My 18 year-old grandson has received excellent treatment. All of the staff are pleasant, helpful, and very capable. And we’re thankful that they accept our insurance.

The staff here in Medina are great. The doctor was kind and caring. Very pleased with the care I got. I am looking forward to my remaining visits to complete my set of new dentures.

The only annoying part was several pages of medical etc info to fill out. Some of the questions were repeated. Some didn't make sense to me. I had to sign that I had gotten my treatment plan before I got my treatment plan. Other than that, I had a very good experience with office staff and tech staff and dentist.

Dr. Martin and staff are wonderful, I've greatly enjoy my visits and am quite thankful to have Bright now as my place of dental. Thank you!

Staff was super welcoming and accommodating to all my questions and needs. All the dr’s at this office were extremely professional but also super nice! Invisalign fixed my smile and my confidence!!

Had to return to the office when I broke my tooth. Everyone was kind and helped me through the process. Front desk was great and the Office Manager helped me figure out financing so I could get my tooth fixed!

It was very fast and comfortable. Did x rays and all .Having my tooth extracted tommrow.

I have dental anxiety from a very bad experience 3-4 years ago and was so nervous about my first patient appointment.

Dr. Martin and the hygienists did such a great job- I left feeling so much better now having a treatment in place and back to being on a normal cleaning/maintenance rotation.

Love the service at BrightNow with the exception of the front desk receptionist. Overheard her speaking to another staff member about her day, which was discouraging and Her attitude was very unpleasant because I had to re-sign all of my documents.

I recently visited Bright Now Dental for two tooth extractions. Overall, the actual procedure went reasonably well, but my experience had both positives and negatives.

Originally, I scheduled one extraction, even though I knew a second tooth would eventually need to be removed. I wanted to see how the first extraction went before committing to the second. During my visit, I felt somewhat pressured to have both teeth extracted at the same time. In hindsight, it probably did make sense to get them both done, but I would have appreciated feeling less pushed toward that decision.

On the positive side, the staff did take time to explain the treatment plan, costs, and available options. During the procedure, they made sure I was adequately numb and checked on my comfort. The extractions themselves were successful, although anyone considering extractions should know that the pressure and overall experience can be physically exhausting even when pain is controlled.

My biggest concern was the post-procedure care. I was told I would receive two medications afterward. When I informed the office that I was allergic to one of the prescribed medications, I was told it was late in the day and that I would need to wait until the following day for a replacement. There did not seem to be an on-call provider available to address medication issues, and when I called back for an update, no one had contacted me and there did not appear to be a clear solution in place. As a patient who had just undergone extractions, it was frustrating to feel like I had been placed on the back burner while waiting for pain management and antibiotic instructions. Practices are questionable and I was left hanging on what to do at this point.

Additionally, the front desk staff came across as abrupt and not particularly welcoming or helpful.

Overall, Bright Now Dental made it easy to get an appointment and schedule treatment, and the clinical portion of my care was handled competently. However, the follow-up communication and post-procedure support left a lot to be desired. I would likely return for routine care if needed because I have been involved with them now, but I hope they improve their responsiveness and patient support after procedures.

Fast, efficient and painless. Employees are very kind and skilled.

I just went to them for a wisdom teeth removal surgery. They talked me through everything and were very nice to me. I didn’t feel anything. Yes they’re fast and busy but they get the job done and that’s what matters
