I have been looking for a periodontist for years and I made an appointment today with another office and somehow my Google Maps me to here and not only were they willing to help me find whatever Dennis I was supposed to go to, but they fit me right in was able to take care of me right away and already on a treatment plan. They are always very nice and friendly when they greet me at Bright Now Dental in North Olmsted. The staff is also very friendly when they work on my teeth and so are the dentists and the orthopedic surgeon who worked on my dental implants. He was very, very nice and worked with me on a payment plan. I just can’t say enough about all of the members at Bright Now Dental in North Olmsted. I recommend them fully.

Dr K painstakingly worked with me until she gave me something to smile about. And I haven't stopped smiling yet. And the staff treated me sooo good.

Great! Even though they've been short staffed for several years, I don't mind at all. My dental cleaning was quick and easy. They gave me two dental crowns with integrity, and they fought with my insurance when they were denied. I wouldn't go to any other place! And they're near where I live too! I love Bright Now Dental!

I love this place but man the wait is forever! I came 5 minutes early for my appointment as requested but ended up waiting over an hour to get called back.

This location is not close to my house at all but I will always make the drive because they have amazing staff. Every single employee is friendly, patient, and helpful. I will never go to another dentist office. I cannot stress enough how great the staff is.

I came here because of a emergency. I have been trying to get my teeth done and get down to the nitty gritty on my teeth I'm 31 years young and have so much problems with my teeth. I have been with a different dentist for 2 years and all they've done is downed me about my teeth saying I'm doing so much wrong I'm really big on brushing my teeth and I have mouth wash with me in my purse everywhere . I came here and have felt like this is the best choice I ever have done for myself. They made me feel so comfortable , and are trying to save every last tooth. My new dentist made sure I was numb and didn't doubt me about not being numb and wasn't mad. I was so comfortable with my 2 appointments and can't wait to keep going back

Sadly when your in a emergency they seem to ignore your phone calls . Smfh . I was their yesterday and got a root canal with fillings the girls who finished my teeth up had me sit in the front waiting room meanwhile lady at the front desk was on a personal call grabbing away sat for 10 min after being their for 3 1/2 hours , tried calling in no answer , and then I just called 7 times today and failed to say they were only doing a half day . Lady was ignorant. Time to find another new dentist after I get my permanent crowns

Staff is very accommodating to your needs. After getting fit for a crown they were able to clean the surface of one of my teeth that was stained. They want to give you the best smile that they can give you

Brightnow is the best! Just had my teeth cleaned. It was very non invasive. The nice lady had me done in a half an hour. I highly recommend Brightnow. Also did a great job on my bridge & crowns too.
