Overall, good! 4 star rating is that the hygienist didn’t give me any indication of the my teeth and/or gums condition prior to the cleaning. Also didn’t let me know if any issues and/or things do or address to keep healthy going forward.

The cleaning was fine. It was everything leading up to the cleaning that was problematic. First my initial Saturday appointment had to be rescheduled because the hygienist wasn’t available. I rescheduled my for appointment for during the week. When I arrived the same hygienist again wasn’t there and I had to wait 40 minutes to see another hygienist or reschedule for a third time. So not acceptable.

They are really professional and polite. Nice environment, nice clean office, the problem is despite having appointments something always happens where they have to reschedule for me to come back another day. The process took weeks longer than it should have. Other than that their work is good.

The best dental experience I have had since I was a kid. Everyone was so kind and polite. I don't like going to the dentist, but they made my visit so comfortable. Loved it even with all that I had done. This will be my dentist from now on😁

I have since gone back to Bright Now Dental after they assigned me a kinder dental hygienist that works on weekends. She is much kinder to me. Overall, I will say the staff is kind. The dentist Dr. David is super kind and patient. The last time I was there the wait wasn’t too bad. I could tell they were working hard to improve their wait time. While the hygienist was wrapping up with a patient ahead of me, the receptionist gave me my next appointment time and gave me the bill. I appreciated her utilizing the wait time so I could leave right after. It felt like a much quicker experience. I still dread going to the dentist but I know I’m in good hands with the staff I see there.

I have been here before and had a great experience. I went recently for teeth cleaning and I have to update. The major of the staff is good. The dental assistant who did my x-rays was so kind. She was so attentive to me and I appreciate her. The dental hygienist in charge of cleaning was horrible. She poked and dug in my teeth with no care or consideration. I tried to bare through it but it was so so painful and instead of being encouraging or at least professional she berated me and my teeth cleaning. I have nice teeth. I get complimented on my smile all the time. I haven't floss like should the past month and was told I had 4 cavities. When I visited a month ago the dentist who saw me for an emergency tooth pain (due to teeth grinding at night) complimented my teeth. Now this dental hygienist, is telling me I don't floss and I have infections in teeth and this is what happens to me when I don't do yearly exams. I know my teeth aren't that bad but for argument let’s say they are. How is berating and shaming me in the dental chair while you intentionally shoving the mental utensils as far as you can in my cavities helpful? It's like shaming a fat person at the gym. I told her to stop with her abusive examination. The dental assistant who was present apologized on her behalf while I sat there crying. It was such a humiliating experience. Just pure cruelty for no reason. I wanted to rush out that office so fast, but I had to stay in the lobby tears falling down my face until the reception finally discussed the details of visit.
No matter what you go for you will wait here. You might be lucky and not get the sadistic hygienist or she might read this and learn how even the slightest bit of professionalism could have had this gone the the other way. I recognize they may have to dig in my cavities to measure the depth but she did not have to be condensing. She would have said, "almost done bear with me." I would have beared down and took the pain. She was mean and she knows it.
And if you're wondering-yes, I'm Black. My boyfriend, who's white, went and had a better experience with teeth in worse condition than mine. The hygienist was encouraging and told him to draw up the power of the person of his shirt (Jimi Hendrix) to get through the pain. So, I know she could do better if she wanted to.

This was my first time back to the dentist after 2+ years. I had a very traumatic experience with my previous dentist which choosing my new one I wanted to make sure it was a good reputable place. I had my deep cleaning and two fillings and it was very easy and the fact that I was being asked if I was in pain, if I was comfortable made the experience so great. I’m very happy with my decision

Dr. David Sawiris is hands down one of the best dentists I’ve seen—skilled, gentle, and genuinely caring. He’s done two crowns for me this year and a couple more a few years back—all flawless. His assistant is just as professional and supportive, making every visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
