I was seen pretty much on time. 15 min wait.

I have not been a Dentist office for 10 plus years, am I was terrified to go. I had the best experience at Bright Now Dental in Lancaster
Carlos Aguilera was very patient, professional and understanding dentist, listened to my concerns and guided me step by step, he delivered an outstanding service.

Dr. Aguilera is great! I also appreciated the office manager, Soraya, helping me settle a billing issue.

We had a difficult situation with missed payments, and at one point my child wasn’t able to receive treatment for a couple of months. Communication at the office level was frustrating and could have been handled more professionally.

However, after reaching out to corporate, the regional director (Miss Valdez) contacted me, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was resolved. Today my child was able to continue treatment, and I truly appreciate the support and follow-through.

I came to this office with Pain and my appointment went so smooth, I really had a great experience from the receptionist to the doctors and assistant. front office was very helpful thank you Soraya Laisha and Frank for helping me with checking in and with all my financial options with my treatment. Thank you to Dr.canchola super helpful and welcoming doctor i recommend him to everyone will definitely be coming back. Also Assistants were very nice and welcoming.

From the moment I walked into bright now dentals office, I felt completely at ease and that’s all thanks to the amazing team running the front end. The receptionist is incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. She greeted me with a smile, handled all of my paperwork quickly, and made sure I understood everything about my appointment and insurance. Her warm personality and calm energy really set the tone for a great visit. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the office manager, Soraya. She clearly runs a tight ship with so much grace and professionalism. You can tell she truly cares about the patient experience everything from scheduling to billing is handled smoothly. She’s always available to answer questions and goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel supported and informed. The entire office runs very well, and that’s a reflection of Soraya’s leadership. Diana is a fantastic, and it’s clear she’s built a team that matches her high standards. If you’re looking for a dental office where you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure to come into this office for the first time. The staff was fantastic, one thing I really like is they introduced their self as the came into the room, Saraya and Franscisco was great. I left happy and now I have made an appointment for my husband and son. Great team.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office. I came in needing a significant amount of dental work and was extremely anxious about the entire process. From the very beginning, the dentist and staff were incredibly accommodating, supportive, and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every step clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout each appointment.

I was there with a lot of pain, but the front desk was great giving me an appointment in the next two hours, Dr Garcia was able to get me out of my pain, now I just have to come back for full exam and cleaning, I was amazed with my first time experience in Bright Now Dental Lancaster not to mention that it’s a beautiful clean office

Everyone was super friendly. I had to have a lot of work done because I neglected my teeth for so long. The dentist and hygienist worked so quickly to get everything that I needed done. My procedures went smoothly and were painless which is a first. I look forward to coming back.

The dentists here are great . Very clean office and I never had a bad experience with the dentists. They are extremely money hungry though. Every-time I go here I feel as though they try to make me pay for something unexpected and unnecessary. It’s very frustrating. They refused to offer me more affordable options. They’ve attempted to give me a new bill literally every single time I come. I can come for a regular cleaning and they would tell me I need antibiotics for $300 per side. I came in for a regular consultation for composite bonding and was told that I HAD to do crowns which is a huge difference in price.

Absolutely amazing staff, fast service and clean office. Use to go to a different Bright Now office and had wonderful service, so I’m really glad I can still get it with this office after moving. 10/10 would recommend :)

It’s like night and day when you find a good quality dental office and I have definitely found it here! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and above all else I felt valued, seen and heard! They took their time in making sure I understood and left room for questions if I had any. I’ve never been one to enjoy going to the dentist but I can say confidently booking appts here will not be something I put off because of fear, I know I can come in and express my concerns and it will be met with compassion and understanding
