We love this location! They have treated 2 out of my 3 kids and we had Dr. K each time. She makes my kids feel comfortable and relaxed; she explains things thoroughly and why they do the treatments and things they are doing. Brittany at the desk was fantastic helping get our insurance set and making sure it was entered so no issues at the time of the appointment. The staff overall are friendly and courteous. Love this location!

Excellent care from here! Rose was the best! She is very caring and understanding when it comes to my cleaning and pain management. If she ever leaves, I will follow her. Also, Dawn upfront is always so caring and friendly. I just love coming here.

It has been 4 1/2 hours since I called the after hours line at the North Olmsted office. No one has called me back. I even called twice to see if I was going to get a call anytime soon. They said yes. No call. Also, the people answering the after hours calls were absolutely no help. They just tell you to hang up and call back when you get the info. I had to call back 4 times from a mistake they made. Ugh! I still like the drs and staff. So instead of a 1 stars rating, I will give them a three.

I dont like going to the dentist but each and every person there in the office made my experience so pleasant! The dentist came in and examined my teeth, she explained everything to me thoroughly! They were gentle and reassuring! The experience i had at there i had never had before at any other dental office! I had to have a tooth pulled and it was seamless! Great work!!! I will forever go to that location! I highly recommend anyone to go to this office. I live almost an hour away from that particular office and it was well worth the drive! Thank you so much!

For being both I and my husband's first time coming here we were pleased. We had a girl by the name of Ari for short who was pleasing to talk to and then she explained all well, did our x-rays also the dentist her self Dr. K she was excellent and very easy to talk to and her assistant D'vontae (hope I spelled that right) but he was a character himself. We look forward to our next visit. I would recommend this place so far.

The dentist was great. She was able to do a root canal and fix my front tooth on my first appointment! I have many more appointments to come. I’m excited to see what the dentist can do with my teeth!

They are always very nice and friendly when they greet me at Bright Now Dental in North Olmsted. The staff is also very friendly when they work on my teeth and so are the dentists and the orthopedic surgeon who worked on my dental implants. He was very, very nice and worked with me on a payment plan. I just can’t say enough about all of the members at Bright Now Dental in North Olmsted. I recommend them fully.

Dr K painstakingly worked with me until she gave me something to smile about. And I haven't stopped smiling yet. And the staff treated me sooo good.

Great! Even though they've been short staffed for several years, I don't mind at all. My dental cleaning was quick and easy. They gave me two dental crowns with integrity, and they fought with my insurance when they were denied. I wouldn't go to any other place! And they're near where I live too! I love Bright Now Dental!
