Bright Now Dental in mentor is amazing! I had a severe tooth infection yesterday. Hudec Dental wouldn’t get me in until the end of February. Said the doctor was out and couldn’t prescribe me antibiotics. I called Bright Now at 3:25 and got an appointment at 4 same day. They did X-rays and pulled my tooth. Everybody was kind, gentle, caring. And, the doctor did a great job on the extraction. I feel like a new person today! Thank you all!

My grandson cracked his front tooth at school after slipping on ice. Dr. Nava and Briana were wonderful, kind, gentle, patient, and went above and beyond. They were able to save his tooth, and he will be going back in 2 weeks for a root canal and crown. He will be coming to Dr. Nava for all dental care going forward.

I had no problems at all the receptionist was great as was the Dental assistant and the hygienist. I’d like to specifically call out Dr. Naza. She was gentle caring and she let me know what she was doing every step of the way. We need more dentists just like Dr. Nava.

Dr Nava and her assistant Brianna work really well together they seem to know what the other is doing without saying a word.

Their ultimate goal is patient comfort and satisfaction. I’d highly recommend this duo to anyone needing dental work.

What an amazing experience, I was extremely nervous about coming here because I’ve had rough experiences in the past. As someone who is big on customer service they knocked it out of the park. Becki was outstanding, everyone was great. Please, do not hesitate, this place was amazing.

Bright Now Dental has given me my confidence to smile again. Before I was ashamed bc I lost a few teeth and other dentists have done poor work when doing cavities and failed to help me get a final cap to a root canal. This cavities were done and left uneaten and poorly filled. Bright Now Dental has completely fixed everything and actually cared about me and what I wanted done. I want to thank everyone there for helping me smile happily again. Thank you guys so much and I appreciate all you have done for me.

Very friendly staff, always acknowledged as I enter. The dentist I see is very personable and kind natured. The wait a few times has been rough, mainly due to previous clients showing up a little late. I don't think people realize how much that effects a medical office of any kind. Will continue being a client as long as nothing changes. May update with dentists name. Would like to acknowledge her;)

They are very knowledgeable and patient friendly! I had a different insurance 2024 which lme to a different dentist. So when 2025 came I changed insurance company and Smile Bright was in my plan… have to tell you I was really expecting NOT to like them… BUTTHAT CHANGED IMMEDIATELY. For one thing I was talking to a patient in the waiting room and asked her what she thought of them… her response surprised me . I guess her son had a tooth ache or so he thought and immediately when the doctor seen him she said HE NEEDED TO GO TO EMERGENCY Room Right Now. His problem was very severe. I have to tell you I thought OK let’s give them a fair try. All the dentist and hygienist and dental assistants are great! Love this place.

My grandson was seen this week.. he has autism and was very nervous..the dentist and the attendant were very gentle with him.. they explained everything they were going to do.. he was given numbing medicine and there was no pain.. they were finished before he realized and we were on our way home.. very professional from check-in to orders for after care.. he asked that I only make appointments with this office from now on..

I felt welcomed from the start. By far the best dental experience I have ever had. I went in with minor pain for first visit then promptly scheduled the following day for a root canal. I would give ten stars if I could. Dental assistant, office manager and dentist were extremely attentive and legitimately concerned about making sure I was comfortable. Thank you all for everything.
