I absolutely can't say enough wonderful things about the entire staff. Everyone was welcoming and kind from the receptionist to the dentist herself. I have always had horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and today for the first time my dental experience was painless, the staff was kind and reassuring and I'll have absolutely no problems going back.

I broke a tooth. My former Dental Clinic no longer takes Liberty 🗽 Dental from Anthem! Bright Now is an in network provider and got me in for an 🚨 emergency 🚨exam right away! I have a more comprehensive exam and treatment scheduled in 2 days! Thanks to Dr. Chane and the Bright Now staff for your concern when other in network providers wanted to delay my care. You concern and care are appreciated muchly!

Had deep cleaning and 6 tooth extraction.they were kind and addressed my deep fear of dentist.

I was a patient since late 2022 in the Mentor office with a toothache needing a root canal. Ended up getting lots of other work done that I needed also. The staff is very friendly and EXCELLENT customer service. Dr. Chane is the best dentist I have ever been to. And I have been to many over the years. She is professional and friendly. She is very meticulous and careful when working on your teeth. She truly cares and wants you to be happy with the results. She went above and beyond to get the best results possible for me. As well as everyone who assisted. It's very clean and sanitary. I would recommend and have to anyone in need of dental work.

Staff was very friendly , I had a dental exam and cleaning. The dentist who did the cleaning with the “water pick” was very rough. Not gentle what so ever. I even had in my notes that I have sensitively to hot and cold. She never once asked if I was doing ok. When she was cleaning the back side, lower front teeth with the cold water, I had a death grip on the chair. Shame on me for not telling her when she was done.

Dr. Chane is great! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but she makes the experience much more tolerable!

I honestly can’t say enough GOOD things about this dentistry establishment. Dr. Chane is the best dentist I have ever seen and I’m almost 40 years old. I had a bad experience with a prior dentist and that dentist left me scared and I had major anxiety with tachycardia going to the dentist office. Thank God for Bright Now dental, the hygienists, and dental assistants here. It’s embarrassing to say but I had a lot of cavities and I currently have two appointments left until I’m done. Dr. Chane is so calming and makes me comfortable in that seat. The prior dentist I saw said I had a few cavities, but they were not honest. I had ALOT more and am currently being treated with the upmost care. Dr. Chane takes her time and is very thorough and detailed with her work. I know I’m finally in good hands here. The girls at the front are always pleasant and helpful with accommodating me with my appointments. The pediatric dental team is also amazing with my 15 year old daughter. Everyone here is gentle, honest, and knowledgeable. I appreciate you all! Also this crew of professionals work VERY HARD and I’ve seen it first hand especially when they were short staffed, had an emergency, and still did their best to see and treat everyone. I would recommend Mentor Bright Now Dental to anyone! Thank you girls and Dr. Chane for putting up with me and reserving a seat for my fiancé.

The new hygienist Kaylee is amazing.😃🤩💚 To begin, she performed a full mouth gum probe tracing all my teeth at the gumline so she could "learn" my mouth and confirm no presence of disease. She was also patient enough to explain when I asked questions. I was comforted by these things; specifically that she took the time for me individually. My appreciation for her only increased as the appointment continued evidenced by the rest of this review. She was gentle with appropriate strength, yet effective and not aggressive. She gave me realistically frequent opportunities to close my mouth, swallow, and relax my jaw. She also concentrated on different sections of my teeth in spurts to avoid continual annoyance in any one area, and went back over the problem spots effectively. After the scouring of my teeth, the tangerine paste was applied and rinsed (thank goodness it wasn't bubble gum flavor!😟), and then a full flossing was given. She caused no pain throughout, my gums were not inflamed nor bleeding, and my mouth felt refreshed and cleansed. Definitely impressed by her dental techniques, thoroughness, and chair-side manner. Enough so, that when she did suggest I obtain an oral irrigator (Waterpik®) to help maintain more than just standard brushing and flossing, I started researching it while still in the office, lol.😁
