Friendly service.

My son and I enjoy visiting this dental practice. Bright now..The dentist and staff are exceptionally kind. My son had been traumatized by a previous dentist, but thanks to the excellent care he received here, he is no longer afraid. I want to thank everyone for taking the time to provide such wonderful care to both my son and me.

Just a professional atmosphere caring and comforting dentist. Everyone was very polite and helpful. They helped me in a time of need and that's rare these days.

Dentist was thorough and professional. Xrays tech was friendly. Please advise when scheduling if dental cleaning is not possible at appt. I didnt find out until the end of the appt. Clean office.Ill be back.

They always made sure that I was okay and gave me a reasonable expectation of how long I was going to take and what was going to happen.

Overall, very hygienic and staff is exceptional. The only thing that bothered me was that the DDS said I needed 3 extractions then left. I stated to the assistant that I felt I needed an explanation, which teeth and why which the DDS never explained to me before she left. The assistant called her back in and then I was finally told why, but again, didn't tell or show me which teeth needed to be extracted. I've never been to a DDS that didn't explain what's going on, every procedure that needs to be done, and point out on the x-ray the teeth the DDS was taking about. Even with insurance (Medicare), the cost of any restorative procedure is astronomical. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars on dental procedures in the past that have failed even though I take care of my teeth very well. Patients deserve to know why procedures need to be done beforehand. That's the only thing that made me feel uncomfortable.

As pleasant as a Dentist appointment teeth cleaning could be.

Bright Now is by far the best dental practice, I have ever had the pleasure of working with! They do awesome work at affordable prices. But more than that, they demonstrate there above and beyond skills and kindness that can be plainly seen! This was only my first time using Bright Now, which ended up being 3 visits total. They won me over, I’m a customer for life!!

I went in for teeth deep cleaning I must say it was the best deep cleaning EVER. Never said that before.

Everything went very well at the dental office. Everybody was friendly, polite did a good job. Thoroughly checked everything. I was happy with my experience today.

Can I give more than 5 stars? 105% thrilled my insurance sent me here! The staff is proffesional but fun! They made me feel comfortable, answered questions, explained my insurance and gave me options. I'll send anyone here! Please stop being nasty to the staff! Working with so many i surance companies and so many people is stressful. These ladies have a lot on their plates and handle it

I went in for a crown and I must say that Dr.Chane did a great job. The front desk was friendly and her assistants were very nice. I would recommend this office they did a great job.

I can’t get enough of this place. Going to the dentist has always been a struggle for me between fear and not having any appointments to get in. My sister found this place and this has been the best decision for me! You have the front desk people who don’t look at you like you’re bothering them so nice and friendly with smiles. Then you got Becky the hygienist! Not only did she get my teeth and tarter off but she was fun, understood when I was in pain made sure I was okay and talked and played some good music to get your tension of a deep clean she just loves her patience and it really shows. She also gave me information on how to help my teeth and how to make sure to keep tarter off. I have had several deep cleans but today this one felt like she actually did the job! Thank you so much Becky keep being such an amazing person you’re defiantly in the right field!

They are good need more hand washing

This is my second visit the office is very pleasantly nice and inviting to the patients. I felt very comfortable with the care I received.

Dr. Shane and her staff are incredible. Genuine nice people who put care and effort in all that they do. I’ve been going here since late last year and I’ve had a gauntlet of dental procedures done from extractions, root canals, crowns, you name it. I feel so much better for having gone and getting dental work done. If you’re looking for trained, genuine, and professional people to work on your teeth this is the place for you. I highly recommend bright now dental especially if your on any form of Medicaid. You won’t be disappointed! 5 A++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were great! I had a tooth emergency, they got me right in and helped me out!

They were able to take me the same day I called with urgency and extracted a bad tooth that I was going to have to wait another 8 days to be removed. Great staff!

Seriously, some of these reviews are rediculous!
The office was clean and spacious all their xray equiptment was new, I was able to make an appointment very quickly and the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I was clueless how my insurance worked but I am happy with their recommendation of Brite Now.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office. Everyone was warm and friendly. I'm looking forward to having all my dental work done at this dental office.

I'm updating my review to 5* the staff is freindly and the dentist literally saved me from pain now and in the future. She was amazing very nice, very good, and very professional. Plus she plays light soft music too put your mind at ease. Plus the rest of the staff is nice and amazing. Yes you might wait a bit depending one their schedule but they are amazing..

My Appointment was at 10 Am, at 1040 am I was still not taken back. Second worst dental experience ever. My off time is limited and I expect places that schedule to be prompt. I did adjust the score simply because the people that I had contact with were actually extremely nice including the dentist
