I had a really good, fast, informational experience! The ladies that checked me in are really funny and made me laugh and I appreciate that!

This location is not close to my house at all but I will always make the drive because they have amazing staff. Every single employee is friendly, patient, and helpful. I will never go to another dentist office. I cannot stress enough how great the staff is.

My cleaning was very comfortable.

I was referred from another office and I just want to say how amazing Dr kholief and her assistant Elijah was on helping me in an emergency situation they were both very patient and kind through the entire process.

I came here because of a emergency. I have been trying to get my teeth done and get down to the nitty gritty on my teeth I'm 31 years young and have so much problems with my teeth. I have been with a different dentist for 2 years and all they've done is downed me about my teeth saying I'm doing so much wrong I'm really big on brushing my teeth and I have mouth wash with me in my purse everywhere . I came here and have felt like this is the best choice I ever have done for myself. They made me feel so comfortable , and are trying to save every last tooth. My new dentist made sure I was numb and didn't doubt me about not being numb and wasn't mad. I was so comfortable with my 2 appointments and can't wait to keep going back

Sadly when your in a emergency they seem to ignore your phone calls . Smfh . I was their yesterday and got a root canal with fillings the girls who finished my teeth up had me sit in the front waiting room meanwhile lady at the front desk was on a personal call grabbing away sat for 10 min after being their for 3 1/2 hours , tried calling in no answer , and then I just called 7 times today and failed to say they were only doing a half day . Lady was ignorant. Time to find another new dentist after I get my permanent crowns

Staff is very accommodating to your needs. After getting fit for a crown they were able to clean the surface of one of my teeth that was stained. They want to give you the best smile that they can give you

Danielle, Dr. Kholief and her dental assistant were the best! My dentist was away and I needed treatment prior to leaving the country. Danielle got me in hours after my phone call. Dr. Kholief was very reassuring and offered her assistance if there are future issues. Thank you!

Brightnow is the best! Just had my teeth cleaned. It was very non invasive. The nice lady had me done in a half an hour. I highly recommend Brightnow. Also did a great job on my bridge & crowns too.

Been going to this location for years now. They all are very welcoming and make it feel like a home instead of a dentist office. I appreciate all the hard work they put in to making everyone's smiles bright. Especially my own. I will never go anywhere else and I highly recommend them anytime someone asks about a dentist.

Everyone was super nice and helpful!
With Dr.K I had no pain when she filled my cavity.
Dental hygienist Rose was a bundle of pleasant energy and for the first time in my life I got xrays taken without getting the roof of my mouth cut up from plastic parts on the xray film.
Overall no blood, no pain make for a great trip to the dentist!
I believe I found my forever dental home!

The staff was friendly and informative. I have such a fear of dentists because of a bad experience as a child. The team was comforting and patient. They talked me through each step especially financial options. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future. I can't wait to post my progress

Very friendly service. Brianna at the front desk was amazing helping me set up an appointment to get my dentures fixed and get oral screening for cancer. Very friendly staff would recommend to my friends

I think that they overbook and are running from one patient to another, like juggling and in my case, I pointed out the tooth that I was having trouble with was on top and they were x-raying the bottom. When the dentist cane in, she began checking my bottoms teeth, I brought it to their attention, they said oh, that's ok, NO it is not! As with everywhere, clearer communications need to improve and right away.

amazing service had a great experience!

I was super nervous after reading these reviews but the appointment was made and my mouth was in pain. I went in after a temp crown fell off and my tooth was cutting the side of my tounge. The young lady at the desk was so nice and tried to calm me down. Devonte was the most impressive with his customer service and professionalism! We talked and before I know it we were besties! Lol Dr.Effie was super patient with my low pain tolerance and made sure I was completely numb before doing any work. A lot of this issues I’m having I caused by being terrified of the dentist but with this staff I could have had them fixed a long time ago! Thank you Bright Now for an amazing visit! Pain free? Absolutely not, but very tolerable and well worth it!

I wish I knew her name but she finished my teeth and then polished them. Took her quite a long time but she was great the whole time !
