Very friendly staff

I’ve been going here for 10 years. Would not go anywhere else. Dentists are top notch with a well trained, courteous & friendly staff.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Staff are always so kind. They accomodated me with a same day appointment. Dr. Tran saw me right away. Dentist visits can be so scary, but the staff always puts me at ease.

For years now! I really like Dr Tran. Please consider him to be your dentist!

Dr.Tran is my primary dental doctor and he does extraordinary dental treatments. In addition, he is very courteous to his patients.

I’ve been going to Bright Now Dental for years (Dr. Tran). But this past week, I chipped a front tooth and they were able to see me the next day. Mona at the front desk is so nice and professional. She explained everything so clearly. Dr. Tran was not there, but the dentist I saw fixed my tooth so quickly and professionally. The hygienist also performed a deep cleaning and she was very good.

Awseom service great staff very clean. Was in absolute agony from infected tooth they did a great job .I highly recommend them

My experience is reflected in two parts. First my appointment was for 2:30. I arrived at 2:10 in order to fill out the necessary forms. I waited until 3:40 before I was acknowledged and taken in for X-rays and a series of tests and examination by Dr. Tran. The examination by Dr Tran and his team was thorough and offered me two options and cost. I was extremely impressed and pleased with Dr. Tran and his team not the long wait. My next appointment is in two weeks.

I love my dentist, Dr Tran at Bright Now Dental! He is ever so gentle and always asks how Im feeling during procedures.

I needed a repair on an old loose crown. I was able to promptly get and appointment.
The crown was temporarily fixed and I set up an appointment for a new one.

From the min I walked in I was greeted by two professional young ladies That made me feel comfortable being there even though I love this organization nobody likes to go to the dentist lol. I didn’t have a long wait and I was taken back to get my x-rays and then to see the dentist with his assistant. They handled me perfectly and professionally. I will keep coming back to this place thank you.

All the staff is very professional, it made me smile hearing the staff literally laughing out loud with each other and me! Patience with my dentist phobia was key to getting me back 2 days in a row.

Professional and adequate care

Dr. Tran was very nice & helpful. He listened to my concerns. My only takeaway is the finances, of course. It’s never easy hearing how much work you need and how much it will cost out of pocket.

Past dental work was great. Like that dentist discusses options and all cost is discussed beforehand.
Recently went in for deep cleaning. Cost was reasonable and covered by my HMO.
Dentist numbed gums and I didn't feel a thing. The sound of the cleaning tool kinda gets to me , but no pain!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! Mona, the office manager, is such a gem — she made everything so easy and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.

Dr. Tran is absolutely wonderful! He’s so kind, patient, and gentle — you can really tell he cares about his patients. He took the time to explain everything and made the whole experience so comfortable (and even enjoyable, which says a lot for a dental visit!).

I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know!

I’ve been coming to this Bright Now office in Mssion Viejo since my boys were 2 years old, 26 years.
I enjoy the personality and the service provided by the office staff and doctor Ngoc.
I would recommend this office to anyone. It also has monthly or by monthly not sure, orthodontic personnel that come into service any patients for braces work. I’ve also had a couple of crowns done at this office. Always an excellent job.!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The Dr's. are pleasant to interact with, do good work and are efficient. I had to wait pretty long past my appt., this time - the office was busy.
