Very knowledgeable and professional

I tend to have a lot of anxiety when dealing with mouth and teeth problems, I had an infected tooth that needed to come out and this office handled my needs perfectly. Every staff member spoke with care, and Holli, my dental assistant, was very friendly and gave me clear instructions and advice. I’m thoroughly grateful for my experience, i’ll definitely be coming back!

Dr. Nouneh and Gilbert did a great job removing my son’s wisdom teeth. They told him there would be a little pressure. He barely felt anything. Next thing he knows they’re putting the chair up and telling him he’s all done. He started laughing mostly because of the nitrous oxide, but he thought they were joking and could not believe he was done that quickly. Postop instructions were very clearly communicated. Thank you for taking great care of him!!!!

He showed such warm, kind concern for the issue at hand, and his expertise was evident throughout my visit. I especially appreciated the way he communicated every step of the process, making sure I understood what was happening and felt supported. It made all the difference.

Wonderful staff. Dental work went smoothly and painlessly. The dentist and assistant kept making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort.

They've saved my teeth when other dentists were about to pull them all out. Weirdly relaxing place even tho getting dental work can be uncomfortable. Great staff. Decent music selection playing. Sometimes I see a bunny out the widow.

I had a crown that became loose. The care the dentist took, from x-rays, to reseating my crown was done smoothly and efficiently. The whole procedure took less than an hour.

At Lorain bright now...Everyone is very friendly..and does a great job...great dentist...and a super hygienist and jeanna helps ya above and beyond

I absolutely love Doc. Falcon, I think hes the best dentist ive ever had. He actually CARES! Now unfortunately when I call this office to get anything done, the work load is always put off onto someone else resulting in call backs up the wazoo. I understand being busy, because I am busy in life, but when a patient makes a phone call to get something done whatever it may be, why make a note for the next person to handle? Like doesnt the front office work as a team, or are they all listed with different doctors?
