Been going here for a few years now, friendly staff , clean spaces, no long wait times is the best, Saturday schedule as well.

The staff was amazing.... the actual dentist I had was ok.... she wasn't horribly bad but not great. The facility needs some work, especially after the major rain storm we had. I definitely would recommend Newport dental and I'm personally coming back.

I love Newport Dental. Office workers always deal with my insurance and let me know exactly where I stand with payments. The staff is amazing and kind. I actually enjoy going to the dentist.

This is literally the nicest Dentist I’ve ever been to. Everyone there treated me with respect and kindness and never lectured me (I haven’t been to the dentist for many years for a slew of reasons, one being a bad prior experience with a doctor) and they didn’t make me feel bad about the extent of the work I needed done. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Even as I sit here in pain from the procedure, Im so grateful I gambled on this spot cause it made me less afraid of the dentist and they really took care of me and took their time making sure everything was done correctly, which I appreciate. Definitely the best dentist experience I’ve ever had.

The Dental Hygienist, Heather Thomas, was excellent. Very professional and friendly. Also, she was very thorough with my deep cleaning and yet I experience no discomfort.

Went this week and the whole staff was very helpful and i also seen the staff in the front helping out a older gentleman fill out his paperwork.The person who took my xrays was good aswell as the hygienist that cleaned my teeth and dr pauline who did some fills on me 10/10

I really like their service. They are nice and helpful, except when it comes to financial anything. My son was recommended a treatment not covered by his insurance which I understand, so I got the fee and was not offered any financial arrangement of any kind. Once my som was in the chair the nurse, not the financial coordinator but the nurse told me about financial arrangements. Why????? This is the second issue I have here. I asked to speak to the manager and was actually the one helping me with the financial arrangement I asked her why was I not offered any financial arrangements two weeks ago. She said maybe they didn’t have the diagnosis then and I told her they did cause I was told about it and was quoted on it but nothing was offered. She then said “oh I dont know” that’s not a statement you’d like to hear from the manager. I felt unwelcomed by the manager this time, big difference from the fist time I spoke to her…

Great place very welcoming people

I have been going to Newport Dental for the last 3 years. Me and my fiance just recently moved about 3.5 hours away, and we still exclusively go to this office. They are professional and kind. They have incredible finanacing options and work with you to find the best way to approach your treatment. Even the most painful work I have had to have done, didn't feel as bad as treatments at other dentist offices. They ensure your comfort the entire way through. I have never working with better people and I look forward to working with them as long as they are driving distance away (yes, that includes 3.5 hours) :) Congratulations on being a diamond in the rough for an industry that has underwhelmed me for the years before I found you all!
