Dentists in Mentor, OH

My Appointment was at 10 Am, at 1040 am I was still not taken back. Second worst dental experience ever. My off time is limited and I expect places that schedule to be prompt. I did adjust the score simply because the people that I had contact with were actually extremely nice including the dentist

Great experience!! Had a tooth pulled and the nurse irena was fantastic and dr chane was absolutely wonderful

Becky was absolutely outstanding with her conversation. Politeness, an attentiveness, she does an awesome job for bright now.

Very professional and friendly staff. X-rays were done and even a new type of scan was taken with a machine which reminds me of a cat scan going around my head. I was highly impressed with my visit.

Highly recommend, the staff are very pleasant to deal with, I am terrified of dentists but this dentist is by far an angel and the best I’ve had !

Becky cleaned my teeth after not coming to the dentist for two years. So I had a lot that had to be done and it was times when it was painful BUT she made it sooooooo easy. She was so joyful. Even with everything being done which was a little painful and yes just a little because she’s good at what she does, she kept me laughing and smile

I can’t get enough of this place. Going to the dentist has always been a struggle for me between fear and not having any appointments to get in. My sister found this place and this has been the best decision for me! You have the front desk people who don’t look at you like you’re bothering them so nice and friendly with smiles. Then you got Becky the hygienist! Not only did she get my teeth and tarter off but she was fun, understood when I was in pain made sure I was okay and talked and played some good music to get your tension of a deep clean she just loves her patience and it really shows. She also gave me information on how to help my teeth and how to make sure to keep tarter off. I have had several deep cleans but today this one felt like she actually did the job! Thank you so much Becky keep being such an amazing person you’re defiantly in the right field!

Had such a great experience here. I took my 10 year old in to get his teeth checked they were so patient and so great with him.

Madeline my hygienist was amazing! Nobody like her in the field..she made me feel super comfortable and at ease and was amazing at explaining everything she was doing and I couldn't honestly compliment her enough or possibly have the words to do her skills and personality any justice couldn't be happier with the job she did cleaning my teeth!!!

I had a cap that tooth that cracked and they were willing to take me in the same day and work through their lunch and pack my tooth so I can get my crown. They did an excellent job. I strongly recommend it

Great place and wonderful customer service. My son is 4 years old and he was a little nervous getting a cap, but they made it easy peasy.

Bright Now Dental in mentor is amazing! I had a severe tooth infection yesterday. Hudec Dental wouldn’t get me in until the end of February. Said the doctor was out and couldn’t prescribe me antibiotics. I called Bright Now at 3:25 and got an appointment at 4 same day. They did X-rays and pulled my tooth. Everybody was kind, gentle, caring. And, the doctor did a great job on the extraction. I feel like a new person today! Thank you all!

My grandson cracked his front tooth at school after slipping on ice. Dr. Nava and Briana were wonderful, kind, gentle, patient, and went above and beyond. They were able to save his tooth, and he will be going back in 2 weeks for a root canal and crown. He will be coming to Dr. Nava for all dental care going forward.

Great experience...accommodating...efficient...pleasant

I had no problems at all the receptionist was great as was the Dental assistant and the hygienist. I’d like to specifically call out Dr. Naza. She was gentle caring and she let me know what she was doing every step of the way. We need more dentists just like Dr. Nava.

Dr Nava and her assistant Brianna work really well together they seem to know what the other is doing without saying a word.

Their ultimate goal is patient comfort and satisfaction. I’d highly recommend this duo to anyone needing dental work.

What an amazing experience, I was extremely nervous about coming here because I’ve had rough experiences in the past. As someone who is big on customer service they knocked it out of the park. Becki was outstanding, everyone was great. Please, do not hesitate, this place was amazing.
