Everyone (administrative staff, dental technicians, and the doctor). We’re all very kind and professional. They explained everything to me that I needed to know and everything went very smoothly. The weight was a minimal.

I have been going here for years and have never had a negative or dissatisfactory experience. They are conveniently located by a major freeway and there is ample parking.

This was a very good experience, all were very helpful and professional.

They are absolutely wonderful here. My last dentist had left me in tears the last time I left there and I searched for a recommendation on next door app and I received the recommendation of this dentist. have to say I couldn't be more happy. They treat you with respect and dignity even if you don't have the best teeth they are there to help you and go through the process with you and I greatly appreciate them every step of the way ❤️ 5stars!

BrightNow is great. I have not been to the dentist in awhile. The staff is friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was so kind and gentle. She explained everything to me and discussed X-rays and my treatment plan. I highly recommend.

Staff, techs, and doctors alike are all extremely kind, welcoming, and down to earth. Really appreciated the way that Dr. Chow took the time to explain the work that I needed done and why. Her opinions were humble, professional and kindly delivered. Then her secretary sat down with me and went over the cost breakdown of my entire treatment plan. She answered all of my questions and my laid out my options for making payments, also offering me information about care credit. They were so kind, patient, and accommodating and I felt no judgement from any of them. This is the best dental experience I have had in years and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable dental practice in the area.

I am satisfied of the quality of service I received especially the dentist who attended to me up to the front desk lady. They are customer oriented. Highly recommended.

Dr Chao is wonderful. She is very professional. She does not push me to services that I do not need. She is thorough and caring. I followed her from the office in Alameda to the office in Martinez. I trust her and her opinion.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the dental hygienist is the best. I highly recommend them.

Was not able to get a procedure done due to pregnancy however they were able to diagnose and assist me with my needs. Very helpful staff at the front and dentists are very professional and understanding with your needs. Will go back after pregnancy to get my procedure done. It is a great office clean and not a long wait time (I did have an appointment made prior to my arrival).
