I am truly grateful for Dr. Fernando Falcon. His genuine care for his patients is unmistakable. He showed such warm, kind concern for the issue at hand, and his expertise was evident throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the way he communicated every step of the process, making sure I understood what was happening and felt supported. It made all the difference.

I had a crown that became loose. The care the dentist took, from x-rays, to reseating my crown was done smoothly and efficiently. The whole procedure took less than an hour.

Dr. Nouneh and Gilbert did a great job removing my son’s wisdom teeth. They told him there would be a little pressure. He barely felt anything. Next thing he knows they’re putting the chair up and telling him he’s all done. He started laughing mostly because of the nitrous oxide, but he thought they were joking and could not believe he was done that quickly. Postop instructions were very clearly communicated. Thank you for taking great care of him!!!

I absolutely love Doc. Falcon, I think hes the best dentist ive ever had. He actually CARES! Now unfortunately when I call this office to get anything done, the work load is always put off onto someone else resulting in call backs up the wazoo. I understand being busy, because I am busy in life, but when a patient makes a phone call to get something done whatever it may be, why make a note for the next person to handle? Like doesnt the front office work as a team, or are they all listed with different doctors?

Dr. Fernando is very patient and kind, he makes you feel very comfortable, the staff is friendly, especially one of the girls at the front called Paola is super friendly and helps you with any questions!!! The only thing is that it is a little expensive but if they do a good job it is worth it, so far I have liked this place and I recommend it, i will see in the future how it goes.

What a great experience from start to finish! From the reception staff to our hygienist to the Dr. Falcon and his assistant. Both kiddos and myself received the best care. Everyone was friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Dr. Falcon is a top tier dentist who has knowledge, personality, sense of humor and compassion for his patients. I have insisted after being with the dental group for almost a decade and receiving good care that I will ONLY see him going further. I have never been treated kinder, consulted with respect and after my procedure I have immense trust in Dr. Falcon. Top tier dentist within the group and as a stand alone provider. He is bar none .

Dr. Falcon was great with pulling my tooth, even though it broke in half. No pain during procedure at all. My only complaint is that my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I called to correct it and was never contacted back.

The dentists and staff are amazing. Doctor Falcon got me in same day for a root canal and stayed late to finish it. Amazing team and work. Thank you!

Figured I’d try this place after the viral video about Dr Falcon my niece sent me . I’m always very uncomfortable in a dentist chair but this experience was different then what i I have experienced in the past. Very calming and reassuring. The lady was right. He is definitely worth the distance if you are in ne Ohio!

I still have ups and downs about this place. I have a lot of medical crap going on, and I had braces done here as well as wisdom teeth and a lot of fillings. With the 3-4 years of having braces ( was supposed to be 2 years), I had 4 different orthos and each one but one really wanted my teeth to be perfectly straight and I loved her, an her crew the most. The other guys didn’t really care and goes okay let’s do retainers and sends me home… I’m like woah this girl was just telling me I had like another year since the guy before messed up on a few teeth… well fast forward I get my braces off get glue buzzed down, then oh, no hygienist, black glue stuck between my teeth and I don’t have anything small and hard enough to get it without ruining my teeth. Let’s rewind… when I did have braces, I had a new hygienist every time, and the one, didn’t ask questions and took the enamel around my braces off. I complained to a few people and I just had to keep paying money for this mi toothpaste when I have autoimmune and specifically told you guys that I suffer with severe dry mouth since I have sjogren’s disease and SLE and the toothpaste DOESNT WORKKK!! Like no one truly cares for one another unless you’ve gone through something traumatic. Like it’s embarrassing I cant use whitening strips because of sensitivity and I have a slight stain. And on top of my medical I have chronic vomiting/nausea due to PCOS so it’s hard to keep my teeth perfect. Not only that my top retainers don’t fit and they also rushed me out the door then too… the top front of my teeth, And rubbing metal on teeth every night. As well as the retainers constantly breaking my fillings.. like isn’t there a coupon after soo many lol. Yes I called about it.
I will mention this for my boyfriend, when I took him to get his wisdom teeth removed. Which remind; he has gum issues from dipping in the past but turns out he has great teeth just sensitive gums.. he got lucky. But anyway, when he informed yall that, it seemed like doc didn’t care. He shot him up with numbing stuff then not even 2 min later hes like okay let’s start drilling, and my boyfriend told him multiple times that hes not numb like at ALL, then doc goes, “ you’ll be fine” then proceed to make my boyfriend go through pain when he could have prevented that with more time, they have done it for me… why not him or anyone else. My poor boyfriend was bruised like someone fist fought him. I went to the same place and I had swollen cheeks and that’s it! And my roots were bigger than his and more stuck, like how?!

I can say from my recent visit, it was a huge difference. I wasnt waiting for over 30min-1 hr!! I used to be late all the time to work when I worked in pharmacy just to get my braces tightened. The scheduling is always quick and easy and those ladies are always lovely.

The hygienist this time, without knowing any of my history, made me feel really good. she complemented on how well I was taking care of my teeth which I try soo hard for what I have to go through just with my health alone. She had really really good advise that no other hygienist has told me which I was baffled!! I went home and immediately started throwing stuff out that I THOUGHT was good for me/us🙄 and she was very very kind and gentle, always asking if I were okay :)

Everyone at Bright dental are very nice and I never have to wait more than ten minutes usually, they make sure you are happy with anything or any procedure that you are having done, I’m very satisfied with them!

Staff was very prompt and polite along with helpful getting me through the process of getting financial support to help move forward with the dental work I need done

Got a tooth 🦷 extraction and for anyone getting teeth pulled be sure to ask for extra novacaine and extra stitchs if possible. They do great work

Dr.Falcon and the entire staff are amazing. If you have anxiety about going to a Dentist this is where you should go.My son had 2 extractions yesterday and has a big fear of Dentists and from start to finish Dr.Falcon was great at keeping him calm through the whole process..The ladies at the front desk were very nice and polite..

Dr Falcon and his team is the best! They made sure i was completely numb and comfortable the whole time. He is the best dentist I've ever seen in my life. He has made a life time patient out of me! Highly recommend! Prices are reasonable and I was in and out. My prescriptions were ordered and ready before my extraction was finished! Real professionals
