took our intake forms and we got appointments right away. No long wait we were in and out the treatments went well for me and my family. The facility is clean. They treated us With well respect, I have never been into a dentist office as awesome as Bright smile I recommend anyone who stays out in Lancaster cheek out Bright smile dentist out it’s a very clean environment. The people they treat me and my family with respect they are very caring people all the treatments went well for my kids. We didn’t have to wait for long appointments. We were seeing right away. I had the pleasure to come into this office for the first time. The staff was fantastic, one thing I really like is they introduced their self as the came into the room, Saraya and Franscisco was great. I left happy and now I have made an appointment for my husband and son. Great team.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office. I came in needing a significant amount of dental work and was extremely anxious about the entire process. From the very beginning, the dentist and staff were incredibly accommodating, supportive, and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every step clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout each appointment.

Their patience and reassurance made such a difference for me. What could have been an overwhelming experience turned into something manageable because of their kindness and professionalism. I’m so grateful for the care I received here, and I can confidently say I am now a loyal patient of this office. Highly, highly recommend!

I was there with a lot of pain, but the front desk was great giving me an appointment in the next two hours, Dr Garcia was able to get me out of my pain, now I just have to come back for full exam and cleaning, I was amazed with my first time experience in Bright Now Dental Lancaster not to mention that it’s a beautiful clean office

Everyone was super friendly. I had to have a lot of work done because I neglected my teeth for so long. The dentist and hygienist worked so quickly to get everything that I needed done. My procedures went smoothly and were painless which is a first. I look forward to coming back.

The dentists here are great . Very clean office and I never had a bad experience with the dentists. They are extremely money hungry though. Every-time I go here I feel as though they try to make me pay for something unexpected and unnecessary. It’s very frustrating. They refused to offer me more affordable options. They’ve attempted to give me a new bill literally every single time I come. I can come for a regular cleaning and they would tell me I need antibiotics for $300 per side. I came in for a regular consultation for composite bonding and was told that I HAD to do crowns which is a huge difference in price.

Absolutely amazing staff, fast service and clean office. Use to go to a different Bright Now office and had wonderful service, so I’m really glad I can still get it with this office after moving. 10/10 would recommend :)

This time around I give them a better rating they were a little bit more friendlier the hygienist Susan was spectacular she made the entire visit. 2nd review the front desk lady Dianna is very nice and helpful.

The receptionist is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. She greeted me with a smile, handled all of my paperwork quickly, and made sure I understood everything about my appointment and insurance. Her warm personality and calm energy really set the tone for a great visit. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the office manager, Soraya. She clearly runs a tight ship with so much grace and professionalism. You can tell she truly cares about the patient experience everything from scheduling to billing is handled smoothly. She’s always available to answer questions and goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel supported and informed. The entire office runs very well, and that’s a reflection of Soraya’s leadership. Diana is a fantastic, and it’s clear she’s built a team that matches her high standards. If you’re looking for a dental office where you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, this is the place. Highly recommend!

It’s like night and day when you find a good quality dental office and I have definitely found it here! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and above all else I felt valued, seen and heard! They took their time in making sure I understood and left room for questions if I had any. I’ve never been one to enjoy going to the dentist but I can say confidently booking appts here will not be something I put off because of fear, I know I can come in and express my concerns and it will be met with compassion and understanding

I've been a patient for several years and have always been pleased with their care.

The wait was long for my appointment but they were understaffed that day which is understandable. The staff, front office and the dentist and hygienist and dental assistant were all great. Professional and polite and explained everything. Seems like a fantastic team. I’ll update after I get all my work done.

The only negative I have is whether you're on time or early, you are always seen about half an hour late. The staff REALLY goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and even work with those struggling financially. They went out of their way to explain to my son the importance of oral hygiene 🪥❗

Bright Now Dental has been amazing to work with. I needed extensive dental work and I have anxiety/panic when dealing with the dentist. The staff have always been very kind and friendly. The dentist is very attentive and took extra care with me to make sure I was comfortable. The work done looks very natural and I love my smile.
