Everything went very well at the dental office. Everybody was friendly, polite did a good job. Thoroughly checked everything. I was happy with my experience today.

My first time going there was a good experience

Can I give more than 5 stars? 105% thrilled my insurance sent me here! The staff is proffesional but fun! They made me feel comfortable, answered questions, explained my insurance and gave me options. I'll send anyone here! Please stop being nasty to the staff! Working with so many i surance companies and so many people is stressful. These ladies have a lot on their plates and handle it

I went in for a crown and I must say that Dr.Chane did a great job. The front desk was friendly and her assistants were very nice. I would recommend this office they did a great job.

I can’t get enough of this place. Going to the dentist has always been a struggle for me between fear and not having any appointments to get in. My sister found this place and this has been the best decision for me! You have the front desk people who don’t look at you like you’re bothering them so nice and friendly with smiles. Then you got Becky the hygienist! Not only did she get my teeth and tarter off but she was fun, understood when I was in pain made sure I was okay and talked and played some good music to get your tension of a deep clean she just loves her patience and it really shows. She also gave me information on how to help my teeth and how to make sure to keep tarter off. I have had several deep cleans but today this one felt like she actually did the job! Thank you so much Becky keep being such an amazing person you’re defiantly in the right field!

They are good need more hand washing

This is my second visit the office is very pleasantly nice and inviting to the patients. I felt very comfortable with the care I received.

Dr. Shane and her staff are incredible. Genuine nice people who put care and effort in all that they do. I’ve been going here since late last year and I’ve had a gauntlet of dental procedures done from extractions, root canals, crowns, you name it. I feel so much better for having gone and getting dental work done. If you’re looking for trained, genuine, and professional people to work on your teeth this is the place for you. I highly recommend bright now dental especially if your on any form of Medicaid. You won’t be disappointed! 5 A++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were great! I had a tooth emergency, they got me right in and helped me out!

They were able to take me the same day I called with urgency and extracted a bad tooth that I was going to have to wait another 8 days to be removed. Great staff!

Seriously, some of these reviews are rediculous!
The office was clean and spacious all their xray equiptment was new, I was able to make an appointment very quickly and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I was clueless how my insurance worked but I am happy with their recommendation of Brite Now.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Everyone was warm and friendly. I'm looking forward to having all my dental work done at this dental office.

I'm updating my review to 5* the staff is freindly and the dentist literally saved me from pain now and in the future. She was amazing very nice, very good, and very professional. Plus she plays light soft music too put your mind at ease. Plus the rest of the staff is nice and amazing. Yes you might wait a bit depending one their schedule but they are amazing..

My Appointment was at 10 Am, at 1040 am I was still not taken back. Second worst dental experience ever. My off time is limited and I expect places that schedule to be prompt. I did adjust the score simply because the people that I had contact with were actually extremely nice including the dentist

Becky was absolutely outstanding with her conversation. Politeness, an attentiveness, she does an awesome job for bright now.

Very professional and friendly staff. X-rays were done and even a new type of scan was taken with a machine which reminds me of a cat scan going around my head. I was highly impressed with my visit.

Highly recommend, the staff are very pleasant to deal with, I am terrified of dentists but this dentist is by far an angel and the best I’ve had !

They are friendly and thorough

Becky cleaned my teeth after not coming to the dentist for two years. So I had a lot that had to be done and it was times when it was painful BUT she made it sooooooo easy. She was so joyful. Even with everything being done which was a little painful and yes just a little because she’s good at what she does, she kept me laughing and smile

Had such a great experience here. I took my 10 year old in to get his teeth checked they were so patient and so great with him.
