Everyone here were amazing. I was at the wrong location and they fit me in and was extremely polite and helpful.

Great! I had 4 extractions, a bone graph and a temporary bridge placed all same day. The dentist was kind, gentle, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the procedure.

Every one was pleasant and professional. Explained what was wrong and how to correct. No high pressure and final decision as to treatment was mine.

I have extreme phobias of dentists in general, and I had to come here while I was out of town visiting (from FL) for an emergency visit due to pain.
From the minute I walked in it was very calm relaxed vibes. The front desk manager was very kind and answered any questions I had.
The hygienist who took my X-rays was just as kind and very friendly, helping take my mind off the fact I’m about to get work done.
And the dentist herself was exceptional. She was very understanding and caring about my anxiety and worked with me so much. I barely felt her injecting me to numb me before doing the actual work - which was done like a breeze. I wish I lived here so I could continue to come here as my regular dentist office! Thank you Dr. Noor and the entire staff for what I would call a pleasant experience!

(The office manager), and the entire front office team truly went above and beyond in providing exceptional care. They took a thorough, patient history, performed an amazing evaluation, and created a comprehensive treatment plan with a clear breakdown of my insurance coverage and shared cost.

What really stood out was their genuine concerned for not only my oral health, but also my overall comfort and well-being. Someone used my debit card to purchase $1200 in food orders which is now a felony under prop 36. I am not pointing any fingers but yeah whoever did it is going to have to leave the country now.

Best experience ever. The staff were amazing. My son had an awful experience with a previous dentist. Called bright now dental to seek an emergency visit and they accommodated us and treated him that day. I’m so excited now to start bringing all my family. Thank you to the staff and the doctor who assisted us. And a great big thank you to Leticia at the front desk. She’s a keeper.

Dr. Patel and Hygienist Carolina are absolutely amazing—Drs professionalism and care truly stand out. His assistant (I’ll be sure to get her name) was also wonderful, providing great support and making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. One thing I really appreciate about this office is that it doesn’t feel money-driven like other dental places, which is refreshing. However, I did want to mention that “Leticia’s” customer service could use some improvement. At times, she comes off as very rude, and her short responses can make patients feel dismissed. That’s why I only gave them 4 stars. I understand that a dental office can be busy, but customer service is so important, especially when patients have questions or concerns. A little more patience and a calm approach would make a big difference in the overall experience.
